Abstract

MPLS is a work plan that was given by IETF to repair work performance of IP network. Label switching label using forwarding mechanism which has connection oriented  characteristic make this technology become routing technology for future guarantec QoS with better service level. This is  supporting using a protocol signals for TE-MPLS to maximize network performance balancing the network stressing with distribution that fixed on classes, queuing, and traffic schedule. This research is an analysis of TE-MPLS mechanism to design MPLS network with RSVP-TE daemon that is called emulator MPLS. This analysis used generating 2 different kinds of protocol traffic, UDP, and TCP. The measurement could be concluded that there was an efficience of MPLS network in group joint of protocol UDP network about 18,6 % for channel that is similar with traffic 2 KBRS, 3,4 %, 1,5 %, and 5,6 % for channel similar with traffic 4,8 and 16 KBRS for flow variation of MPLS network data increase 464,2 %, 479,5 %, 518 %, and 2638,5 % for each channel. The time that was needed for TCP protocol transmition of MPLS network showed efficiency 2,9 % and bit rate of MPLS increase about 0,66 %.

It has been in operation since 2011. Sustainability Mikro Hidro Power (MHP) system depends on many things , one of them is a good way of operation and proper maintenance. The main problem is the unavailability of operators who are able to overcome with disturbances and maintain of MHP system . The purpose of science and technology program activities for the community is to produce the human resources were able to operate , maintain and overcome the slight disturbance in the MHP system. Methods of science and technology program for community activities was carried out by using PRA ( Participatory Rapid Appraissal ) , which is a method that is both empowering and Bottom - up Participatory Approach , by doing workshops and practice . The material of the workshop is the introduction of the MHP system, the components of MHP, on how to operate , maintain all the resources MHP correctly , how to cope with distraction MHP, and health and safety. The results of this activity is the availability of human resources having appropriate skills standards , start from the basic principles operate , maintain and how to resolve the problem if there is interference on all the resources at MHP.Keywords: MHPP, PRA, Science and Technology

Abstract

Tempat tinggal sementara atau indekos memiliki peran penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Sejauh ini pencarian indekos masih banyak dilakukan melalui majalah lokal, datang langsung ke lokasi atau dengan media sosial yang dirasa kurang efisien. Melihat teknologi yang berkembang, tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa ponsel pintar dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai solusi untuk mencari indekos dengan lebih efisien. Dari berbagai ponsel pintar yang populer saat ini, beberapa diantaranya mengusung sistem operasi Android. Salah satu fitur yang ditanamkan ke dalam ponsel pintar Android adalah Global Positioning System (GPS). Pada penelitian ini, penulis merancang aplikasi pencarian indekos menggunakan Location Based Service pada ponsel pintar Android. Aplikasi ini akan memudahkan pencari indekos, yaitu dengan mengaktifkan paket data dan location pada ponsel pintar lalu aplikasi pencarian indekos akan memberikan informasi indekos disekitarnya. Hasil pengujian komunikasi data menunjukan bahwa rata-rata waktu yang diperlukan untuk menampilkan indekos pada aplikasi sebesar 3,98 s. Aplikasi pencarian indekos juga memiliki fitur filter yang dapat menyaring sesuai kategori yang dibutuhkan, selain itu pemilik indekos dapat menggunakan fitur tambahkan indekos dengan terlebih dahulu akan diverifikasi oleh admin, sehingga aplikasi ini dinilai lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan pencarian indekos dengan cara manual.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the student's difficulties in solving direct and inverse proportion problem. This research uses explorative qualitative research type. The subject of this research is the second semester student of Mathematics Education Study Program in East Java. Subjects were selected based on purposive sampling. The findings of this study are 86% of students are wrong in solving the problem of inverse proportion, 28% of students are wrong in solving direct proportion problem, and 91% of students are wrong in solving both problems in a single question. Then, the students who made mistakes in solving the problem were chosen purposively for interview. The finding in this research is the student(1) do not understand the use of variables, (2) do not understand the use of formulas, (3) do not understand the key phrases on the problem, (4) Difference in ratio, fractional, and division, (5) do not understand the problem, (6) do not understand simplification of division, and (7) do not interpret proportion relation correctly.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) to plan contextual learning; (2) to carry out learning by using a contextual approach, (3) to understand the material properties of light after studying using a contextual approach. The study population is graders V Elementary School 240 Pinrang numbered 20 people. Data collection techniques of this study is to test, interviews, observation and field notes. The data analysis using descriptive statistical techniques to describe student learning outcomes. Results of the study are as follows; (1) using a contextual approach to the fifth grade students of Elementary School 240 Pinrang can improve kreativtas students in science subjects to the material properties of light, (2) the teacher is not maximized in designing lesson plans to use the approach of contextual, (3) an increase in students' creativity by using a contextual approach for students during the students learn more actively in the implementation of the learning process.

