Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the direct effect of motivation, discipline to organizational commitment, and examine the effect of indirect motivation, discipline on performance through organizational commitment. The sample was 150 employees of PDAM Malang which is using simple random sampling. The research proves that there is a significant influence between motivation, organizational commitment and discipline to performance. While the indirect effect of motivation on performance through organizational commitment results obtained by (P1 X P3) = 0.477 x 0.159 = 0.0758, whereas the indirect influence between disciplines working on performance through organizational commitment is equal to (P2 x P4) = 0.186 x 0.199 = 0.0370. It conclude that the greatest influence is indirect effect of motivation on performance through organizational commitment. Keywords: motivation, discipline, organizational commitment, performance.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk Indonesia menujukkan perkembangan yang pesat, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan dari hasil proyeksi bahwa selama dua puluh lima tahun mendatang terus meningkat yaitu dari 205,1 juta pada tahun 2000 menjadi 273,2 juta pada tahun 2025 (www.datastatistik-indonesia.com). Hal ini akan menimbulkan banyak sekali masalah misalnya masalah pengangguran, meningkatnya tingkat kemiskinan, kesehatan masyarakat yaitu penyebaran penyakit menular, gizi balita yang kurang baik, dll. Kondisi yang demikian memerlukan adanya suatu usaha dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui Posdaya yaitu Pos Pemberdayaan Keluarga. Pembentukan keluarga yang berkualitas tidak hanya menjadi tanggung jawab pihak pemerintah saja melainkan juga diperlukan adanya partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat, jadi perlu adanya kerjasama yang baik antara masyarakat dan pemerintah untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang mandiri. Posdaya merupakan salah satu terobosan yang sangat baik dalam menciptakan masyarakat yang mandiri. Posdaya adalah forum kebersamaan yang anggotanya melakukan aktivitas nyata dalam gerakan pembangunan di lingkungan pemukiman yang paling bawah, yaitu tingkat RT, RW, dukuh atau dusun. Dengan adanya Posdaya yang memperdayakan masyarakat langsung sebagai subyeknya untuk mencapai kesejahteraan baik dalam bidang ekonomi, lingkungan, pendidikan, kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui gambaran atau deskripsi masyarakat tentang motivasi, persepsi, dan empati masyarakat terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan Posdaya, (2) Untuk mengetahui hambatan-hambatan atau kendala dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Posdaya. Hasil penelitian dari 267 responden menujukkan bahwa motivasi merencanakan yang menyatakan setuju 52,4%, motivasi melaksanakan yang menyatakan setuju 55,4%, motivasi evaluasi yang menyatakan setuju 63,3%.  Sedangkan peubah persepsi positif terhadap program posdaya yang menyatakan setuju 62.5%, persepsi masyarakat terhadap peran aktif yang menyatakan setuju 60,7% dan fungsi keluarga yang menyatakan setuju 67,8. Selanjutnya peubah empati yaitu perhatian terhadap kegiatan Posdaya yang menyatakan setuju 68,9% dan empati  kepedulian sikap untuk memberikan perhatian terhadap sesama maupun lingkungan sebanyak 62,5%.

Abstract

Abstract: In addition to being known as the city of Malang chips tempe and fruit chips, also known as tofu which is commonly referred to by the community as "Breadfruit Tofu". Sukun is the name of one of the sub-districts in Malang, which consists of several villages including Sukun and Tanjungrejo. In the Sukun village there is a tofu industry that is quite large, namely "Tahu 73". Tofu is what is known by the people of Malang as "Tahu Sukun". In Tanjungrejo village, which is located next to Sukun village, there are several tofu entrepreneurs who are still on a micro scale or still in the form of a home industry. Tofu entrepreneurs in Tanjungrejo village are hereditary activities and are a source of income. The establishment of this tofu business aims to meet the daily needs of partners and in the future to create broader employment opportunities for the surrounding community. The problems faced by Mitra Uasha are that the milling tools and machinery are not feasible, many are porous, filtering tools are very simple, production sites are not clean, plastic tubs for tofu and for sale are already many that are not feasible, as well as for the kegs and knowledge very limited regarding bookkeeping and management of its business management because its human resources are still very low. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the direct and indirect effects between managerial ability and motivation of the micro entrepreneur through job satisfaction. Entrepreneur survey respondents is 93 in small region Kedawung Road Kalpataru Blimbing Malang district, with the technique of simple random sampling. Methods of analysis using regression analysis, followed by the path analysis (path-analysis). Validity and reliability of test results prove that all the items variable is valid  and reliable (alpha above 0.6). The test results proved the hypothesis that there is no indirect effect between managerial ability and motivation of the entrepreneur performance through job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the insignificant effect on performance entrepreneur managerial skills and managerial capabilities insignificant effect on job satisfaction. Using path analysis, the model found a new path to eliminate the influence of managerial capability variables (X1).

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the effect simultaneously and partially between the work environment, work stress, and motivation on the performance of car marketing executives in Malang. A sample of 65 marketing executives, with data collection techniques using a questionnaire method. The classic assumption test results show that the data are normally distributed, the regression model does not occur heteroscedasticity, and in the regression model multicollinearity does not occur. Correlation coefficient test results show that the relationship between variable X and variable Y is very strong, and the value of R Square of 0.700. This shows that the magnitude of the influence of the work environment, work stress, and motivation on performance by 70%, while the remaining 30% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Based on simultaneous tests, the work environment influences performance. The t value of the calculated work stress variable is -1,606 1.67 and sig value is 0.113, with a significance level of 0.005. So, work stress has no effect on performance. The t value of the motivation variable was 3,217 1.67 and the sig value was 0.002, with a significance level of 0.05. So, motivation influences performance. Partially, there are influential variables, namely the work environment (X1) and motivation (X3), and there are variables that have no effect, namely work stress (X2). The dominant variable influencing performance is the work environment (X1).

