Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di SD IT Kautsar Ilmi Tanjung Raja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, dan guru SD IT Kautsar Ilmi Tanjung Raja. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan conculsion drawing. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar di SD IT Kautsar Ilmi Tanjung Raja mencakup perencanaan saran dan prasarana (planning), pengorganisasian sarana dan prasarana (organizing), pelaksanaan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana (actuating), pengontrolan sarana dan prasaranan (controling).

Abstract

This study aimed at finding out how much the influence of education and training on the productivity of production employees at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk Palembang; in a manner partially and simultaneously. The research method used was descriptive quantitative. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The sample designation technique was carried out by purposive sampling. The conclusions of this study are (1) Education Variables have no significant effect on the work productivity of production section employees. (2) Training variables proved to have a positive effect on Employee productivity at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk Palembang. (3) If the two variables are tested simultaneously education and training have a significant influence on employee work productivity. (4) The results show that education and training affect work productivity by 22.1%, and the remaining 77.9% is influenced by other variables. Based on the results of the calculation shows the multiple linear regression equation, namely: Y = 2.281 + 0.247 + 0.478. The regression coefficient is positive, so it can be said that the direction of influence of education and training is a positive influence.

Abstract

This study determined the effect of Full Day School and Teacher Certification on Teacher Performance. Data in this study were collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of filling out the questionnaire were analyzed by multiple regression analysis through t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination test. The population of the study was junior high school teachers in Sukarami Subdistrict from 4 schools totaling 109 people. The sample is based on calculations using the Slovin formula. 86 teachers were obtained as a sample. The results of this study (1) There is an effect of Full Day School on the Performance of Junior High School Teachers in Sukarami District; (2) There is an effect of teacher certification on teacher performance; (3) There is the influence of Full Day School and Teacher Certification together on the performance of junior high school teachers in Sukarami District. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination, the teacher performance variable is influenced by the full day school variable and teacher certification. Besides that it is influenced by other factors outside the research variables.

Abstract

Indonesia is currently in a multidimensional crisis, the moral shift of teenagers is very significant, if it is not immediately anticipated, it will have an impact on the destruction of a State. In order to overcome it, it  is very necessary that the values of the characters are implemented on learners early, so that they have a life prinsiple in building and continuing the journey of this country. One of the most credible concepts of education as a solution of primodialism is character education. SMP Negeri 1 Teluk Gelam has conducted character education to minimize the perimodialism attitude. Because the generation that is prepared now is a generation that will continue the establishment of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia. The research used qualitative research method of ethnography by describing character education conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Teluk Gelam namely (1) Aperception which is associated with religious values by every subject teacher 5 minutes before learning begins; (2) Applying discipline; (3) Implementation; (4) Habituation activities; (5) cooperation with Tanjung Lubuk Polsekta in guiding the students; (6) Active communication with parents.

Abstract

This study aimed at determining the management for improring the quality of Student in SMK PGRI Tanjung Raja. This research is qualitative case study was done by the data triangulation observations, interviews and documentation. The informant as a data source that use in this research is the reseach of internal, 1) the Principal; 2) five head teachers of vocational programs; 3) Students; 4) assistant principal of students affair while external data sources 1) Parents of students; 2) The community is closely related to the management of improving the quality of students in SMK PGRI Tanjung Raja, Ogan Ilir Regency. The results of the study showed that students in SMK PGRI Tanjung Raja first took the test because in SMK had to choose the vocational training to grow their knowledge competencies, and their students' competency skills based on their interests, talents or abilities in vocational expertise. The strategy of principal’s for implementing the improvement of the quality of students is to establish a standardization of management to improve the quality of students in five programs. To improve quality, it demands continuous improvement and can also improve achievement in each department. The way to maintain academic and non-academic achievements can be done by studying and practicing hard. One process of improving the quality of education can be done with school accreditation, namely B (Good) with a value of 86.

