Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the socio-economic benefits of wallet bird nest cultivation for Benangin II Village, East Teweh District, North Barito Regency. This study used a qualitative approach, while in collecting data the researchers used the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation from 24 informants. As for the analysis, the author uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of this study it was found that swallow nest cultivation has enormous potential as a new type of business that has very large profits. But there are also swiftlet nest cultivation businesses that are successful and successful depending on how the owner of the swallow's nest building takes care to produce a lot of swallow's nests living in the building. The socio-economic benefits of bird nest cultivation for the community for the community in Benangin II Village, East Teweh District, North Barito with the assistance provided by the owners of the swallow's nest building for the community in the form of construction of alleys, renovation of places of worship, and renovation of kindergarten school buildings.

Abstract

In this new era of social media development, many explain that the existence of social media can only be toxic and have a terrible impact on children's brain development. However, on the other hand, many people often do not realize the positive impact of social media on children. This study aims to analyze TikTok as a learning media and activism tool which will be studied further using social media interaction theory. This research is qualitative. The method used in collecting data is descriptive-analytical. This research was designed using phenomenology, which has methodological characteristics. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, digital documentation, and using instruments. The technique used to analyze the data is descriptive qualitative analysis. The research results are that TikTok is a social media platform that can be used for educational purposes as well as activism among millennials and Generation Z. Various TikTok hashtags that lead to learning and advocacy movements are evidence of this movement. TikTok, according to the researchers, may be a valuable platform for today's youth population.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Krisna Karya Mulya UKM in Panarung Palangka Raya City, the purpose of this study was to find out the method of calculating the cost of tofu production at Krisna Karya Mulya UKM in Palangka Raya. This research uses quantitative methods. The results showed that the use of the variable costing method in Krisna Karya Mulya UKM turned out to be cheaper or significant compared to using the full costing method because in the variable costing method a profit calculation was greater than the value. Meanwhile, the results of tofu production calculation in UKM Krisna Karya Mulya if using the full costing method will be greater or experience a significant increase when compared to the calculation of the variable costing method. This means that the use of variable costing methods in tofu production businesses in Krisna Karya Mulya SMEs is not appropriate because in the variable costing method the amount of overhead depreciation costs is not counted, so there are costs that should appear in the production process but become unidentified.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskritif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui: 1) pengumpulan data, 2) reduksi data, 3) penyajian data, 4) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian: 1) motivasi berwirausaha mahasisiswa pendidikan ekonomi yang nyaitu keinginan untuk berwirausaha Persentase yang memiliki motivasi mahasiwa dalam berwirausaha yang ada 10 mahasiswa yang setuju dan ada 15 mahasiswa yang netral. Hal ini dapat dimaklumi mengigat tidak semua diorientasikan untuk berwirausaha, seperti fakultas FKIP Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi yang lulusannya akan mengajar dan sebagai guru saat akan lulus. Karena disiplin ilmu yang didapatkannya lebih berorientasi untuk menjadi pengawai Negeri. Berdasarkan uji perbedaan motivasi mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha berdasarkan orang tua pada umunya anak banyak menerima nilai-nilai dan prinsip hidup dari orang tuannya. Berdasarkan kuisoner dapat dilihat bahwa pekerjaan manyoritas diminati oleh mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi 2015 dan 2016 adalah menjadi Pengawai Negeri Sipil (PNS). Motivasi Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi untuk berwirausahaan berdasakan mata kuliah kewirausahawaan, diperoleh hasil bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang senifikan motivasi Mahasiswa untuk berwirausahaan berdasarkan wirausahaan. Hal ini mengambarkan bahwa bagi mahasiswa (responden) yang sudah pernah belajar dan mengikuti praktek kewirausahaan, motivasinya tidak ada berbeda untuk berwirausahaan.

