Development in Indonesia refers to the concept of sustainable development (sustainable development) and responsibility for the environment . Companies have a social responsibility to social and environmental consequences of environmental damage that caused . Implementation of corporate social responsibility (Cooperate Social Responsibility) is an important part in the framework part of the enforcement of environmental law . Implementation of CSR growing rapidly , including in Indonesia . Through Law No. 40 Year 2007 regarding Limited Liability Company , specifically in Article 74, in response to the action of the business world to social and environmental causes damages to society . But in application / CSR implementation will be undertaken by the company is not maximized with implications for the enforcement of environmental law.

The objective of this study is to determine the effects of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and ethical behavior to professional turnover intention in information system. This research is using survey method. Population in this research is all professional / worker of information system or laboring employees in the field of information system. Result of research is support that organizational commitment, job satisfaction and ethical behavior have the influence to profesional turnover intention in information system.

Empathy and homophily communication in campaigns is important to garner public support in the era of democracy. Loyal community support can be achieved if political actors make empathy and homophile communication appropriately. This study aims to find out how empathy and homophile communication carried out by Gus, a legislative candidate, is able to win votes from a community that is basically apathetic to politics, namely the thoriqoh congregation. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with in-depth interview and observation data collection techniques. The results showed that the communication of empathy and homophilia carried out by Gus, made it seen as part of the Thoriqoh congregation itself thus increasing its credibility. The homophile aspect fulfilled by Gus so that he gets full loyal support from the Thoriqoh congregation is in terms of equality in dressing, religion, speaking, behaving, and in carrying out rituals.

The conceptualizes food security and food sovereignty as fluid and changing discourses that define the problem of hunger. The discursive geohistories of food security and food sovereignty in order to identify oppositions and relationalities between them. I argue that the interpretations of, and relations between, food security and food sovereignty vary by geography and scale, as well as by the conceptual and theoretical differences within the discourses themselves. When and where these discourses develop and emerge is central to understanding their oppositions and convergences. How scale is constructed within particular discourses is also important to understanding how they co-exist relationally or in opposition. Food security and food sovereignty discourses are tied to distinctive political and economic histories, ecologies, and identities at the national and local levels. They are differentially deployed depending upon geographic context and the political economy of development and underdevelopment. Both discourses are dynamic and changing in relation to the wider political and cultural economies of food system dynamics across scale. Uniform definitions of each term should be resisted. The point is to understand the geographies of their relational overlap and their continual difference.

Pulang Kampung, popularly known as mudik bareng, is the activity or event of boro people. It means going back to their village. The activity allows many people to meet and gather with parents, extended families, and neighbours who have also travelled from their village and worked diversely at the migrant regions. This study focused on how one of the boro communities from Pule village at Jakarta mobilise their group members to the program using communication technology of cellular phone. This study applied the community mobilisation and coordination concepts which lead to the communication network model. The network model was analysed by density, centrality, and eigenvalue of social network analysis to depict the coordination and mobilisation map of communication technology network of cellular phone among the group member of boro community. In addition, the network was explored and discussed with types of kinship and community leadership.

This article seeks to reveal differences of religious attitudes between Muslim and Christian communities in North Sumatera and Frankfurt Am Main Germany. This article shows that the relation between Muslims and Christians can be understood to have taken place in two categories, positive and negative. Positive relation can be attested through integrating factors between the two religious communities, while negative relation can be attested through separating factors. In North Sumatera there exist local wisdoms which serve as adhesive factors of Muslim-Christian relation, such as the concept of âmargaâ among Batakese society. Meanwhile, pig either as food or as pet is regarded as a dividing factor together with fanaticism and exclusivism. In Germany, as majority group the Christians are tolerant towards Muslims due to the rule of law in the country. This tolerance becomes an adhesive factor, while mutual suspicion among both Muslims and Christians is raeagrded as dividing factor.

