Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify marketing problems, analyze the marketing pattern, and to find out the market map and the direction of the marketing target of abon ikan. This research was conducted by survey method. Methods of collecting data by direct observation and in-depth interviews. The research respondents were producers, traders and consumers of shredded fish products, which were selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis with descriptive methods, using qualitative analysis, namely tracking marketing channels, and market mapping. The results of the study show that the main problem of marketing abon ikan is the availability of raw materials that are not continuous, low production technology, low business capital, production houses do not meet standards, incomplete business licensing, product certificates, training and development of quality human resources are still lacking and the availability of clean water. There are three types of marketing channel patterns, namely from producers to consumers, from producers to the center of Kendari then to consumers, and from producers to traders in Surabaya. Processing businesses cannot yet produce sustainably, the market area is only limited in Kendari City and the surrounding districts in Southeast Sulawesi, so there is still a need to develop a broader market development strategy

Abstract

Penelitian ini di laksanakan di Desa Terapung Kecamatan Mawasangka Induk Kabupaten Buton Tengah terhadap nelayan penangkap ikan teri pada Bulan Februari 2021. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji pola saluran pemasaran ikan teri kering hasil tangkapan nelayan, jumlah margin, farmer share, dan efisiensi pemasaran. Data yang di kumpulkan berupa data primer dan data sekunder dengan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi selanjutnya di analisis dengan cara deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pola saluran pemasaran ikan teri kering di Desa Terapung ada 3, yaitu Pola saluran pemasaran I dari nelayan ke konsumen. Pola saluran II dari nelayan ke pengumpul kemudian ke konsumen.  Serta pola saluran pemasaran III dari nelayan ke pengumpul kemudian ke perusahaan. Saluran Pemasaran I Jumlah margin Rp. 0, Farmer share 100% dan keuntungan Rp.0. Pola pemasaran II Jumlah margin Rp.10.000, Farmer share 60% dan keuntungan Rp.9.880. Pola pemasaran III jumlah margin Rp.19.500, Farmer share 56 % dan keuntungan Rp.17.650 Pola Saluran I,II dan II tergolong efisien karena memiliki farmer share lebih dari 50% yaitu 100%, 60% dan 56%.   Kata Kunci : Pola pemasaran, farmer share dan efisiensi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji harga pokok produksi dan keuntungan usaha bagan apung di Desa Katela Kecamatan Tiworo Kepulauan Kabupaten Muna Barat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari 2021. Pemilihan lokasi ditentukan secara sengaja (purposive) menggunakan metode teknik sampel acak sederhana sehingga dipilih 45 orang sampel nelayan bagan apung dari 85 orang populasi nelayan bagan apung. Data primer diperoleh dari nelayan bagan apung dengan cara observasi dan wawancara secara langsung menggunakan kusioner. Data primer yang dikumpulkan antara lain umur, pendidikan, pengalaman usaha, biaya penangkapan, jumlah produksi dan harga pasar, sedangkan data sekunder di peroleh dari badan pusat statistic Kecamatan Tiworo Kepulauan terdiri dari jumlah penduduk, letak geografis, batas wilayah, keadaan iklim dan data lainnya yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Data yang diperoleh di analisis menggunakan rumus total biaya, harga pokok produksi, dan keuntungan. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa: (1) harga pokok produksi dalam bisnis komoditas usaha bagan apung yang terendah sebesar Rp5.440/kg, dan tertinggi sebesar Rp10.216/kg. (2) keuntungan dalam bisnis komoditas usaha bagan apung yang terendah sebesar Rp3.145.836/bulan, dan tertinggi sebesar Rp4.729.329/bulan, dengan rata–rata Rp3.967.405/bulan. Pendapatan nelayan bagan apung di Desa Katela dikategorikan memiliki pendapatan sangat tinggi sehingga sangat penting untuk dipertahankan agar tercipta kesejahteraan nelayan.Kata Kunci: Nelayan; Bagan Apung;  Produksi;  Keuntungan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan pendapatan nelayan purse seine berdasarkan ukuran kapal di Pelabuhan Pelelangan Ikan Sodohoa Kecamatan Kendari Barat Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November - Desember tahun 2020. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sampling fraction per cluster dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 orang yang menggunakan kapal di atas 30GT dan 10 orang yang menggunakan kapal di bawah 30GT. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan menggunakan koesioner. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan rumus total biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan dan uji-t untuk mengetahui perbandingan pendapatan nelayan purse seine . Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa keuntungan nelayan purse seine yang menggunakan kapal di bawah 30GT adalah sebesar Rp20.175.778/trip dan keuntungan nelayan purse seine yang menggunakan kapal di atas 30GT adalah sebesar Rp24.125.541/trip. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui tingkat perbedaan pendapatan nelayan purse seine yang menggunakan kapal di atas 30GT dan di bawah 30GT adalah sebesar Rp3.949.763/trip. Berdasarkan analisis uji-t yang menggunakan SPSS diketahui nilai signifikasi adalah sebesar 0,331 dan lebih besar dari 0,05 berarti H0 diterima, artinya ada perbedaan keuntungan antara nelayan purse seine berdasarkan ukuran di Pelabuhan Pelelangan Ikan Sodoha Kota Kendari.Kata Kunci: Total Biaya, Penerimaan, Keuntungan, Uji-t

Abstract

This study aims to examine the fisherman's profits from the sale of mud crabs and to examine the added value of the sale of mud crabs in Eelahaji Village, Kulisusu District, North Buton Regency. This research was conducted in March 2022. The sampling technique in this study used the census method. Data collection consists of primary data and secondary data, the data analysis used in this research is profit analysis and value added analysis. The results of the research show that the total profit obtained by 8 fisherman catching mud crabs is Rp. 19,652,062/month and the added value is of selling mud crab Rp. 29,537,000.

