Abstract

Pendidikan karakter penting untuk menjadi mainstream pokok pendidikan di Indonesia baik di ranah formal, nonformal maupun informal. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan karakter anak, di antaranya adalah pola asuh di keluarga (parenting style) dan genetic personality. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh parenting style dan genetic personality terhadap pengembangan karakter anak. Jenis penelitian adalah korelasional menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi sekaligus sample penelitian ini adalah orang tua siswa Taman Kanak-kanak di Tangerang sebanyak 90 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket) yang disusun berdasarkan skala Likert. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur pola asuh parenting style merupakan hasil modifikasi dari Parenting Style Questionnaire (PSQ) (Robinson et al., 1995) dan (Roman et al., 2015). Instrumen untuk mengukur genetic personality diadaptasi dari (Poniman & Mangussara, 2013), sedangkan untuk mengukur pengembangan karakter anak menggunakan adaptasi dari (Poniman, 2014). Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa parenting style dan genetic personality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karakter anak.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of organizational culture on teacher innovation capability in Indonesia mediated by tacit and explicit knowledge sharing. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic to a population of teachers in Jabodetabek. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 583 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability, both directly and through mediating tacit knowledge sharing. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on explicit knowledge sharing. While explicit knowledge sharing has not significant effect on teacher innovation capability. This novel research is proposing a model to build teacher innovation capability among teachers through organizational culture with tacit & explicit knowledge sharing as mediation. This research can pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of organizational learning on the improvement of hard skills, soft skills and teacher innovation capability in Indonesia.Hard skills and soft skills as mediated variables. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic to a population of teachers in Jawa Barat. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 663 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are organizational learning has a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability, both directly and through mediating hard skills and soft skills. This novel research is proposing a model to build teacher innovation capability among teachers through organizational learning with hard skills and soft skills as mediation. This research can open the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of religiosity, transformational leadership and job satisfaction on the teacher performance of private schools teachers in Tangerang which are mediated by organizational citizenship behavior. Data collection was done by simple random sampling via electronic to the private schools teacher population in Tangerang. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 224 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that religiosity, transformational leadership and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the teacher performance, both directly and indirectly through mediating organizational citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, transformational leadership have not significant effect on the teacher performance directly without mediating organizational citizenship behavior. This new research proposed a model for building the teacher performance among the private school teachers in Tangerang through enhancing religiosity, transformational leadership and job satisfaction with organizational citizenship behavior as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of perceived organizational support on the affective commitment and performance of private higher education lecturers in Tangerang which are mediated by lecturer engagement. Data collection was done by simple random sampling via electronic to the private higher education lecturer population in Tangerang. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 231 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that perceived organizational support have a positive and significant effect on the affective commitment and lecturer performance, both directly and indirectly through mediating lecturer engagement. This new research proposed a model for building the affective commitment and performance among the private higher education lecturers in Tangerang through enhancing perceived organizational support with lecturer engagement as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve lecturer readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to measure the effect of hard skills and soft skills towards teachers’ innovation capability in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) which was mediated by an organizational learning and to measure the effect of teachers’ innovation capability towards their performance. Data collection was done by simple random sampling via electronic to the teacher population in Jabodetabek. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 676 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this research concluded that hard skills and soft skills have a positive and significant effect on the capability of teachers’ innovation, both directly and indirectly through mediation of the organizational learning. As well as the capability of teachers’ innovation has a positive and significant effect on their performance. This new research proposed a model for building innovation capability and teachers’ performance among teachers in Jabodetabek through enhancing hard skills and soft skills with the organizational learning as a mediator. This research can pave the way to improve teachers’ readiness in facing the education era 4.0.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of transformational leadership, organizational learning and organizational structure on the teacher innovation capacity. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic on the population of private school teachers in Indonesia. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 645 respondents in the sample. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are transformational leadership, organizational learning and organizational structure have a positive and significant effect on innovation capacity. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning and organizational structure. This novel research is proposing a model of building the teacher innovation capacity through transformational leadership in the perspective of learning organizations and organizational structure. This research can pave the way to improve the readiness of the teachers in Indonesia, especially the teachers of private schools to face the industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of a transformational leadership and on employees’ performance in an Indonesian manufacturer through motivation and work environment as a mediating variables. Data were collected by using simple random sampling to 851 employees population in an Indonesia manufacturer. The number of returned and valid questionnaires was 627. Data were processed by using SEM with SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study concluded that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance, both directly and indirectly through a mediating effect of motivation and work environment. This study proposes a model to improve employees’ performance in Indonesia manufacturers by a transformational leadership through motivation and work environment as a mediator. This study can open the way to improve employee readiness in facing industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of brand leadership (consisting of the dimensions of quality, value, innovation, and popularity) perceived by consumers of an e-commerce website on customer satisfaction among private college students. The sample of this research was taken from 171 private college students using a simple random sampling technique and using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SmartPLS software version 3.0 as a statistical tool. The results of this study indicate that all dimensions of brand leadership have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The quality dimension has the most influence to drive customer satisfaction on e-commerce sites. Then followed by the dimensions of value, innovation, and popularity. The study notes that consumers have logical opinions on leading brands even when they are not yet popular. Online reviews and word-of-mouth reviews can be used to increase brand popularity based on the best product quality.
