Abstract

In it contains authoritative references in religious matters. Meanwhile, in Khaled's view, Islamic jurists are a source of legitimacy in interpreting religious texts. Khaled tried to criticize the construction of authoritarianism in Islamic law, especially regarding the criticism of the misogynistic fatwas issued by the Council for Scientific Research and Legal Opinion (CRLO) and The Society for Adherence to the Sunnah (SAS). In this article, this article analyzes and examines how Khaled M. Abou El-Fadl's ideas offer in matters of text and discourse of authority in Islamic studies, especially those related to the interpretation of religious texts, namely the Al-Quran and hadith. While the method used in this research is a qualitative method using a descriptive-analysis approach. From various facts and data obtained, then analyzed and narrated descriptively with reference to the focus of this study. Based on the research findings, it was found that religious texts should be able to be translated and read properly according to their context, especially the authority and authoritarianism inherent in Islamic studies.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a way for each educational institution to improve quality, processes, as well as facilities and infrastructure. The epidemic indirectly demands the education institution for adaptive and innovative new life accompanied by the development of information technology. The Ministry of Education and Culture has issued a curriculum policy for special conditions during the pandemic based on the circular regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 719 of 2020. In addition, the issue of freedom to study in primary and secondary education institutions has emerged since 2019. Through the locus of Senior High School al-Hikmah Boarding School Batu, the researchers explored the data regarding the design of an independent curriculum based on Islamic values implemented since 2019. The curriculum has relevance to the Covid-19 special conditions curriculum and can be used as a model for the Covid-19 curriculum based on Islamic values. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. While, the type of research is a case study with in-depth interview data collection, participatory observation, and documentation. It used an interactive data analysis through data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the independent curriculum of al-Hikmah Boarding School Batu has relevance to the link and match-based special conditions curriculum. In addition, the independent curriculum contributes to shaping the learners’ attitudes based on spiritual strength, nationalism, and mental leadership.

Abstract

SD Islam Bani Hasyim was an educational institution with a concentration on cultivating character values in students. It could be proven through heterogeneous input without selection with a quota system producing input with a diversity of learners’ intelligence and behavior. SD Islam Bani Hasyim was able to process heterogeneous input through a process based on a program-based curriculum. The program-based curriculum had relevance to the inculcation of character values in shaping spiritual intelligence was the Islamic study program and submission. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study research. The data collection technique was carried out by in-depth interviews with school leaders, participatory observation, and recorded documentation of the work of SD Islam Bani Hasyim. Analysis of research data using interactive data analysis. The research results were as follows: First, planning for value planting through understanding the institution’s philosophy, compiling relevant programs with the institutional philosophy, and socialization. Second, the implementation of value planting through Islamic programs and submission to intracurricular, extracurricular and co-curricular activities in all subjects. Third, program evaluation through open and closed surveys as well as project and product-based assignments.

