Abstract

Millennial Youth Empowerment Through the Program for Strengthening the Identity of Muslim Youth in the Community Home Education Based Akhlak and Talent. Youth with age characteristics who have a tempestuous spirit, the development of thinking power and the development of maximum maturity, in Islamic history have contributed a lot to world civilization. But today's youth seem to have started to lose their identity. Many young people are confused about the purpose of their lives, their life orientation is not directed to the good of the afterlife Therefore, it is important to have a youth empowerment program. The research approach uses a qualitative method with field research. The results of the study revealed that the Home Education Based Akhlak and Talent (HEBAT) community is one of the programs that empowers youth with the values of fitrah-based education (Insan Kamil). The program tries to apply a fitrah assessment model with a mentoring method to ignite the nature of youth so that they shine beautifully into youth who have an empowered paradigm that is not only seen from an economic perspective, but empowered which means freedom from serving other than Allah. Youth who can have an impact on community empowerment are youth who are integrated between mental and spiritual, transmit the spirit of monotheism in addition to the science and technology they master, and are adaptive to the times. The role of the youth is as a solution for the community and as proof of work as a provision for the afterlife.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu merosotnya akhlak remaja yang ditandai dengan pergaulan bebas, minuman keras, narkoba dan lain sebagainya. Untuk mengatasi kemerosotan akhlak, maka diperlukan pembinaan akhlak secara terus-menerus yang terintegrasi dalam pendidikan sekolah. Mengingat tujuan dari pendidikan itu sendiri salah satunya adalah membentuk akhlakpeserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) profil SMAN 3 Bandung (2) raw input peserta didik di SMAN 3 Bandung (3) instrumental input pembinaan akhlak peserta didik di SMAN 3 Bandung (4) process pembinaan akhlak peserta didik di SMAN 3 Bandung (5) output pembinaan akhlak peserta didik di SMAN 3 Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran mengenai raw input peserta didik yang dilakukan di SMAN 3 Bandung melalui penyeleksian hasil NEM atau passing grade dan kualitas minat bakat. Adapun instrumental input pembinaan akhlak di SMAN 3 Bandung, menggunakan metode pembiasaan, keteladanan dan memperhatikan psikologis sasaran yang akan dibina. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi tema al-Qur’ān (tahsin, hapalan al-Qur’ān, akhlak), fiqh, asmaul husna, akhlak terpuji, hukum Islam, dan keteladan Rasūl Allah SAW, Ibadah wajib, dakwah. Pemateri dalam pembinaan akhlak diantaranya para alumni, guru PAI, dan pemateri dari PUSDAI (Pusat Dakwah Islam) Bandung.  Adapun program pembinaan akhlak di SMAN 3 Bandung, dibagi ke dalam beberapa kegiatan: kegiatan harian: tadarusan, budaya 7S (Senyum, Sapa, Salam, Sopan, Santun, Sigap, Semangat). Kegiatan mingguan: MT-PAI (Mentoring Terintegrasi-PAI), keputrian, şalat jum’at berjam’ah. Kegiatan bulanan: kajian Islam. Kegiatan tahunan: SANLAT (Pesantren Kilat), penyembelihan hewan qurban, dan manasik haji. Hasil dari pembinaan akhlak di SMAN 3 Bandung cukup berhasil, hal itu dapat dilihat dari adanya perubahan secara aspek kognitif dan aspek afektif peserta didik selama proses pembinaan.