Abstract

This research objectives are (a) to know the marketing channels of gill net catches. (b) knowing the marketing margin of gill net catch. (c) knowing the marketing efficiency of gill net catches. The population in this study were 10 fisherman with gill nets, while the sample was taken using the snowball sampling methods on 5 fisherman who were marketing actors. Data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is (1) quantitative descriptive analysis, (2) margin analysis and (3) marketing efficiency analysis. The results showed that: (1) the fish marketing channel in Linsowu Village there are 2 marketing channels, channel I fisherman – consumers, channel II fisherman - diluent traders - consumers. (2) The marketing margin of the gill net catch is in channel II of IDR.5000. (3) Efficiency of marketing channels for gill net catches is 75% and 100% (criteria > 50 efficient).

Abstract

Tuna is one of the important economical fishery commodities exported in frozen form. One of the companies that develops a frozen tuna processing business in Kendari City is the company PT. Manage Mina Laut Kendari Ocean Fishing Port This study aims to analyze how much added value pt. Manage Mina Laut in March 2022. This research uses the case study method with data collection through interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies. Interviews wre conducted to respondents consisting of one company manager and 3 representatives of each employee division and one supervisor of PT Kelola Mina Laut. The analysis used is a quantitative analysis, namely the added value obtained is calculated using the formula NTP (Product Added Value) = NP – Na (NTP = Product Added Value, NP = Product Value, and Na = Intermediate Cost Value). Production in this study was calculated for 26 times a month as carried out by the company. The results showed that the average added value of the product was IDR 28,939,353/production with a value-added ratio of 26.91% for each production cycle. The added value obtained by PT. Kelola Mina Laut at PPS Kendari was low. It is necessary to increase the amount of production with careful consideration on raw materials and packaging. The high price of raw materials and plastic packaging contributes to the suboptimal added value

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the fishery business of guiding barrier trap in Rumba-Rumba Village, East Kolono District, South Konawe Regency. The research was carried out in November 2022 at Rumba-Rumba Village, East Kolono District, South Konawe Regency. Observation data were obtained through interviews of 11 fishermen. Data analysis was quantitative and descriptive analysis, costs, revenues and profits. The results showed that the average number of sero fishing trips in Rumba-Rumba Village was 1 (one) trip/day with the species of fish caught consisting of siganids, snapper and trevally. The total cost of sero fishermen were ranged from IDR437,118/month to IDR87,583/month or with an average of IDR560,385/month. Marketing activities for sero fishermen in Rumba-Rumba Village were carried out directly and indirectly. Total revenue from share fishermen was averages of IDR1,168,636/month or around IDR940,000/month to IDR1,430,000/month. Profits of share fishermen average IDR608,251/month or around IDR440,125/month to IDR820,861/month. The conclusion of this study concluded that the shareholding business in Rumba-Rumba Vilage based on business studyes was profitable.

The method of determining the location was performed intentionally or purposively. The informant determination technique in this study used cluster random sampling. The data collection was consisted of primary data and secondary data, and the data analysis method used qualitative descriptive methods to explain marketing channel patterns, while the marketing margin was counted by subtracting the price of fish at the consumer level with the price at the producer level. The results showed that the marketing channel of carp in Nanggala Village was consisted of three marketing channels, namely: marketing channel I, the farmer sailed directly their product to consumer; marketing channel II, namely: the farmer sailed their carp fish to collector and the collector sailed the carp fish the to consumer; and marketing channel III, namely: the farmer to collector to the retailer and then to the consumer. The marketing margin of common carp in marketing channel II was IDR 10.000/kg and marketing channel III was IDR 5.000/kg. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the total costs, total revenues, profits, and productivity of the large size (18×18×15) m3 and small size (13×13×10) m3 of floating lift net in Lamontoli Village, South Bungku District, Morowali Regency. This research was conducted from January to February 2022. The sampling technique was carried out by census on eight fishermen of floating lift net. The data collections in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis were consisted of analysis of total costs, total revenues, profits, and capital productivity. The results of the study showed that the total cost of large floating lift net was IDR 2,843,967/trip and small floating lift net which was IDR 1,751,472/trip. The amount of total revenue for large floating lift net was IDR 10,823,750/trip and the small floating lift net was IDR 7,612,500/trip. The profits for large floating lift net was IDR 8,042,972 and small floating lift net was IDR 5,861,028/trip. The business productivity value of large floating lift net was 3.93 and the business productivity value obtained by small floating lift net was 4,48.
