Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the internal control system, organizational culture, and human resources to the quality of financial reporting. The research variables consist of independent variables, the internal control system (X1), organizational culture (X2), and human resources (X3), and the dependent variable is the quality of financial reporting. The study population were employees of financial operators on the Sumbawa Regency SKPD scope. Samples were taken using probability sampling technique, which is proportional stratifiet random sampling, which is composed of the Finance Administration, Head of Sub Division of Finance, and Treasurer Expenditure.Distribution of the questionnaire were 63 copies, and all of them can be used and analyzed. Processing and analysis of data using multiple linear regression method. Partial assay results indicate that the system of internal control, and human resources have a significant effect on the quality of financial reporting. While the organizational culture not significant effect on the quality of financial reporting. Simultaneous test results show the system of internal control, organizational culture, and human resources have a significant effect on the quality of financial reporting. In the measurement of the independent variables the model goodness of internal control systems, organizational culture, and human resources can explain the dependent variable quality of financial reports by 46% and the balance of 54% is explained by other variables not included in the regression models were constructed.

Abstract

Mosque is a worship place for Muslim, especially for conducting prayer. Mosque is often called as Baitullah (Allah house) which has main function as a prayer place, pray, reciting Al-Qur’an, recitation and others worships. By analyzing historical data, this article explains that in Rasulullah era and early Islam generation, mosque has larger function, not only as a worship place, but also as a center of community’s activities as like learning place, economy development center, politic development center, dakwah center, and moral development center. Therefore, in the early phase, mosque role is really strategies so that it needs to be a model of revitalization of mosque role in modern era.   Keywords; Mosque, worship place, revitalization, activities center

Abstract

Pada awal perkembangan anak adalah masa yang sangat penting, jika anak pada masanya sudah ditanami agama serta mencintai al-Quran sejak dini maka besarnya akan menjadi anak yang berpikir cerdas, daya hafal yang kuat dan dapat mengamalkan kandungan al-Quran. Dengan itu akan terbentuk insan yang berakhlakul karimah. Pendidikan agama bagi seorang anak merupakan hal yang penting karena bekal bagi kehidupan mereka nantinya. Al-Quran merupakan kitab umat islam dimana anak harus bisa membaca dan mempelajarinya.Di antara  pelajaran yang terkait dengan mempelajari Al Qur’an adalah Pendidikan Tahfiz Anak Usia Dini. Tahfizh Al Qur’an merupakan pelajaran  termudah bagi anak-anak. Sebab  program Tahfizhul Qur’an teknik belajarnya sederhana. Cukup dengan mendengar dan mengucapkan secara berulang, baik itu mendengar bacaan kita sendiri ataupun mendengar bacaan orang lain. Yang terpenting bacaan yang didengar tersebut adalah bacaan yang benar, supaya hafalan Al Qur’annya juga benar. Semakin intensif anak-anak mendengar bacaan Al Qur’an setiap harinya, secara konsisten dan kontinu,  maka hafalan Al Qur’annya  akan semakin mudah dan semakin cepat. Sehingga tidak mustahil anak-anak bisa hafal Al Qur’an 30 juz sebelum mereka beranjak dewasa

Abstract

Pendahuluan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, memahami, dan mendeskripsikan tentang: Metode Ummi yang dikembangkan di SDIT Ihsanul Amal : (1) Implementasi metode Ummi di SDIT Ihsanul Amal Alabio, (2) Kualitas bacaan al-Quran setelah diterapkan metode Ummi.Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus (case studies). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan, pengecekan keabsahan temuan dilakukan dengan cara keikutsertaan peneliti; teknik triangulasi dengan menggunakan berbagai sumber, teori, dan metode; dan ketekunan pengamatan. Informan penelitian yaitu Kepala Sekolah, Waka Bidang Kurikulum, siswa, dan Kordinator Ummi.Hasil : (1) Implementasi metode Ummi dalam meningkatkan kualitas membaca al-Quran yaitu Pembelajaran al-Qur’an di SDIT Ihsanul Amal 8 JP/minggu, guru yang mengajar mendapatkan sertifikasi dari Ummi Foundation, guru-guru yang mengajar di SDIT ini juga kebanyakan hafizh-hafizah al-Quran, evaluasi pembelajaran meliputi evaluasi harian, mingguan, bulanan dan semester; (2) Kualitas membaca al-Quran setelah diterapkan metode Ummi menghasilkan bacaan al-Quran yang baik dan sesuai dengan hukum-hukum tajwid yang berlaku.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation model of bureaucratic reform that has been carried out, both in Indonesia and several other countries. Provide a comprehensive understanding of the importance of bureaucratic reform. The research method used is a library research method from various sources related to bureaucratic reform. The results of this literature review illustrate that bureaucratic reforms that have been carried out in several countries are generally related to two dimensions, namely the organizational dimension and the apparatus human resource dimension. In the context of implementing the implementation of bureaucratic reform at the Provincial Bawaslu and Regency/City Bawaslu, it is necessary to immediately make and determine the Decree of the Bureaucratic Reform Team, make and determine the Decree of Role Models and Agents of Change of Bureaucratic Reform which includes 8 areas of change, preparation of an implementation action plan. bureaucratic reform, filling out the bureaucratic reform evaluation worksheet, monitoring and evaluating the implementation of bureaucratic reform every month.
