The purpose of this research was to examine the feasibility of the development of mobile enterprise strategic plan, analyze the academic process and the utilization of information technology (IT), and generate documentation IT strategic planning by implementing Mobile Enterprise Architecture in the academic process of Atma Jaya University in Makassar. Data were taken from distributing questionnaires to 297 respondents and conducting interviews to 18 respondents. Data were examined using SWOT analysis, the incorporation of academic scorecard analysis and IT balanced scorecard analysis, financial analysis, as well as analytic hierarchy process (AHP). SWOT analysis results indicate that case study is in a weak position, which possibly never take advantage of opportunities since the weakness of the stand or the power is not enough to work on it. In addition, the results of the performance analysis of the utilization of information technology using the Balanced Scorecard analysis show that the average performance is sufficient. The result of documentation of IT strategic planning was analyzed with financial analysis indicating the feasibility of implementation because it provides benefits for university of 141,32%. Furthermore, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the priority of IT strategy proposals shows that the main priority is to develop portal for student and lecturer.

A university needs IT strategic planning to be able to guide the future development of the university, one of them is Atma Jaya University of Makassar. The IT Implementation at AtmaÂ Jaya University of Makassar is currently still minimal because it has not utilized information technology well and thoroughly for operational purposes. This is due to the absence of IT strategic planning for the long term. The previous research has designed IT strategic planning using the Mobile Enterprise Architecture Framework. The documentation results from IT strategic planning have some recommendations of IT projects that can be implemented. The priority selection of IT project becomes very important in achieving IT strategic planning that has been designed. This research applies Analytical Hierarchy Process and utilizing Expert Choice tools to get priority from 20 recommended IT projects that related with IT strategic planning. There are 7 criteria of IT project implementation that is obtained from Head of BAPSI UAJM. The result of this research shows that IT project which is the main priority to be implemented is the Development of Student Portal and Lecturer with the priority scale of 0.109 and the lowest priority IT project is the Procurement of LAN Cable (0.011) because the network infrastructure in UAJM is currently sufficient to support the designed IT strategic planning.Keywords: IT strategic planning, project priority, Decision Support System, Analytical Hierarchy Process

Salah satu sistem yang dapat diterapkan dalam perusahaan, baik skala kecil hingga berskala besar, adalah sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Salah satu komponen yang terdapat pada sistem ERP adalah fungsi bisnis penjualan atau transaksi yang melibatkan perusahaan dengan pelanggan. Pemanfaatan teknologi yang digunakan saat ini untuk mengatasi tumpukan pelanggan adalah teknologi barcode. Teknologi barcode memiliki kekurangan aspek kecepatan dan jarak area identifikasi untuk dalam proses identifikasi setiap label yang terdapat pada setiap barang. Kelemahan dari barcode dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan teknologi RFID, baik yang bersifat Passive maupun Active. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis kelayakan penerapan RFID pada fungsi bisnis penjualan di sebuah perusahaan ritel berskala besar. Analisis kelayakan dilakukan dengan melihat dari aspek TELOS dengan melibatkan manajer penjualan, calon pengguna, manajer IT, pelanggan, dan ahli IT sebagai penilai setiap faktor. Nilai akhir TELOS sebesar 8.2 menunjukkan bahwa teknologi RFID dapat diterapkan pada fungsi bisnis penjualan di masa depan.

The current situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, there are 64% of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) which have a low level of productivity (CNBC Indonesia), because online marketing has not been maximized. According to Accenture Research (2020), as many as 44% of consumers are still not comfortable traveling to public places. This makes it difficult for IKM to market products and services offline. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of designing a prototype that utilizes data science to assist data processing and providing information on SMI advertising to consumers according to the location points around them using Location Based Service (LBS) technology. Along with the development of information technology, is now widely available for image processing applications are easy to use. It has an impact on the process of manipulation and modification of the image to be more easily so it is quite difficult to determine the authenticity of an image. Image evaluation methods have been developed automatically. The weaknesses are irrelevant parts of the image will be processed so as not efficient in terms of processing time. User Role (semi-automatic) for assessing the relevance of an image section can be helpful in the evaluation method. Similarity-based approach, one of them using the Euclidean distance, either automatic or semi-automatic allows forensic computer analysis process becomes faster. Preparation of the ranking of the data that has similarities allows users to investigate the authenticity of the picture. In this paper tried to assess the implementation of semi-automatic evaluation of similarity based on a forensic image. In the method of analysis, there are two stages, namely the conduct of the evaluation results ranking image block that requires verification of the user so that the second stage is only relevant image blocks are analyzed automatically. The results showed that the use of semi-automatic evaluation methods based on computer forensic similarity not only be done on the data string but also the image data.

Penerapan teknologi informasi telah banyak digunakan pada organisasi, salah satunya adalah pada Gereja. Kegiatan tahunan yang rutin dilakukan adalah pendataan data umat yang dilakukan dengan membagikan formulir data ke setiap umat Gereja. Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan serta membantu pengambilan data yang cepat maka dibutuhkan adanya penerapan teknologi informasi dalam bentuk aplikasi pendataan umat dengan memanfaatkan media internet. Metode penerapan aplikasi dilakukan dalam bentuk uji coba sampling serta pelatihan dalam bentuk ceramah, diskusi, dan praktek langsung terhadap penggunaan aplikasi pendataan umat. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang diterapkan membantu proses pendataan dengan lebih baik dan cepat serta memberikan dampak positif dimana peserta merasa aplikasi mudah untuk digunakan serta dapat diakses kapan pun.
