Abstract

Monitoring of mangrove forests periodically is important  to know the change of area coverage and the mangroves condition in the Teluk Pandan coastal of  Pesawaran District of Lampung Province. This research aims  to analyze changes of mangrove area and density in 2010 – 2015, to analyze the mangroves condition  also the correlation between mangrove density from the satellite image with the mangroves density  from the field and its accuration level in mangrove of Teluk Pandan coastal. This research was conducted in September 2015 – March 2016 using satellite image SPOT 4 in 2010 and SPOT 6 in 2015. This research used supervised method with a ground check  that has high accuration. The results showed that there was an increasing of mangroves density and also mangrove area coverage around 9 ha. The condition of mangroves in the coastal of Teluk Pandan categorized as good condition and Rhizophora apiculata was the dominant species with the highest IVI (Important Value Index). The correlation between NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) values with the density of mangroves in the field has a high relationship with a R2 value of 0.9177. The accuration level of the image classification was 88.88% indicated  the good  accuracion level of the spatial distribution of mangroves.

Abstract

The mangrove forests is the most important area that must be maintained. Mangrove forests can be covered by vegetation such as Avicennia , palm, and the other that has fundamental in preserving the fishery resources. Fishery resources are classified as a renewable but limited by natural factors and non-natural factors. This study was aimed to analyze species composition, community structure and fish size composition and measure estuary parameters at Musi river. This study was conducted on December 2015 at the estury of Musi river ini Banyuasin, South Sumatera. Survey method was used in this study by measuring the length and weight of the fish cathced by drift gill net. The results of this study found 24 species of fish. Overall community structure at station 2-5 and has a lower category because no one dominates, whereas at station 1 had a high dominance of 0.82 but with the amount of catches was only 2 types by the number of species is not too many. The length and weight of Eleutheronema tetradactylum: 23.9-28.6 cm (26%), 103.5-202.4 g (34%), Engraulis grayi: 11.4-13.1 cm (15%), 6- 22.7 g (37%), Pseudocienna amovensis: 17.9-19.5 cm (24%), 60.1-75.7 g (24%), Setipinna melanochir: 20.8-21.6 (17%,), 58.4-68.7 g (17%). Water quality parameters for temperature, pH, salinity and water stream at the estuary of Musi river were categorized in good condition for aquatic biota.

Abstract

Changes in water quality is closely related to the abundance and phytoplankton community structure so that the presence of phytoplankton in the waters can provide information about the condition of a body of water. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the physical and chemical parameters of coastal Banyuasin, analyze the abundance and community stucture of phytoplankton abundance of phytoplankton and analyzing linkages with physico-chemical associations with chemical physics parameters in the coastal waters of South Sumatera Banyuasin was held on June 15, 2015. The determination of the research station using purposive sampling method. Phytoplankton samples taken using plankton nets (Plankton net) with a mesh size of 25 μm. Identification of phytoplankton are carried out in the laboratory by observing under a microscope and using phytoplankton identification book. The influence of enviromental parameters on the abundance of phytoplankton processed by PCA using STATISTICA software. The result showed that the phytoplankton were found composed of there classes which Bacillariophyceae, Dinophyceae and Cyanophyceae. The most common genus is Skeletonema. Value abundance of phytoplankton ranged from 78 cells/1-329 cells/1, Diversity Index (H’) ranged from 0,377 to 1,785, Index Uniformity (E) ranges from 0,234 to 0,772, and the index Dominance (C) ranges between 0214-0851. Principal Component Analysis of phytoplankton abundance correlated positively with nitrate (NO3+), salinity and pH, whreas phospate (PO4+), DO, temparature, brightness and speed of flow showed a negative correlation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the diversity of local rice accessions from East Kampar and North Kampar, Kampar District. This research was carried out at the Experimental Garden and Laboratory of Plant Cultivation, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau, Pekanbaru from September 2017 to March 2018 with descriptive analysis method, where there are 10 local rice accessions planted in pots . Each local rice accessions consists of five experimental sample units with a total of 50 units of data. The results of obtained character diversity of rice plants with all accessions has a drooping panicle shaft and medium criteria of plant age, 90% accession have a 2-cleft leaf tongue shape, 80% accessions has a high criteria plant height, 70% accessions has a panicle out shape with all panicle and neck panicle out, 60% local rice accessions have fertility of fertile grains, and 50% accessions has a long leaf character short criteria and the stem segment has a golden yellow color. Keywords: local rice, kinship, diversity, morphology, agronomy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  peningkatan prestasi belajar matematika materi KPK dan FPB  dengan teknik pembagian dalam kolom dan baris siswa kelas VI SDN Banjarsari Pacitan semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018, dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2017, dengan jumlah siswa 20 orang . penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, dilakukan dalam 2 siklus, tiap siklus terdiri dari 3 pertemuan.  Masing-masing siklus terdiri atas tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi.Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh diskripsi nilai tes kognitif ≥ 60 pada siklus I sebanyak 14 siswa, siklus II sebanyak 17 siswa. . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, ada peningkatan prestasi belajar dalam mencari KPK dan FPB menggunakan pembegian  dalam kolom dan baris.

