Abstract

Peran sarana prasarana pendidikan di dalam proses pembelajaran merupakan pendukung. Akan tetapi dari berbagai penelitian yang dilakukan, baik di dalam negeri maupun di luar negeri menempatkan posisi sarana prasarana sebagai faktor yang tidak kalah pentingnya dalam mencapai keberhasilan pembelajaran. Penellitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar faktor-faktor regulasi, pembiayaan dan partisipasi masyarakat berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas manajemen sarana prasarana sekolah, serta bagaimanakah dampaknya terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran di sekolah.Metoda penelitian yang digunakan adalah metoda kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, yaitu dengan cara explanatory survey, dimana digunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengukur dari sampel atas populasi. Objek penelitian (populasi) adalah seluruh SMP (negeri dan swasta) yang ada di Kota Sukabuni dengan responden Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Sarana Prasarana, Guru dan Ketua Komite Sekolah. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dari regulasi, pembiayaan dan partisipasi masyarakat baik sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap efektivitas manajemen sarana prasarana pendidikan dan dampaknya positif pula terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran. Sehubungan dengan adanya pengaruh yang positif, selanjutnya direkomendasikan agar pihak sekolah lebih memperhatikan aspek-aspek regulasi, pembiayaan dan partisipasi masyarakat agar lebih meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen sarana prasarana pendidikan sehingga akan berdampak positif terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran di sekolah. The role of educational infrastructure in the learning process is as a supporter. However, from various studies conducted, both domestically and abroad, Its put the infrastructure position is no less important factor in achieving successful learning. This Study is intended to determine how far that regulatory factors, financing and public participation influence the effectiveness of educational infrastructure management, and how do they impact on the effectiveness of learning in schools.The method used is quantitative methods by descriptive and verification methods, namely by way of explanatory survey, which used a questionnaire as a measure of the population sample. Object of study (population) is all secondary schools (public and private) in the Sukabumi City with respondents are Principal, Vice Principal of Infrastructure Affairs, Teachers and Chairman of the School Committee. From this study it can be concluded that there is a positive effect of regulation, financing and public participation either individually or jointly to to the educational infrastructure management effectiveness and positive impact also on the effectiveness of learning.In connection with the positive influence, furthermore it is recommended that the school pay more attention to aspects of regulatory, financing and public participation to further increase the effectiveness of educational management infrastructure that will have a positive impact on the effectiveness of learning in schools.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the activities and learning outcomes of social studies at MIS Al-Istiqomah Atar Bawang which are lower than other subjects. The initial observation illustrates the possibility that causes this to occur, one of which is the motivation of students to take part in learning conducted using conventional methods is considered lacking. Based on the results obtained during observations, the authors are interested in introducing and practicing cooperative learning models that are assessed according to the criteria of elementary school students with the hope that there will be an increase in students' interest in attending lessons so that student achievement in social studies can increase. The study was conducted with a qualitative approach by observing and drawing conclusions based on observations made on students and teachers related to the learning methods applied. The collected data is then analyzed and concludes that the picture and picture learning model can increase students' interest and activity in teaching and learning activities. Based on the results of observations that have been made, it can be concluded that the picture and picture learning method is a learning model that is very appropriate to be applied to class IV students of MIS Al-Istiqomah. The application of the right learning model is expected to have a direct impact on increasing student achievement, especially on social studies subjects. Therefore, it is expected that teachers are able to understand and apply appropriate learning methods for students, and efforts are needed in facilitating the application of cooperative learning methods especially the method of picture and picture.

Abstract

This research is motivated  by the activity and  learning out comes  in IPS lesson in MIS Al-Istiqomah Atar Bawang which is lower than other subjects. Initial observation s  provide an overview of what factors are causing  it to happen which one of them is still awake motivation in following the learning done by conventional methods.  Based  on the results obtained at the time of observation, the author is interested to conduct cooperative learning in accordance with the criteria. Keywords can consider learning method using image and  picture method and *inhibiting factor and supporting factor. This research method is qualitative research method by way of overcoming it. The data collected were analyzed by qualitative descriptive technique. The results obtained show how to draw pictures and pictures can improve student motivation in learning activities easier and not monotonous. Based on the results of the observations that have been done, it can be concluded the form of picture and image learning is very appropriate to be applied to fourth grade students MIS Al-Istiqomah. This of course will have a direct impact on. Therefore, it is expected that teachers are able to understand the ways and means of supporting cooperative learning methods in the form of Picture and Picture

Abstract

PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) atau yang dikenal dengan PT KAI (Persero) merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang kini tengah mengembangkan aplikasi smartphone untuk mendukung kinerja perusahaan. Aplikasi yang kini digunakan dan dikembangkan oleh PT KAI (Persero) untuk mendukung kinerja perusahaan adalah KAI Mobile Presence yang bertujuan untuk mencatat keberadaan/kehadiran pekerja perusahaan yang ditugaskan di bagian lapangan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 81 responden dengan metode proporsional stratified random sampling. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan suatu sistem informasi dengan menggunakan Metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (X1), persepsi kebermanfaatan (X2), sikap terhadap penggunaan (X3) dan minat perilaku penggunaan (X4) terhadap penggunaan sistem sesungguhnya (Y). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan hubungan antar variabel-variabel yaitu persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh terhadap persepsi kebermanfaatan dengan hasil persentase kontribusinya sebesar 11.69%, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh terhadap sikap terhadap penggunaan dengan hasil persentase kontribusinya sebesar 14.13%, persepsi kebermanfaatan berpengaruh terhadap sikap terhadap penggunaan dengan hasil persentase kontribusinya sebesar 31.80%, persepsi kebermanfaatan berpengaruh terhadap minat perilaku penggunaan dengan hasil persentase kontribusinya sebesar 8.64%, sikap terhadap penggunaan berpengaruh terhadap minat perilaku penggunaan dengan hasil persentase kontribusinya sebesar 15.76%, dan minat perilaku penggunaan berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan sistem sesungguhnya dengan hasil persentase kontribusinya sebesar 16.48% dalam penerimaan Sistem Aplikasi KAI Mobile Presensi di PT KAI (Persero) Divre II Sumatera Barat. Dengan demikian persepsi kemudahan penggunaan,  persepsi kebermanfaatan, sikap terhadap penggunaan dan minat perilaku penggunaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan sistem sesungguhnya pada Aplikasi KAI Mobile Presensi.

Abstract

Sholat is an obligation for Muslims. Sholat obligations are determined in a day are marked by a call, the name adzan. In Indonesia, with a majority Muslim population, the signs of sholat times are very easy to recognize. But not a few ignore it. The purpose of this study is to understand sholat as a behavior from the perspective of planned behavior. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, with data collection using an open-ended questionnaire and a pocket book as a daily sholat record that informants must fill in for 2 weeks. The informants were 72 under-graduate students, both male and female. The results of this study indicate that the attitude of continuing to sholat in the given timeframe, but not necessarily at the beginning of the sholat time because there are other tasks. The presence of a family is very important as an influential person who reminds him to immediately perform sholat (as a subjective norm). Other things that are 2 considered more important and must be done besides sholat strengthen the intention to postpone praying. The behavior of postponing sholat is very strong based on these findings, because it forms attitudes, family influences and activities, which are more importantly less controllable. Therefore, a positive attitude so that prayers on time need to be built, the presence of the family is very dominant and put other things for a while to be continued after the prayer needs to be removed so that the procrastination of sholat does not occur
