Abstract

Indoensia is a maritime country that is famous for it’s diversity of coastal areas and has many cities in coastal areas. On of the disasters in the coastal area was a catastrophic tidal floods. Pekalongan City is one of the cities located on the northern coast of the Java sea that has experienced tidal floods. The purpose of this study wa to determine the phenomenon, response, adaptation strategy and to organize the material of the tidal floods pjenomenon in the Bandengan village. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique.the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive. The resulth of this study are (1) the Bandengan sub-district stretches tidal floods with inudation height of 20-50 cmti with inudation 2-4 hours (2) the community is a accustomed to the presence of tidal flooding, the community has no choice but to remain or survive in the area, due to social and economic factors (3) the impact of tidal flooding onthe worst physical aspect is 100% gross, social population aspects, namely disruption of community activities, material losses, and distruption of daily activities by 100%. Suggestions in this study are people who live in tidal flood area to always be vigilant and for the world of education is expected to be able to add information and add reference books in learning other thentextbooks. Indonesia merupakan negara marintim yang terkenal dengan keragaman wilayah pesisirnya dan memiliki banyak kota di wilayah pesisir. salah satu bencana di daerah pesisir adalah bencana banjir pasang air laut (rob). Kota Pekalongan merupakan salah satu kota yang terletak di daerah Pantai Utara Laut jawa yang mengalami banjir pasang air laut (rob). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui fenomena, respon, strategi adaptasi, dan mengorganisasi materi fenomena banjir rob di Kelurahan Bandengan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu (1) Kelurahan Bandengan tergenang banjir pasang air laut (rob) dengan tinggi genangan 20-50 cm dengan lama genangan 2-4 jam (2) Masyarakat sudah tebiasa dengan adanya banjir pasang air laut (rob), masyarakat tidak memiliki pilihan lain selain tetap berada atau bertahan di daerah tersebut, dikarenakan faktor sosial dan faktor ekonomi (3) Dampak Banjir pasang air laut (rob) pada aspek fisik yang terparah adalah lingkungan menjadi kotor sebanyak 100%, aspek sosial kependudukan yaitu terganggunya aktivitas masyarakat, kerugian material, dan terganggunya aktivitas sehari-hari 100% dan aspek lingkungan terbangun yaitu rusaknya bangunan rumah, perabotan rumah, kendaraan pribadi, jaringan jalan dan terendamnya fasilitas sosial 100%. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang tinggal di daerah banjir pasang air laut (rob) agar selalu waspada dan bagi dunia pendidikan diharapkan dapat menambah informasi dan menambah buku referensi dalam pembeajaran selain buku paket.

