Abstract

The objective of this research is to know the influence carbon black to the physical properties rubber sol of canvas shoes for general. Vulcanized rubber makes from rubber smoked sheet as row material naphthenic oil, ZnO, stearic acid, carbon black, AoSP, MBT, MBTS, TMT and sulphur. Raw material rubber and ingredient were compounded in two roll mill and formed to slab by hydraulic press at temperatur 1500 C and pressure 150 kg/cm2. The result of this research indicated that unsignificant different of treatment. INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karbon hitam terhadap sifat fisika sol karet sepatu kanvas untuk umum. Vulkanisat karet dibuat dari bahan BAKU Rubber smoked sheet ditambah bahan-bahan berupa naphthemic oil, ZnO, Asam stearat karbon hitam, AOSP, MBT, MBTS, TMT, dan sulfur. Bahan-bahan tersebut diatas di komponiding pada sebuah alat two roll. Kompon yang dihasilkan dibuat menjadi bentuk lembaran dengan menggunakan hidroulic press pada suhu 1500 C dan tekanan 150 kg/cm2.  Hasil analisa statistik menunjukkan bahwa tidak adanya perbedaan perlakuan.

Abstract

The aim of research is to find out the effect of styrene butadiene rubber used to the tensile strength, compression set, and the Hardness of the seal. The variation of styrene butadiene rubber are 20, 30 and 40 phr; Statistical analysis Paint out that there is signify difference often tensile strength but unsignify difference at the compression set and hardness.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to find out the effect of weathering exposure on quality of leather by WeathepOmeter apparatus. During in door test by weather - Ometer, the condition of research is kept constanly i.e black panel at 45oC, dry bulb at 36oC, wet bulb at 26oC and humidity at 45%, specimen exposed taking over from the chamber for testing purpose were caried out every 25 hours and performed up to the limiting time at whice tensile strength and elongation at break properties change.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the effect of weathering exposure on the quality of moulding rubber sole by weather - ometer apparatus (in door weathering test). During indoor test by Weather - Ometer, the condition of research is kept constanly i,e. black panel at 50oC, dry bulb at 36oC, wet bulb at 26oC and humidity at 45 %. Specimen exposed taking over from the chamber for testing purpose were caried out every 25 hours and performed up to the limiting time at which specific physical properties change of the sample come out. The highest change of the speciments physical properties happened at the treatment of 100 hours, 125 hours  and 150 hours.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to influence of filler china clay, MgCO3 and Carbon black to the physical properties of moulding rubber sol. The result of this research indicated that filler MgCO3, china clay and carbon black high significant to tensile strength, Elongation at break, tearing strength and hardnes. Properties moulding rubber sole and influence unsingnificant to abrasive and permanent set moulding rubber sol.    ABSTRAK  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan (kombinasi) bahan pengisi china clay, MgCO3 dan karbon black terhadap sifat fisika sol karet cetak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan pengisi berpengaruh nyata terhadap sifat tegangan putus, perpanjangan putus, kuat sobek dan kekerasan dan berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap sifat ketahanan kikis dan perpanjngan tetap.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the effluence of woven fabric of to synthetic leather conserned from elongation at break and peel resistance. This research was done by varying the fabrics used for synthetic leather namely flannel, mori and 3 kind of T.C. fabric. The result of physical examination of the elongation at break and peel resistances value of 2,52 Kg/cm2 and ath wart 1, 54 Kg/cm2 and the highest elongation at break 76,24% is T.C. facric. INTISARI            Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui bahan penguat- penguat terhadap kulit imitasi ditinjau dari sifat perpanjangan putus dan ketahanan rekat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memvariasikan jenis bahan penguat yang akan digunakan untuk kulit imitasi yaitu kain fanel, mori dan tiga jenis kain kaos. Dari hasil pengujian fisis perpanjangan putus dan ketahanan rekat menunjukkan bahwa kulit imitasi dengan kain flanel ketahanan rekat arah membujur 2,52 Kg/Cm2 dan melintang 1,54 Kg/Cm2 an perpanjang tertinggi adalah kain kaos.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to use Parafinic oil as Secondary Plastizer in making PVC imitation leather for upper shoes and to know the optimal formulation. The research applied  paraffinic oil type P60 and type P95 and with variation 4 part, 5 part and 6 part. Data analysed using statistic method. Completely Randomized Design and Split plat Design. The result of this research indicated that all Kind of Parafinic Oil Could be used to secondary plastilizer in making imitation leather and the result of this physical testing optimal paraffinic oil type P60.4.    INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memakai Parafinic oil sebagai bahan plastilizer seconder dalam pembuatan kulit imitasi untuk atasan sepatu dan untuk mengetahui formula yang optimal. Dalam penelitian ini dipergunaan Parafinic Oil tipe P 60 dan tipe P 95 dengan variasi jumlah 4 bagian, 5 bagian dan 6 bagian. Analisa data dengan menggunakan Kan Completely Randomized Design dan Split plat Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua tipe paraffinic oil dapat dipergunakan sebagai secondary plastiliser dalam pembuatan kulit imitasi dan hasil uji fisis paraffinic oil tipe P60.4 yang optimal.

Abstract

The objective of the researc is to know the influence of carbon black as filler of the properties tensile strength and compression deflection for dock vender. The research was done by using standarcompound for dock vender in which the carbon black as filler was varied at 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, and 70 parts for every 100 parts of natural rubber. Statistical analysis  paint out that there is no significant deferences. The application carbon black 45 parts will give the best compound with the tensile strength 19,22 N/mm2 and compression set deflection 6,67%. INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bahan pengisi carbon  black terhadap sifat tegangan putus dan pampatan tetap untuk batalan karet dermaga. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memvariasi jumlah carbon black yang ditambahkan ke dalam kompon standar dengan variasi 48, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65 dan 70 bagian pada setiap 100 bagian karet. Analisa statistik menunjukkan bahwa sifat tegangan putus dan pampatan tetap tidak berbeda nyata, hasil uji terbaik dengan jumlah karbon black 45 bagian dengan memberikan tegangan putus 19,22 N/mm2, pampatan tetap 6,67%.

Abstract

The aim of the research was to find out the dock vender compound which have optimum hardness and tearing resistance. The research was done by using standar compound for dock vender in which the carbon black as a filler was varied at 40; 45: 50; 55; 60; 65 and 70 parts for every 100 parts of natural rubber. Testing results show that optimum hardness was found at a compound with 55 parts of carbon black by the value of 60.40 shore A, whereas the tearing resistance show that there are no significant defferences by variation of carbon black. Optimum tearing resistance was given by the compound with 45 parts of carbon black.
