Research development of aim products in the form of a model of learning-oriented bullets starting play in an effort to create a situation of active learning. The research method used is the method of research development (research and development), of the Brog and Gall which is divided into two stages, namely the early research (needs analysis) and development. Research conducted at SDN Klojen in Malang city. The instruments used are the now and interviews. Data were analyzed with a qualitative analysis techniques and qualitative descriptive. Based on the results of the expert analysis of the game, Physical Education in Elementary School , Learning experts and experts of athletics (Shot Put) assessing learning models Shot Put berorintasi play is at 88.75% category with good qualifications and a small group of trial results and large group shows that the model of learning is playing berorintasi cartridges starting at 84.72% category with the qualification of “good” so that learning the berorintasi bullet starting play have can be used as a model for improve the quality of learning making learning active and fun

ABSTRACT This study attempted to analyze Corporate Social Responsibility PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara in subdistrict Sumbawa Barat period 2009-2013. This research using two concept, namely: first, the concept of multinational corporation in International Political Economy by Steinbockova explaining cooperation pattern that relation MNCs and Nation-states throug CSR. Second, the Concept of Corporate Social Responsibility by kotler-lee explaining philantrophy responsibility PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara on human development index in subdistrict Sumbawa Barat. both of concept describe PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara as MNC can help problem in Sumbawa Barat as new subdistrict in Nusa Tenggara Barat that still need infrastructure and human resources to compete other region. Therefore, there is problem if mine disclosure region to depend on CSR PT. Nusa Tenggara such as job creation and phylantrophy on Sumbawa Barat developing. CSR PT. Nusa Tenggara contributed to improve skill and help to develop local business with Local Business Initiative programme. Online credibility, either for a company or a merchant, is an important thing that have to be considered in the era of e-commerce development. Online review and online rating are part of indicators that used to represent merchant or sellerâ€™s online credibility in e-commerce platform. The existence of online review and online rating in e-commerce platform may affect the prominence and interpretation aspects which is associated with online credibility. This is a conceptual paper which aims to describe the concept of online review and its relation with online credibility.

Abstrak: Manajemen kelas cara untuk mempermudah pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang: pengelolaan, usaha-usaha, dan faktor pendukung serta hambatan dalam pelaksanaan manajemen kelas yang dilakukan oleh guru sejarah pada SMAN 8 Kota Banda Aceh. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif destriptif. Tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Tehnik analisa data adalah reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, waka sarana prasarana, serta guru bidang studi sejarah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kegiatan pembelajaran sejarah sudah sesuai dengan aspek-aspek manajemen kelas. Pelaksanaan manajemen kelas melibatkan kegiatan antara lain : melihat kondisi kelas, menata ruangan kelas, mengatur tempat duduk, ventilasi Udara yang baik. Usaha-usaha yang dilakukan, persiapan administratif, penggunaan metode dan media yang bervariasi, serta pendekatan pluralistik. Adapun faktor penghambat,: kurangnya motivasi siswa, kurangnya disiplin guru dan orang tua. Kurangnya fasilitas lab, dan buku studi sejarah sehingga siswa kurang fokus dalam proses belajar mengajar. Kata Kunci: Manajemen kelas dan Pembelajaran Sejarah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaturan dan mekanisme pelaksanaan Program Penilaian Peringkat Kinerja Perusahaan (PROPER) oleh Badan Lingkungan Hidup Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian PROPER terhadap pengelolaan lingkungan hidup pada perusahaan-perusahaan di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan mengumpulkan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisa data yang akan penulis gunakan adalah teknik deskriptif kualitatif berlandaskan materi dan data yang berhubungan dengan topik pembahasan. Penulis menggambarkan dan menjelaskan permasalahan sesuai dengan fakta yang terjadi melalui sejumlah faktor yang relevan dengan penelitian ini, lalu ditarik sebuah kesimpulan. PROPER merupakan salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup untuk mendorong penaatan perusahaan dalam pengelolaan lingkungan hidup melalui instrumen informasi. Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup memberikan kewenangan pelaksanaan PROPER kepada pemerintah provinsi yakni Gubernur selaku wakil pemerintah sebagai bentuk dekosentrasi PROPER yang kemudian diberikan kepada Badan Lingkungan Hidup Daerah (BLHD) Provinsi. Salah satu indikator kinerja PROPER adalah tingkat ketaatan perusahaan terhadap peraturan. Dalam faktanya, PROPER memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar sebagai peserta PROPER untuk wilayah Sulsel yaitu PT Indomarmer Kuari Utama, Pangkep dan PT Vale Indonesia Tbk, Luwu Timur.