Abstract

Education is not only roled by a school but also the education become a responsible for all of stake holder such as school, family, and government called TRISENTA (three centers of education). Ultimately, the government has responsible to develop education through creating policies. This study explained the policy of Bandung’s mayor about studying islamic maghreb program which will be evaluated the enforces of the policy in society. Therefore, I create a research about “Development of Religion on Bandung’s Society by Studying Islamic Maghreb Program” (case study at Al-Fithroh mosque in Bandung Kulon). The purpose of this study is to observe an comprehension of head of the Al-Fithroh mosque regarding studying islamic maghreb program, human resource, enforcement procedure of studying islamic maghreb program, and the goal achievement of studying islamic maghreb program. The method of this study is descriptive with qualitative approach. Interview, observation, and documentation study are the technique to collect a data in this study. The results are : 1) the comprehension of Al-Fithroh’s head has corresponded with what the goals of studying islamic maghreb program are ; 2) Al-Fithroh has one teacher and good facilities supported by donors and cash ; 3) procedure enforcement divide to three steps; first, student learn to recognize the words of Qur’an ; second, student is demanded to memorize short surah (juz’ama); third, the students have to understand the meaning of Qur’an. 4) Al-Fithroh has good achievement in implementing studying islamic maghreb program. Moreover, the teacher not only teach the religion subject but also give a soft skill as additional program. Penelitian ini berkenaan dengan kebijakan Wali Kota Bandung tentang program Magrib Mengaji, untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi program tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pemahaman DKM Al-Fithroh terhadap program Magrib Mengaji, sumber daya yang dimiliki, prosedur pelaksanaan program Magrib Mengaji, dan ketercapaian program Magrib Mengaji di masjid Al-Fithroh. Demi mendapatkan data yang sesuai, penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi: 1) pemahaman DKM Al-Fithroh tentang program Magrib Mengaji telah sesuai dengan tujuan program Magrib Mengaji; 2) Sumber daya dan sarana prasarana yang dimiliki masjid Al-Fithroh sangat menunjang; 3) Prosedur pelaksanaan program Magrib Mengaji yang terdiri dari tiga tahap; 4) Ketercapaian program Magrib Mengaji yang yang telah dicapai DKM Al-Fithroh sudah tercapai dengan optimal dan lebih dari itu karena ada program soft skills yang membuat anak-anak selain dibekali ilmu agama namun dibekali juga skill yang dapat mereka pergunakan di kemudian hari. Kata Kunci: Baca-Tulis Alquran, Kebijakan, Pembelajaran, Program Magrib Mengaji.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims at finding alternative solutions for students in order to obtain Islamic religious knowledge iwithout feeling bored, namely by developing Islamic lesson’s into Islamic literacy material by utilizing information technology development, namely the internet, especially Instagram social media.  This research uses descriptive analytical methods and researchers become key instruments. The technique of collecting data uses literature studies and visual material studies, as well as data analysis by using content analysis. The results of the study showed that with Islamic literacy uploaded on Instagram social media, students could read Islamic literacy anywhere and anytime. The results of this research found by researchers based on various responses on instagram social media, are that students are more interested in learning material and interested in discussing broader knowledge of Islam apart from the material in the Islamic religious Education book. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan alternatif solusi bagi peserta didik agar dapat memperoleh pengetahuan Agama Islam dengan cara yang tidak membosankan yaitu dengan mengembangkan bahan ajar Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis teknologi informasi yaitu internet, khususnya media sosial Instagram. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis dan peneliti menjadi instrumen kunci. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi pustaka dan studi bahan visual, serta analisis data menggunakan analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya bahan literasi PAI yang diunggah di media sosial Instagram peserta didik dapat membaca materi PAI di mana saja dan kapan saja, peserta didik lebih berminat untuk mempelajari materi, peserta didik tertarik untuk membahas materi keislaman di luar materi yang ada di buku PAI.

Abstract

Abstract. So far, the implementation of Islamic Religious Education (IRE)  policies in higher education has not been optimal in achieving the expected goals as shown by several research results. One of the contributing factors is due to the diverse understanding of universities in interpreting the criteria for implementing Islamic Religious Education policies in higher education. This study seeks to analyze the criteria for implementing Islamic Education policies in higher education based on the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia from the perspective of general education.This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive methods. The researcher acts as a key instrument. The data collection technique used document study. Data analysis includes data reduction steps, data display and data verification. The results showed that there are criteria in implementing Islamic (IRE) policies in higher education in the laws and regulations that are in line with general education.Abstrak. Sejauh ini, implementasi kebijakan Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di perguruan tinggi belum optimal dalam mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan oleh beberapa hasil riset. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya karena beragamnya pemahaman perguruan tinggi dalam menafsirkan kriteria impleemntasi kebijakan PAI di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk menganalisis kriteria implementasi kebijakan PAI di perguruan tinggi berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia dalam perspektif pendidikan umum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Peneliti bertindak sebagai instrumen kunci. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumen. Analisis data meliputi langkah reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kriteria dalam implementasi kebijakan PAI di perguruan tinggi dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang selaras dengan pendidikan umum.