Abstract

Character and economic crises are felt in almost every country. Learn from KH. Abdurrahman Wahid, a religious leader (ulama ') and state leader (umara'), is able to provide an example in caring for unity and integrity through the social, religious and economic fields. Gus Dur's thoughts were born from a boarding school that was able to join Western and Middle Eastern thought through the education he had received. Returning to Indonesia to become a Muslim intellectual, cultural observer, and politician who ordered him to become the fourth president of the Republic of Indonesia. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with the type of character study or literature review with Gus Dur's thoughts in the social, religious and economic fields as the object of his research. Gus Dur's idea in the social and religious aspects is pluralism in uniting the nation. Meanwhile, in the economic aspect, the increase in the country's economic growth starts at -3% to grow by 4.9%. In addition, Gus Dur was very persistent in eradicating corruption by ordering the TGPTPK team even though he was disbanded due to threats. And regarding the prevention of collusion and nepotism, Gus Dur is willing to lose his position rather than violating the constitution.Keywords: Actualization; Gus Dur; Socio-Religion and Economy. AbstrakKrisis karakter dan ekonomi hampir dirasakan setiap negara. Belajar dari KH. Abdurrahman Wahid seorang pemuka agama (ulama’) dan pemimpin negara (umara’) mampu memberikan contoh dalam merawat persatuan dan kesatuan melalui bidang sosial, agama, dan ekonomi. Pemikiran Gus Dur lahir dari pondok pesantren yang mampu dikombinasikan dengan pemikiran Barat maupun Timur Tengah melalui Pendidikan yang telah dikenyamnya. Kembali ke Indonesia menjadi seorang intelektual muslim, budayawan, dan politisi yang mengatarkannya menjadi presiden keempat Republik Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian studi tokoh atau kajian literatur dengan menjadikan pemikiran Gus Dur bidang sosial, agama, dan ekonomi sebagai objek penelitiannya. Gagasan Gus Dur dalam aspek sosial dan agama adalah pluralism dalam mempersatukan banga. Sementara dalam aspek ekonomi peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi negara diawali -3% sampai tumbuh 4,9%. Selain itu, Gus Dur sangat gigih dalam melakukan pemberantasan korupsi melalui pembentukan tim TGPTPK walaupun dibubarkan karena dianggap sebagai ancaman. Dan perihal pencegahan kolusi dan nepotisme, Gus Dur merelakan kehilangan jabatannya dibandingkan melanggar konstitusi.Kata Kunci: Aktualisasi; Gus Dur; Sosio-Religi dan Ekonomi.

Abstract

AbstrakIt is very important for schools that educate children by making educational innovations to maximize the inculcation of character in them. This is inseparable from the challenges of technological development and globalization which easily influences children to commit social deviations. Abstract

Difficult situation of moral degradation whose numbers are increasing every year have sparked the desire of parents to always be involved in the educational process so that this research is important to do. Parental involvement appears in school, community and family life. Family education looks very dominant in involving parents with consideration of family position as basic education in child's life. The key to the success of family education lies in the family process in guiding children to perform worship. In the writing of scientific papers will describe how the obligations and responsibilities of parents to children, and how guidance, encouragement and supervision of parental involvement in the implementation of religious worship. The purpose of this study is to reveal the planning, implementation and supervision in family education. The methodology used is literature research.

Abstract

The dynamics of the history of independence heroes become an important thing for us to look at together some of the historical literature of struggle, the role of the santri lost from the important fragment in history to make the author want to reveal the movement behind the scenes. The movement is known as isltilah hiden movement that represents the struggle of the santri based on fiqh siyasah. Ijtihâd political kyai based fiqih siyasah able to move all the elements from various circles both ideological and identity groups through the fatwa Resolution Jihad. But what we need to know is how the fatwa can be realized and what are the components of the hiden movement KH. Hasyim Asy’ari. The purpose of writing this scientific paper to describe the idea and action hiden movement KH. Hasyim Asy’ari is based on fiqih siyasah. While research methodology in writing using descriptive-qualitative literature.

Abstract

Religious liberalism in Indonesia, which until now is still a hot topic, is framed in the (cultural) sciences. This research is just the opposite, looking for the nature of liberalism and certainly contrary to the basic ideology of the state. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The content of the study includes: the nature and characteristics of emerging and developing liberal Islamic ideas in Indonesia. The thinking of liberalism is very different from inclusiveness even though its essence has several similarities. This research outlines the nature of liberalism and the characteristics that lead to its thinking in several views of NU Ulama’ in East Java. Allegations against traditional Ulama' which are considered almost or equal to left-line Islamic thinkers need to be straightened through the results of this study. Abstract

Abstract In the context of reform, it can be learned from the history of influential figures in each country in the world. Call it Fethullah Gulen, one of the most influential Muslim figures in Turkey. There is something interesting about the movement, namely hizmet (service). The movement model is used in education and the results provide progress and change the mindset of Islamic education institutions in the world. In addition, he also offers ideas through the learning experiences he has undertaken, so as to produce a balance of thinking between the life aspects of the world and the hereafter.