The development of information technology is misinterpreted as a place of expression without control. Social media has blurred the boundary between private space and public space. Frequent phenomena such as taking and using photos of friends without permission. This seems to be a paradox between the right to freedom of expression in friendship. This study aims to assess freedom of expression and the limitations of privacy in cyberspace. The researcher will examine several cases of violations of privacy through photos and their impact on victims. This research method uses a qualitative approach. The technique of collecting data uses interviews, literature studies and documentation. The theory used is the theory of computer- mediated communication and using the concept of a privacy violation to help answer problems in this study. Through this research, it is expected to obtain applicative solutions in an effort to resolve privacy issues and limits in friendship.

Abstract Protection of Human Rights (HAM) is one of the characteristics of the rule of law. Violation of the right to life is a serious Human Rights violation that is qualified as a crime against humanity and a crime of genocide. Indonesia has enacted UU No.26 Tahun 2000 on Human Rights Courts as the basis for establishing a retroactive Ad Hoc Human Rights Court. Settlement of past gross human rights violations through the courts has been conducted in the 1999 East Timor case and the Tanjung Priok case in 1984. Both cases were terminated "free" at the Cassation and Reconsideration. From the judicial sociology review, both Judges' decisions are in fact extraction of interpretations of legal norms, moral values and social interests that live in society and become the nation's view. The sociological legal perspective provides the view that the judicial settlement has not been able to provide a sense of justice and beneficiary as a legal objective, therefore a non-judicial resolution is required for other cases of gross human rights abuses, as adopted by the Public Prosecution Service together with other government elements and Komnas HAM.

In daily life - the mass media presents a variety of information, news, issues, events that occur in society. Technological developments that make it easier for people to receive information quickly make people more open with a variety of information. The mass media agenda that preaches an information event issue can have an impact on the determination of government policy. Agenda setting describes the strength, influence, the media are very strong against the formation of public opinion because the media put pressure on an event then the media can influence the audience to assume important. The media setting agenda has a role in determining the government's policy of setting the rice HET. Rice is a basic necessity of Indonesian society, so any issues related to rice will cause a polemic. The media considers rice issues to be a potential media agenda for priority. Moreover, the regulation on rice stipulation has not existed before and this regulation has been proven in the last 5 months has experienced 3 changes.Dalam kehidupan sehari â€“ hari media massa menyajikan beragam informasi, berita, isu, peristiwa yang terjadi di masyarakat. Perkembangan teknologi yang memudahkan masyarakat menerima sebuah informasi dengan cepat menjadikan masyarakat semakin terbuka dengan berbagai macam informasi. Agenda media massa yang memberitakan suatu isu peristiwa informasi dapat berdampak terhadap penentuan kebijakan pemerintah. Agenda setting menggambarkan kekuatan, pengaruh, media yang sangat kuat terhadap pembentukkan opini masyarakat karena media memberi tekanan pada suatu peristiwa maka media dapat mempengaruhi khalayak untuk mengganggap penting. Agenda setting media mempunyai peranan dalam penentuan kebijakan pemerintah dalam menetapkan HET beras. Beras merupakan kebutuhan pokok masyarakat Indonesia, maka isu apapun yang berkaitan dengan beras akan menimbulkan polemik. Media menganggap berita isu mengenai beras menjadi agenda media yang potensial untuk diprioritaskan terlebih lagi peraturan mengenai penetapan beras belum ada sebelumnya dan peraturan ini terbukti dalam 5 bulan terakhir ini telah mengalami 3 kali perubahan.

The principle of planting system “Jajar Legowo” is to increase the plant population by adjusting the spacing so that the crop will have a row of plants interspersed by empty rows where the spacing is on the row of rows half the spacing between rows. The purpose of this study to investigate the effect of different rice cropping patterns on weed growth. The research was conducted at Gampong Lhok Iboh, Baktiya district Barat North Aceh Regency started from March to June 2017. This research used non factorial Randomized Block Design which consists factor with 2 treatments: P1 (conventional cropping pattern) and P2 (jajar legowo). Observations included the amount of dominance (%), plant height (cm), number of tillers, panicle length, number of grains per panicle, and weight of 1000 grains per plot. The results revealed that cropping pattern had an effect on weed growth and production component of paddy. Planting system “jajar legowo” 2: 1 (25cm x 25 cm x 40 cm) was much better compared to conventional cropping pattern

The purpose of this study is to obtain the value of density, frequency, mangrove cover and the mangrove importance index (INP Mangrove) The method used for belt transects. The quadratic transect method measures 10 m x 10 m (tree category), 5 m x 5 m (sapling category) and 2 m x 2 m (seedling category). The results found that the mangrove community in Serewe Bay, Lombok Island, West Nusa Tenggara. Tree strata are dominated by Sonneratia alba species, pole strata are dominated by Sonneratia alba species and the seedling strata are dominated by Pemphis acidula. This shows that the existence of these three types can be found in almost every plot / plot. The Importance Value Index (INP) of mangroves obtained is classified as moderate, this shows that mangroves in Serewe Bay, Lombok Island, West Nusa Tenggara have an important role for the coastal environment.