Abstract

Pantai selalu menyesuaikan bentuk profilnya sedemikian sehingga mampu meredam energi gelombang yang datang. Sering pertahanan alami pantai tidak mampu menahan serangan aktifitas laut (gelombang, arus, pasang surut) sehingga pantai dapat tererosi, namun pantai akan kembali kebentuk semula oleh pengaruh gelombang normal.. Simulasi model dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak NEMOS dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui perubahan garis pantai yang terjadi dan memprediksikannya. Data yang digunakan mencakup data primer dan sekunder. Data primer yaitu data gelombang, batimetri, dan sampel sedimen dasar laut. Sedangkan data sekunder yaitu data angin dan data pasang surut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan penentuan titik sampling menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode analitis dan pendekatan model menggunakan perangkat lunas CEDAS-NEMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perubahan garis pantai Ujong Blang selama 2008 – 2018 diperkirakan mundur sebesar 53,10 meter sepanjang 1,73 km dengan luas lahan yang mengalami kemunduran garis pantai (erosi) sebesar  86.318,90 m2 (8,63 Ha) dan maju sebesar 51,61 meter sepanjang 0,42 km dengan luas lahan yang maju (akresi) sebesar 22.755,55 m2 (2,27 Ha).

Abstract

Fungsi AllSky Camera yang sangat penting mengharuskan kamera harus selalu standby setiap saat. Penyimpanan alat AllSky Camera diharuskan berada diruang terbuka dan disimpan di atap sehingga akan berinteraksi dengan udara luar. Interaksi dengan udara luar akan berpengaruh pada alat AllSky Camera. Efeknya yaitu menempelnya titik embun dan bekas air hujan pada alat AllSky Camera. Titik embun dan bekas air hujan pada kubah kamera akan menggangu pandangan kamera dan mempengaruhi kualitas gambar. Oleh karena itu diperlukan alat bantu yang dapat bekerja secara otomatis untuk menghilangkan embun pada alat AllSky Camera untuk meningkatkan kualitas gambar dan performa dari kamera. Sistem sensor yang dibangun untuk mendeteksi kemunculan embun menggunakan sensor SHT11 yang mampu mengukur besaran suhu dan kelembaban, sedangkan untuk mendeteksi kemunculan hujan digunakan sensor hujan YL-83. Otak dalam sistem alat kali ini menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino Uno yang diprogram menggunakan software Arduino IDE versi 1.0.6. Mikrokontroler ini akan menerima sinyal masukan dari sensor dan mengeluarkan sinyal kepada aktuator untuk menghilangkan titik embun dan bekas air hujan. Aktuator yang dibuat adalah wiper yang terbuat dari alumunium dan pembuatannya disesuaikan dengan bentuk kubah dari AllSky Camera. Aktuator lain yang digunakan adalah silika gel yang dipasang dibagian dalam dari alat AllSky Camera untuk menyerap uap air yang ada di bagian dalam alat. Pembuatan wiper untuk menghilangkan titik embun dan bekas air hujan serta pemasangan silika gel pada bagian dalam alat untuk menyerap uap air mampu meningkatkan performa dari alat AllSky Camera

Abstract

Software-Defined Network (SDN) as architecture network that separates the control and forwarding functions, so that network operators and administrators can configure the networks in a simple and centrally between thousands of devices. This study is designed and evaluate the Quality of Services (QoS) performances between the two networks employed SDN-based architecture and without SDN-based. MinNet as a software emulator used as a data plane in the network Software Define Network. In this study, comparison of the value of the QoS on the network based on Software Defined Network and traditional network during the test run from the source node is investigated. Network testing by using traffic loads. Traffic loads are used starting from 20Mbps-100Mbps. The result is verified that the QoS analysis of the Software-Defined Network architecture performed better than conventional network architectures. The value of the latency delay on the Software Define Network range between 0,019-0,084ms, and with 0% packet loss when addressed the network traffics of 10-100Mbps.

Abstract

Dalam memecahkan masalah, siswa yang mengalami kecemasan belajar matematika mungkin mengalami kesalahan-kesalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesalahan siswa yang mengalami kecemasan belajar matematika dalam pemecahan masalaha matematika. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang mengalami kecemasan matematika tinggi mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan matematika sesuai langkah-langkah Polya. Namun, ia  mengalami kesalahan dalam tiga hal, yaitu: (1) kesalahan penulisan simbol-simbol matematika, (2) pemaknaan model matematika, dan (3) ketidakkonsitenan dalam penggunaan simbol.In the problem solving, students learn math anxiety may have errors. This study aimed to analyze the errors that students learn math anxiety in mathematical problem solving. This type of study is a qualitative research with case study method. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that students who have high math anxiety was able to solve the problems of mathematics according to the steps Polya. However, he encountered an error in three ways, namely: (1) error in writing mathematical symbols, (2) the meaning of a mathematical model, and (3) inconsistent  in the use of symbols.

Abstract

This study will discuss the selection of the best handphone stores in Pematangsiantar city. This research was conducted to find out the best handphone shop in Pematangsiantar city according to consumers given to consumers through questionnaires. This study uses the Decision Support System with the Oreste method. The Oreste method is one of the methods of Decision Support Systems that adopts Besson Rank, which is a priority scale approach from each indicator. The data used as alternatives are mobile shop data in Pematangsiantar with a sample of 5 stores with 5 assessment criteria, including Price, Quality on Mobile, Service, Consumer Attractiveness and Store Location. The steps carried out in choosing a mobile shop begin by analyzing the system that is running on the handphone shop, then from the results of the analysis the criteria are weighted on the handphone shop, then an alternative weighting is done at the handphone shop. After that, the results of the alternative weight ranking of the handphone shop are carried out. Based on alternative data and criteria using the Oreste method, it can be concluded that the best mobile shop is Selamat Cellular Shop with Preference Value from Distance Score value of 5.3556.