Abstract

The ability to manage cost in order to increase company productivity is a must. This ability is used in implementation of cost management function. There are three cost management functions, namely determining costs, assisting in decision making and activating financial reporting. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of cost management functions in construction companies. This research was conducted by analyzing the comparison of the cost budget with the realization in the meeting building construction work packages in the CV Pedalaman Raya Indah construction company in 2019.  The results of the study concluded that the company had implemented the cost management function well. The cost management function consists of 3 things, namely determining costs, helping decision making and activating financial reporting. In determining costs, companies have been able to determine the costs appropriately. The total budget is smaller with its realization. This happens because the company's ability to determine costs appropriately and the existence of cost savings so that in its realization, the costs incurred do not exceed the budget that has been prepared. From the implementation of the cost management function that has been carried out, the company CV Pedalaman Raya Indah gained a profit of 27.81%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Sedangkan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian berada di jalan Yos. Sudarso No. 75 Palangka Raya (Samping Hypermart). Metode deskriptif yaitu peneliti yang dimaksudkan untuk mengumpulkan informasi mengenai suatu gejala yang ada. Subjek penelitiannya adalah bagian pemasaran pada PT. Cell Com yaitu bapak Nopan Juhran. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk memasarkan produk pada PT. Cell Com Palangka Raya yaitu tetap mempertahan-kan sistem bauran pemasaran 7P yaitu (produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, bukti fisik, dan proses). Yaitu dengan memasarkan produk alat elektronik dengan memiliki banyak variasi dan kualitas yang bagus agar sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen dan selalu memberikan kemudahan dalam pembelian produk. Berdasarkan matrik SWOT maka dapat disimpulkan beberapa pengembangan strategi yaitu strategi SO: membuat potongan harga apabila konsumen bisa melunasi dari jangka waktu yang telah ditentukan, menambah koleksi produk dari barang yang ditawarkan; strategi WO yaitu melakukan promosi yang tidak memakan waktu terlalu banyak dan meningkatkan kualitas barang; strategi ST berupa harga harus bersaing dengan pesaing dan menjaga pelayanan yang baik terhadap calon pembeli; strategi WT melakukan promosi besar-besaran baik dalam kota maupun luar kota.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, pendekatan kuantutatif dengan metode penelitain yang bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitain ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil pengolahan data yang berupa angka-angka. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Pondok Arema Palangka Raya ini mengenai pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli konsumen di Pondok Arema Palangka Raya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai t hitung masing- masing variabel bebas adalah 3,695 untuk variabe harga dan 4,679 untuk variabel kualitas produk. Sedangkan nilai dari t tabel adalah 1,985 (t hitung > t tabel) artinya bahwa variabel harga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen di Pondok Arema Palangka Raya, dan kualitas produk juga berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen di Pondok Arema Palangka Raya. Sedangkan dari hasil analisis koefisien determinasi di peroleh nilai 0,597 atau 59,7% yang artinya pengaruh variabel independen (harga dan kualitas produk) terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Y (minat beli) sebesar 0,597, ini menunjukan bahwa kontribusi variabel-variabel independen adalah 59,7% sedangkan sisanya di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Employee performance basically has a big influence on the company's contribution in terms of the quality of service provided to consumers. Employee performance is one of the main assets that must be owned by the company, especially the hotel business where the aim is to measure customer satisfaction. Quality performance will create comfort and satisfaction for consumers. But the fact is that often the problem in the field is the opposite. This study aims to analyze the influence of employee performance on customer satisfaction at Hotel Setia Puruk Cahu Murung Raya. The type and research approach used is quantitative research, with data collection techniques through: Observation, Interview, and Questionnaire/Questionnaire. Data analysis techniques: Simple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Test (t test) and Determination Test (R Square test). From the results of the analysis that the researchers did, it can be concluded that the variable "Employee Performance (Y) has a positive influence on the variable "Consumer Satisfaction" (X) where in a simple linear regression test it is found that every additional unit of Employee Performance Variable will increase satisfaction. Consumers are 0.441 or 44.1%, and the t test shows that the influence of employee performance on customer satisfaction at Hotel Setia Puruk Cahu Murung Raya is very significant where the significant value is 0.001 which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, then the influence of employee performance is also classified as high on consumer satisfaction, which is equal to 0.614 or 61.4%.

Abstract

Ekonomi kreatif di era digital saat ini semakin berkembang, selain menawarkan peluang, namun juga memunculkan persaingan, misalnya dalam dunia kuliner yang memberikan tantangan tersendiri bagi Kota Palangka Raya yaitu bagaimana mengangkat dan mengembangkan kuliner khas daerah di tengah maraknya kuliner modern. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di Kota Palangka Raya khususnya pada sektor kuliner oleh-oleh khas Suku Dayak Kalimantan Tengah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif.  Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian yaitu dihimpun dari observasi, wawancara mendalam, studi literatur dan dokumentasi, kemudian dilakukan teknik analisis data yang dikembangkan oleh Miles, Huberman dan Saldana menggunakan empat alur kegiatan dalam analisis data yaitu, pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pengembangan ekonomi kreatif oleh-oleh kuliner khas Kalimantan Tengah di MEFs Food & Snacks berjalan dengan baik dan berpotensi unggul di tengah persaingan yang ketat terutama dengan kuliner modern. Selain itu, hal ini berimplikasi pada perilaku ekonomi produsen yaitu semakin termotivasi untuk mengeksplor makanan khas Kalimantan Tengah yang dapat di angkat dan diperkenalkan ke luar daerah.Kata kunci: Ekonomi kreatif, Kearifan Lokal, Kuliner Suku Dayak

Abstract

Revenue is the amount of input obtained for the services provided by the company which may include the sale of products and or services to customers obtained in an operating activity of a company to increase the value of assets and reduce liabilities arising in the delivery of goods or services. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe how the impact of the presence of online transportation on the income of conventional city taxi drivers in Palangka Raya City. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis method, namely the researcher is intended to collect data or information about an existing phenomenon. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was used using techniques from three stages of activities carried out sequentially, namely reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the presence of online transportation in Palangka Raya City has an impact on the income of conventional city taxi drivers, namely a decrease in the income of conventional taxi drivers caused by fare problems, convenience, security and the shift of passenger interest. The existence of online transportation services in the City of Palangka Raya has an impact on city taxi drivers (angkot), which causes them to experience a reduction in passenger interest.
