Abstract

Penambahan ampas teh hijau fermentasi pada level 1% memberikan dampak positif terhadap perbaikan pertambahan bobot badan, konversi pakan, dan IOFC.Kata kunci: ampas teh, income over feed cost, imbuhan pakan,. teh fermentasiABSTRACTGreen tea waste is one of the waste originating from households and the tea processing industry, whose availability is quite abundant in line with the high consumption of Indonesian tea. Green tea pulp is reported to contain polyphenol compounds with high antioxidant content but has an anti-nutrient compound namely tannins which can inhibit the process of nutrient digestion. Tannins can be minimized and their presence eliminated in tea waste through the fermentation process so that digestibility can be improved. The study aims to determine the effect of the addition of fermented green tea waste (ATHF) to growth performance (body weight gain, feed conversion, carcass percentage) and income over feed cost of Cihateup ducks. The research was conducted experimentally using a completely randomized design. Sixty-day-old Cihateup ducks were randomly grouped into 4 treatment groups supplemented with ATHF, namely K0 (0% ATHF), K1 (1% ATHF), K2 (2% ATHF), and K3 (3% ATHF). The data were analyzed using ANOVA and if they were significantly different, it was further tested using the Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) method. . The addition of ATHF in Cihateup duck feed showed significant differences in body weight gain parameters and feed conversion and was very significantly different in IOFC. The addition of fermented green tea waste at the level of 1% had a positive impact on improving body weight gain, feed conversion, and IOFC.Keywords: feed additive, fermented tea, tea waste, income over feed cost

Abstract

Abstract

Drug management at the puskesmas is an activity that includes planning needs, requests, receipts, storage, distribution, control, recording, reporting, archiving as well as management monitoring and evaluation. Drug management that is not ideal can be caused by drug planning that is only based on previous year's estimates, as well as inadequate facilities for the process of storing and distributing drugs. One way to overcome drug management that is not ideal is to compare the management of drugs at the health center with Permenkes number 74 of 2016 concerning pharmaceutical service standards at the health center. This study aims to find out how comfortable drug management is at the Cibalong Health Center with Permenkes Number 74 of 2016. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach using interview guidelines and checklists based on Permenkes number 74 of 2016. Drug management data at Cibalong Health Center were taken from 3 sources, namely pharmacists, heads of health centers and pharmaceutical technical staff. From the results of the study, the results of interviews and checklists were obtained with the percentage value of planning (60%), request (83.33%), acceptance (60%), storage (72.22%), distribution (58.33%), control (60%), recording, reporting and filing (62.50%), management monitoring and evaluation (100%) with an overall average value of 69% with good criteria.

Abstract

Hypertension is a condition that experiences an abnormal increase in blood pressure, the elderly are said to be hypertensive if their blodd pressure reaches ≥130/80 mmHg and is a non-communicable disease. A study has been carried out regarding the Evaluation of Prescribing in Outpatient Geriatric Hypertension Based on the Beers Criteria for Internal Medicine at RSUD dr. Soekardjo City of Tasikmalaya using a descriptive method of retrospective medical record data of hypertensive geriatric patients. This study aims to determine the treatment profile and the percentage of drug use included in the 2019 beers criteria list. The results showed that the most commonly prescribed treatment combination in this study was the combination of the ACE Inhibitor drug class (Ramipril) and the CCB drug group (Amlodipine), and Inappropriate drug prescribing in geriatric patients with hypertension in the outpatient installation of RSUD dr. Soekardjo City of Tasikmalaya in the 2020 period is still high with the number of inappropriate prescriptions as many as 47 (67,1%) prescriptions classified as PIMs (Potentially Inappropriate Medication). So it can be concluded that the high mismatch of therapy can be caused becaused because patients receive more than one drug that is not suitable for geriatric when getting drug prescriptions and to reduce these incidents it can be done by increasing the selection os safe drugs in geriatric using the 2019 beers criteria