Abstract

Pada artikel ini, Peneliti mencoba untuk melihat karakter desain berbasis instruksional SMA Negeri 2 Banyuasin III di Komunitas Ekonomi ASEAN. Indonesia adalah anggota ASEAN Economic Community, yang harus menyiapkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 2 Banyuasin III adalah institusi yang peduli terhadap pengembangan karakter dan karakter siswa. Dalam penelitian ini kami mengeksplorasi karakter desain berbasis instruksional SMA Negeri 2 Banyuasin III di Komunitas Ekonomi ASEAN. Dalam penelitian ini kami menggunakan kualitatif. Untuk mendapatkan data, kami menggunakan wawancara, observasi, studi dokumen dan triangulasi. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa sekolah tersebut menerapkan pengajaran agama dan sopan. Sekolah melakukan disiplin dalam semua kegiatan yang menciptakan guru dan administrator sebagai model. Mereka membudidayakan rasa hormat dalam hubungan harmoni sekolah. Mereka tumbuh dan mengembangkan pengajaran agama atas tingkah laku mereka. Mereka mengoptimalkan instruksi secara efektif, dan mencegah waktu luang instruksi. Mereka menerapkan evaluasi formatif dan sumatif secara konsisten dan berkesinambungan. Mereka mengoptimalkan implementasi program peningkatan dan pengayaan. Mereka memotivasi dan membantu siswa dalam memahami kompetensi melalui unit konseling. Mereka mengoptimalkan pembinaan makalah ilmiah. Mereka mengoptimalkan pembinaan minat teknologi informasi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja kepala SD Negeri di Kecamatan Air Kumbang berdasarkan beban kerja sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah. Model evaluasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah CIPP Model (Context, Input, Process, Product). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) context evaluation menyatakan bahwa kepala SD Negeri di Kecamatan Air Kumbang dapat lebih fokus pada tugas manajerialnya sebagai kepala sekolah setelah terbitnya PP No 19 Tahun 2017 ini, sehingga PP Nomor 19 Tahun 2017 ini dinilai responsible terhadap kebutuhan sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Air Kumbang, 2) input evaluation menyatakan bahwa kinerja kepala SD Negeri di Kecamatan Air Kumbang sudah baik walaupun sebagian besar SD Negeri di Kecamatan Air Kumbang masih belum memiliki sumber daya yang memadai. 3) Process evaluation menyatakan bahwa kepala SD Negeri di Kecamatan Air Kumbang dapat mengimlementasikan dengan baik PP Nomor 19 Tahun 2017 ini 4) Product evaluation menyatakan bahwa terdapat hasil kinerja Kepala SD Negeri di Kecamatan Air Kumbang yaitu terjadinya peningkatan akreditasi beberapa SD Negeri di Kecamatan tersebut. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja kepala SD Negeri di Kecamatan Air Kumbang mengalami peningkatan setelah terbitnya PP Nomor 19 Tahun 2017 ini.

Abstract

This study aimed at determining the principal's strategy to manage work stress conflicts in female teachers as the impact of implementing Full Day School. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with the type of phenomenological research. The research sites were SMAN 1 Talang Kelapa and SMAN 1 Betung Banyuasin Regency. The data in this study were in the form of observations, documentation, and interviews. Checking the validity of the data with source triangulation and method triangulation. Data analysis using the Spradley model The results in this study indicate that the principal conducts three strategies to manage work stress conflicts in female teachers as the impact of implementing Full Day School so that it does not interfere with teacher performance, student comfort, and does not hinder the achievement of school goals. The strategies adopted by the principal are 1) identifying the forms of work stress for female teachers, 2) identifying conflicts that arise as the effects of work stress for female teachers, and 3) resolving conflicts through personal approaches, official services, and religious approaches.

Abstract

This study aimed at determining how high leadership style and lecturers' performance on students' achievement in STIKes Muhammadiyah Palembang. This study used a quantitative survey by using questionnaire to collect the data. The data were analyzed by using SPSS for Windows. The results obtained indicate that there is no effect of visionary leadership toward students' achievement, but there is an effect of lecturers' performance toward students' achievement. While tested simultanously, the visionary leadership style and lecturers 'performance toward students' achieved had significant effect.

Abstract

This study determined the effect of headmaster management and teacher professionalism on teacher’s performance. This research used quantitative methods with correlational type of research. The population of this study were 309 teachers Tanjung Raja Public Elementary School. The research sample was 76 people. Data collection techniques using documents and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis and multiple regression techniques. The results of the study show that (1) school principal management influences the performance of teachers; (2) teacher professionalism does not affect the performance of teachers; (3) school management and teacher professionalism do not affect the performance of teachers.