Abstract

education and learning. The purpose of this research is to know the level of knowledge and skills of tour guide in the Education Tour DeKampoeng Rembang. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The population is a tour guide of 15 people and the whole population is used as a research sample. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and observations. Data analysis uses descriptive percentage. Research results are; (1) The Knowledge level of tour guides belongs to the category of medium with an average percentage of 63.5%, (2) The skill level of the tour guide belongs to the high category with an average percentage of 73.1%, (3) There is no relationship between the Knowledge and skills owned by the tour guide. In this study the knowledge of medium tour guides and skills of high tour guides. So the knowledge level does not affect the skill level of tour guide. The advice submitted by conducting training or courses becomes a competent tour guide so that the tour guide will be knowledge and skills that will later improve in terms of both insight and skills. Wisata edukasi merupakan aktivitas pariwisata yang bertujuan utama memperoleh pendidikan dan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan pemandu wisata di wisata edukasi DeKampoeng Rembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi adalahpemandu wisata yang berjumlah 15 orang dan seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian yaitu; (1) tingkat pengetahuan pemandu wisata termasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan rata-rata persentase 63,5%, (2) tingkat keterampilan pemandu wisata termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan rata-rata persentase 73,1%, (3) Tidak terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dimiliki pemandu wisata. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini pengetahuan pemandu wisata sedang dan keterampilan pemandu wisata tinggi. Jadi tingkat pengetahuan tidak mempengaruhi tingkat keterampilan pemandu wisata. Saran yang diajukan dengan cara mengadakan pelatihan atau kursus menjadi pemandu wisata yang berkompeten.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan memberikan keterampilan cara menghemat BBM, mengurangi emisi gas buangan kendaraan bermotor dan menumbuhkannya sebagai perilaku peduli lingkungan. Metode pengabdian menggunakan prosedur kegiatan, didahului dengan menghubungi kelompok mahasiswa di FIS UNNES melalui tautan (link) pendaftaran (goole form). Langkah kedua membuat kesepakatan tempat dan jadwal pelaksanaan kegiatan. Ketiga, menjaring dan mengkader tutor sebaya (peer tutor) mahasiswa yang mewakili masing-masing kelompok kegiatan. Teknik pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan pembelajaran atau kuliah di wa (whatsapp) disingkat kulwa. Kulwa diisi oleh tim pengabdi dibantu tutor sebaya. Sasaran pembelajaran adalah civitas akademika FIS UNNES yang diundang melalui undangan khusus pada saat pelatihan dan pada saat praktek (implementasi). Keberlanjutan program dilakukan dengan melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi efektifitas hasil penghematan BBM dan penurunan emisi gas buang kendaraan menggunakan minyak atsiri, dengan menggunakan survey on line. Survei ini dilakukan seminggu setelah implementasi selasai dijalankan. This community dedication has objectives to provide skills on saving fuel, reducing motor vehicle exhaust emissions, and growing it as a caring environment behaviour. The community dedication method uses the activity procedure, preceded by contacting the student group in the FIS UNNES through the registration link (google form). The second step is to make an agreement on the place and schedule for the implementation of the activity—third, capturing several students representing each activity group to be peer tutors. The community dedication technique used WhatsApp lecturing (Kulwa). Whatsapp lecturing delivery by the team whom do community dedication dan helped by peer tutor. The target people are the academic community of FIS UNNES, who will be invited by special invitation during the coaching and practice implementation. Program sustainability is carried out by monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of fuel savings and reduction of vehicle exhaust emissions with atsiri oil by using an online survey (from data analysis by online survey). This monitoring survey will do in one week after the practice finish to implement.

Abstract

Semarang city government has made efforts to digitize public services and provide Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure to establish Semarang as a smart city, but there are remaining problems. The objectives of this research are (1) to identify the availability of smart city infrastructure in Semarang; (2) to understand human resources that support the operation and utilization of infrastructure; (3) to provide direction for improvement and development of smart city infrastructure based on spatial approach. The variable of the research is the availability of urban ICT infrastructure, which consists of sub-variables of each infrastructure types. Analysis used in this research is secondary data analysis, together with district unit analysis using Guttman scale analysis, Scalogram analysis, and Centrality Index analysis. The result stated that there are no centrality of smart city infrastructure because the IS value is discovered 35.14 (medium), which is divided into 4 hierarchies of area services. The completeness level of facilities in each district ranged between medium (50-70%) and high (>75%). Therefore, the development of smart city infrastructure needs to be directed to southern and western regions that are in hierarchy service III and IV, balanced with the synergy between government and society in its implementation.

Abstract

The dynamic development of Semarang was based on the development activity which brought the physical and social changes. The purposes of this research were to analyze the dynamics and variation of cities system development and the city character to choose or to determine the new alternative growth pole in Semarang, so that the area development distributed evenly. This research used descriptive analysis method with secondary data analysis. The areas of the research were 16 subdistricts in Semarang. The variables used were demografics and public facility. The former was used to analyze the hierarchy system and cities; while the latest was used to analyze the city character (city classes), to analyze the Spearman correlation and the making of area typology. In addition, the the program of Arc View was used to spatial analysis or mapping. The conclusion of this research was there was the primacy decreasing in Semarang followed by the increasing of the suburban area role which became the new growth pole. In addition, the researcher recommands the government to take political will policy in order to take some actions based on the research results by determining political document.
