Abstract

The necessity of capital for the community in village, especially for tobacco Besuki NaOogst farmer is very important to sustainable farm. Nevertheless, the problem of lowcapital will always appear to increase farm and income. So that, the research that giveinformation about financing farm performance tobacco Besuki Na Oogst. Research showafter the end PRPTE project, the access of tobacco farmer to get credit which comes fromformal institution financing, in fact that it doesn’t give any credit for tobacco farmer.Besides that, the frequency of borrowing and values are still low. At first, cost oftransaction is expected to become burden for the credit; it doesn’t have any influence to theborrower. It is because the screening, delivery, and the pattern of incentive, alsoenforcement, application form which has been applied by formal financing institution isgood enough and easy to understand by the farmer who wants to access them. Althoughtobacco farmer aspiration to the formal institution financing which is expected withoutdifficult procedure, on time, exact in the quantity but also with requirement for borrowingapplication which is cheap. To make it cheap and easy for farmer to access formalinstitution financing, that will be better if make Micro Finance Institution (LembagaKeuangan Mikro) in the village which can bridge the credit for agriculture. In thiscondition we hope that it can solve the limits of capital and it can increase farm agriculturaland society income.

Abstract

Since of the crisis, the agriculture sector must be responsible to shift by labor fromnon agriculture to agriculture sector. In the macro level, GDP of agriculture sector increasefrom 51,8 percent in 1961 to 16 percent in1995, is not fallow with labor force absorption from41 percent in 1997 to 45 percent in 1998. The condition micro level in West Java villagesresearch “Panel Penelitian Petani Nasional (Patanas)” from 1983 years and 2000 years theresult to show that: a) Number of household in 2000 the majority are up to 6 education levelthan 1983 years, but the number of labor force which absorption in agriculture is almost samewith condition 1983 years, is that the majority consist education level under 6 years. b) Themajority number of household in ages level 20 to 25 years in 2000 to work in non agriculture, but the opposite the agriculture to consist up to 40 years, c) Number of household has alreadyworked 2000 years were oriented to commercial effort with main status wage laborer (40%)than others status. d) Main of source the mean livelihood household in villages 2000 yearshave the pattern diversification in many sectors than 1983 years which agriculture sectorconcentration, is the same with source of that diversification to many sectors . Although aftercome to change of the role man power since 17 years, during crisis and after crisis agriculturesector can absorption labor force to villages and severance of relation in others sectors. Therefore to accelerate balance of labor force and economics growth are necessary get upnon-agriculture sector has already stagnation to economics crisis.

Abstract

Aerobic exercise that is widely proposed to improve health and fitness. Aerobic exercise cancause oxidative stress. The negative impact of oxidative stress that occurred causing inflammation. This event needs to be controlled of antioxidants in the body. The purpose of thisresearch is to study the difference neutrophils percentage and amount of leucocytes between agroup who consumes red guava juice and plain water group on aerobic exercise shortly. The design research is experimental nonrandomized pre-post test control group. The subjectsare students of STPN Yogyakarta who are consumes red guava juice groups and plain water groups. Both groups perform aerobic exercise during 60 minute run. Blood samples formeasuring neutrophils percentage and amount of leucocytes. T-test are used for data analysis.T-test analysis of neutrophils percentage shows that there is difference between red guava juicegroup and plain water group. T-test analysis amount of leucocytes shows that there is nodifference between red guava juice group and plain water group. There is a decrease in the amount of leucocytes but statistically, it is not different. Thepercentage of neutrophils declines and statistically, there is a significant difference between thegroup which consumes red guava juice and the plain water group.Keyword: aerobic exercise shortly, red guava juice, neutrophils percentage, amount of

Abstract

Introduction: A new endemic area of schistosomiasis was discovered in Bada highland in 2008. Its prevalence in humans in the same year was 0.8%, and so far there is no studies about prevalence and characteristics of focus and human behavior related to the transmission of schistosomiasis in that area have been conducted. Objectives: To identify the prevalence of the disease caused by Schistosoma japonicum in humans, rats, and infection rate in snails. This study also described characteristics and human behaviors related to these characteristics and the history of visits to the endemic areas of Napu/Lindu.Methods: This study was a cross sectional survey. The prevalence of schistosomiasis in humans was identifi ed through stool examination by Kato Katz method. The prevalence in mice was estimated throughexaminations in dissected mice, and the identifi cation of cercariae in snails was done with crushing methods. Behavioral data were collected using questionnaires and focus characteristics were documented throughobservations. This research was part of the comprehensive study on schistosomiasis in Bada highland by Research and Development Center for Eradication of Disease of Animal Origin, Donggala. Results: The prevalence rate of schistosomiasis in humans was 5.93%, in rats 0% and in snails 1%. Types of focus were springs, ponds, irrigation channels, especially those with debris such as grasses, leaves, sticks dropped on the water. Prevalence rate in human was related to bathing in the river (p=0,00), entering the focus without protective shoes (p=0.034), defecation on the river (p=0,016). History of visit to endemicarea of Napu/Lindu was not associated with infection in human (p=0.344) and washing in the river was not associated also with human schistosomiasis (p= 0.521).Conclusion: The transmission of Schistosoma japonicum in a new endemic area of Bada highland is occurring and related to bathing, defecation in the river, and visit to the endemic focus without protectiveshoes. Keywords: Schistosoma japonicum, Bada highland, focus, transmission, Oncomelania

Abstract

The under necessity of taxpayer number and the low of tax ratio in Indonesia indicate about small tax base revenue. it is contrary to the large population size that should have great potential against the tax. Theoritically, the tax revenue in the country are affected by various factors including Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Gross Domestic Product (GDP), exports, and imports. This study aimed to analyze the influence of foreign investment (PMA), Gross Domestic Product (GDP), exports and imports to tax revenues in Indonesia in the long term and short term. The analytical method used in this study is Error Correction Mechanism (ECM) with study period 1984-2013. The study results show that in the long term, FDI, export, and import have significant positive impact on tax revenues, while the GDP has no significant positive effect on tax revenue. In the short term, FDI, GDP, export, and import have significant positive impact on tax revenue in Indonesia. The study result can be imply to the imports selection, improving the quality of exported goods and facilitate administration services of investment is the main point to increase tax revenues.

Abstract

The need for up-to-date information systems encourages web server service providers to build systems with high availability. One who needs it is the Online Shop Business and large-scale companies. The technique that can be used is implementing server clustering. Cluster Server is a technology that combines several resources that work together so that it looks as though a single system. Cluster technique that can be used to provide a system with high availability that is failover cluster. In this study, the failover cluster system was built using the VMware provided Vmware's FmFL failover feature. Failover cluster built consists of three physical servers with Vmware ESXi operating system. One server is used as data traffic monitoring and Shared Storage while two servers are used as nodes of the Failover Cluster which will be used to run the Guest OS. Each node in the Failover Cluster will be tested using a System Failure Scenario created based on potential interruptions in the company. Parameters measured in this study are Availability and Network Utilization. The Availability trial results performed using Vmware features called Vmware Fault Tolerance can generate a 94.44% Availability Value for 7 System Failure Scenarios. The Network Utilization value of 13,041.54% was obtained when the failover occurred between nodes in failure scenarios performed in a row. Keywords: Failover Cluster, Availability, and Utilization.