Abstract

The ability of a company to maintain the competitiveness is a benchmark of the company's success. The higher the ability of the company, the greater the profits received by the company. Satisfaction, turnover rate, and employee productivity are important elements that must be considered by the company in order to continuously improve competitiveness through its performance. This study was conducted to test the direct and indirect influence between satisfaction, turnover, and employee productivity to competitive advantage in UD. Angger Malang by using path analysis. The number of respondents in this study are 85 peoples. The results show that employee productivity has the smallest direct influence on competitive advantage with path coefficient of 0.210. Employee satisfaction has the greatest direct impact on competitive advantage with path coefficient of 0.342. Employee productivity has the least direct effect on company performance with path coefficient of 0.194. Turnover has the greatest direct impact on company performance with a path coefficient of 0.411. Employee satisfaction has the least indirect effect on competitive advantage with path coefficient of 0.037. Employee productivity has the greatest indirect effect on competitive advantage with path coefficient of 0.078. These results can indicate that the firm's performance variables have not been able to mediate the relationship between employee productivity, job satisfaction, and turnover of the company's competitive advantage.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan marketplace dalam upaya meningkatkan penjualan dan mempertahankan bisnis UMKM di masa pandemi. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan informan sebanyak 102 UMKM Makanan dan Minuman di Malang yang tergabung dalam marketplace Tokopedia. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa dengan bergabung di Tokopedia, terjadi peningkatan penjualan di atas 50%, transaksi minimal per order Rp 50.000 -100.000, frekuensi transaksi terjadi setiap hari. Selain itu UMKM akan tetap bertahan di marketplace Tokopedia jika bergabung di sana tidak memberi banyak benefit. Mereka akan melakukan evaluasi mengapa hal itu bisa terjadi. UMKM mudah dalam memantau usaha di aplikasi Tokopedia Seller karena fitur-fitur pendukungnya yang telah memadai dan mudah digunakan. Pengelola Tokopedia sangat memperhatikan semua merchant dalam mempertahankan bisnisnya, sehingga terjalin hubungan yang baik antara marketplace dengan merchant UMKM. Dengan berbagai alasan tersebut, membuat para UMKM Makanan dan minuman di Malang yakin bahwa dengan bergabung di marketplace Tokopedia akan membantu mereka mempertahankan bisnis terutama di masa pandemi. Hasil penelitian ini didukung oleh penelitian Andriatie, Hastuti (2020), Artaya, I Putu (2019), Dwijayanti, Andina (2021), Wahyuni, Nuraida (2021) dan Wulandari, Oryz (2021). Abstract

MEA era since 2016, the opportunities for the creative industry are widening. In the past 2 years, the creative economy has contributed approximately 7% of Indonesia's GDP. The business potential in the creative industry sector is still widely open to work by business people in Indonesia. Creative industry channels have many types. As one example of this is the knitted business that is now becoming popular, both among adults, adolescents and children. Partners in this PKM are Barkarajuta in Savira, Beji-Municipality of Batu Housing, and Omah Benthelan N & N Collection in Lowokwaru Sub-District Malang. Output targets are: (1) Increasing business productivity both in quality and quantity, by increasing production facilities, (2) Partners understanding and possessing skills and knowledge of accounting records, creative industry business, financial management, and operating accounting software, (3) Making simple accounting software, and (4) Publications to national scientific journals, mass media and IPR. The results of PKM activities provide a significant increase in both partners in the form of increasing the number of new products, product quantity, order quantity and product quality.

Abstract

Kue lekker atau yang dalam bahasa Belanda berarti Kue Enak terkenal sebagai kue yang dijajakan di kaki lima. Bentuknya menyerupai martabak namun lebih kecil dan lebih tipis. Pengusaha lekker yang menjadi mitra bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan adalah Bapak Ahmad Hariyanto (Lekker Ambon ABM) dan Bapak Mastur (Lekker Hwa Ind). Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pemasaran dan peningkatan ketrampilan dalam berusaha. Hasil dan implikasi dari kegiatan adalah: (1) Rancang bangun dan penambahan sarana pemasaran dan produksi, (2) Peningkatan keterampilan dan pengetahuan tentang pencatatan keuangan, yang nantinya akan diwujudkan berupa kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan, serta (3) Peningkatan keterampilan dan pengetahuan tentang manajemen pemasaran (dalam hal membuat kemasan khusus untuk dijadikan oleh-oleh).

Abstract

Usaha Konveksi adalah termasuk salah satu usaha prospektif saat ini didukung dengan kemajuan tehnologi dan telekomunikasi. Gaya hidup manusia senantiasa berubah dari waktu ke waktu sehingga permintaan pasar senantiasa ada. Pengusaha konveksi yang menjadi mitra dalam program IbM ini adalah Farisa Collection dan Mutiara Collection. Produk yang dihasilkan mitra bermacam macam namun sebagian besar didominasi busana muslim, seragam dan aneka macam mukena. Beberapa produk di pesan dengan spesifikasi khusus sehingga perlu finishing lebih lanjut baik dalam bentuk bodir, payet dll) sehingga dengan demikian produk yang dihasilkan menjadi berbeda dengan produk yang lain di pasar. Target luaran yang akan dihasilkan dari program IbM ini adalah: (1) Penambahan perlengkapan dan peralatan yang lebih modern, (2) Peningkatan keterampilan dan pengetahuan tentang pencatatan keuangan dan penetapan harga jual yang tepat agar produknya mampu bersaing di pasar baik nasional maupun internasional, yang nantinya akan diwujudkan berupa kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan, dan (3) Hasil program ini akan dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ilmiah nasional agar dapat disebarluaskan kepada masyarakat.