Kehadiran buzzer di era media sosial yang tumbuh pesat banyak dimanfaatkan oleh perusahaan atau pihak-pihak tertentu karena memiliki pengaruh dalam menyampaikan pesan kepada khalayak, yang tentu saja mendatangkan kembali keuntungan bagi buzzer sebagai sumber pemasukan. Dalam media sosial, meski banyak buzzer yang memiliki motif ekonomi, namun ada pula buzzer yang menggunakan media sosial untuk menunggah hal-hal yang disukai secara sukarela tanpa imbalan. Hal ini terlihat jelas pada Herbalife Nutrition, sebuah direct selling company yang umumnya keberadaan distributor atau member (anggota) hanya berorientasi pada keuntungan penjualan produk dan mengembangkan downline. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengungkap buzzer sukarela yang menjadi garda terdepan sebuah brand atau perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang mengungkap kenyataan atau fakta, keadaan, fenomena, variabel serta keadaan yang ada. Hasilnya, member independen Herbalife Nutrition yang mencintai produk dan menyukai gaya hidup sehat aktif sesuai dengan filosofi perusahaan, kemudian merasa memiliki ikatan dan menjadi buzzer sukarela yang berperan sebagai penjaga citra perusahaan atau brand. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan memberikan pengertian mengenai strategi public relations (PR) di era digital dengan memanfaatkan media sosial yaitu electronic word of mouth. Dengan adanya pergesaran WOM tradisional, yaitu komunikasi dari mulut-ke mulut yang dapat dilakukan secara langsung, menjadikanWOM baru yaitu eWOM dengan menggunakan media sosial dan platform online lainnya secara luas, kapanpun, dan dimanapun. Tulisan ini juga berupaya melihat keakuratan bagaimana eWOM dapat menjangkau khalayaknya secara luas dan memberikan dampak positif bagi organisasi atau perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur, dimana penulis mengumpulkan informasi tentang objek tertentu dari banyak sumber, ditulis dengan baik dan ditambah dengan pendapat penulis. Penulis menemukan bahwa selain eWOM dapat digunakan dalam industri marketing, eWOM juga dapat menjadi salah satu strategi PRdalam mencapai tujuannya yaitu citra dan reputasi yang baik di mata publik. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa eWOM menjadi salah satu toolskomunikasi yang masih dianggap baru dan terus berkembang. Komunikasi eWOM bukan sekedar pesan yang disampaikan pada banyak orang tetapi suatu praktisi PR juga dapat menciptakan eWOMsendiri dengan menekankan pada kredibilitas sumber, konten / pesan, sehingga tercipta penyebaran pesan yang positif yang berdampak bagi citra dan reputasi perusahaan.

Abstract Broadcasting has become part of peoples’ lives needs for information, entertainment and education. Broadcasting agency as mass communication media play a role to shape the behavior of political, social, and economic in every society, in order to establish the public legal compliance through broadcasting activities that are counseling and law clarification, it takes effective communication media so that the target is expected to be achieved through increased the quality broadcast programs and attractive containing understanding and knowledge about the law will be able to increase publics’ consciousness and legal compliance. This study using sociological-juridical approach by analyzing the empirical data in order to understand the social and legal responsibilities and functions of broadcasting as a mass communication media is effective in disseminating the law and the formation of values, the result of study drawn through the broadcast media were able to create a culture norms, it means the function of media is not only as a transmitter of information to disseminate the law to the public but also it can have the effect of influencing and encouraging the change of behavior towards the law-abiding. This research was aimed to know The best learning strategy between the cooperative learning strategy type TPS with animation media, cooperative learning strategy type TPS with static picture media, and conventional learning strategy to the memory retency of XI grade students in State Senior High School Mitra Inalum. This research was conducted with quasi experiment methods with three classes which sample randomly, XI IA.1 class with cooperative learning strategy type TPS with animation media; XI IA. 2 class with , cooperative learning strategy type TPS with static picture media, and XI IA. 3 class with conventional learning strategy. Instrument in this research used achievement test in the form of 50 multiple-choice questions that have been tested for validity, reliability, dicrimination power, and difficulty level. Studentâs retency memory can be gathered from the achievement test after 21 days sub matter is done finished. The techique of analysis used analysis of covarians with SPSS 17.0 for Windows. The result of this research and test shows the best learning strategy to get student memory retency is cooperative learning strategy type TPS with static picture media, continued by cooperative learning strategy type TPS with animation media, and then with conventional learning strategy. There are differences between memory retency XI grade students in State Senior High School of Mitra Inalum thay by used the cooperative learning strategy type TPS with animation media, cooperative learning strategy type TPS with static picture media, and conventional learning strategy (Sig.= 0.03 < 0.05).