Abstract

The objective of this research was determined of influence from activity of the yellow tail resources utilization with the profit and feasibility level of the yellow tail fisheries effort in territorial Seribu Islands waters.  The research was did by descriptive method, the sample was did by purpo-sive sampling.  Data analysis used the technique and financial analysis.  The result indicate that the actual condition of the yellow tail resources utilization give profit level of the muroami unit is Rp 384,751,272 per year and R/C is 1.09.  Pursuant to investment criterion, NPV value of muroami unit is Rp 8.980.639,29, Net B/C 1,06 and IRR is 18%, so that the muroami unit competent be achieved and developed, but very sensitive to price change of fuel (diesel fuel and carosene) equal to 2,5%.Key words: financial analysis, Seribu Islands, technique analysis

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of natural soap on the color of batik. Natural soap used is lerak fruit, liquid soap from lerak and liquid soap from mangroves. The method used is comparing the test results using standard soap (AATTC WOB) required in the SNI ISO 105-C06: 2010 method with natural soap. The results showed that the color change values using standard soap, lerak fruit, liquid soap from lerak and liquid soap from mangrove plants were the same on a 4-5 scale. The color desecration value of cotton fiber for standard soap, lerak fruit, liquid soap from lerak on scale 4. The desecration value of cotton fiber for liquid soap from mangroves on a 4-5 scale is better than the standard AATCC soap. The value of the color change between natural soap and standard soap is not significantly different. Then natural soap can be used as a batik washing solution.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the change pattern of  morphological and  physical traits of palm oil fruitsduring the fruit development until the time to harvest. This researchhas been conducted at PT. Panca Surya Garden’s Research Farm located in Kubang Raya, Kampar and Plant Physiology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau Pekanbaru from February to August 2016.Sixty fruit bunchs which antheses at the same day were selected at random from 7 years old oil palm trees. The fruit bunches were hand pollinated at 18 March 2016 and each was covered by pollination bag. Beginningat 30 to 120 days after pollination (DAP), 3 fruits bunches were harvested at 15 day interval. Then from 125 DAP to 185 DAP the fruit bunch were harvested every 5 days interval. The change of morphological and physical traits were observed such as fresh bunch weight, fresh fruit weight per bunch, mesocarp thickness, fruit diameter, fruit volume andfruit moisture content, and fruit color. Showed that the increase of bunch weight, fresh fruit weight per bunch, fresh fruit weight occurred at the same pattern. Fruit fresh weight and dry weight increase steadily from 30 DAP  and reached the maximum values at about 170 DAP, then decreased slightly until 185 DAP. The fruit water content increased slowly from 30 to 45 DAP, then decreased progressively untul 150 DAP and finally decreased very rapidly  from 150 to 180 DAP. Fruit color changed from dark purple to red purple and finally at harvest the color change to yellow red. Keywords : palm oil, bunch weight, fresh fruit weight, fruit dry weight

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of husk and cocopeat charcoal planting medium, liquid organic fertilizer (POC) on banana peel waste and the interaction between planting medium and POC on banana peel waste on the growth and production of tomato plants cultivated in hydroponic substrates. Dosen Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Riau JOM Faperta UR Vol. 6 Edisi 1 Januari s/d Juni 2019 research was conducted at the experimental field of Faculty of Agriculture University of Riau from August 2017 to January 2018 using factorial randomized complete design (CRD). The first factor was the planting medium consisting of two levels, husk charcoal (M1) and cocopeat (M2). The second factor was four concentrations of liquid organic fertilizer from banana peel waste consisting, without the administration of liquid organic fertilizer banana peel waste (P0), 2 ml.l-1 water (P1), 4 ml.l-1 water (P2) and 6 ml.l-1 water (P3). The parameters observed were plant height, day of flowering, number of flowers, percentage of fruit formation, day of first harvest, number of fruits per plant, total weight of fruit per plant and weight per fruit. The results showed that there was no interaction between the planting medium and the POC of banana peel waste as well as the single factor of POC peel waste waste on all observed treatments. The treatment of planting medium had a significant effect on all parameters observed except the percentage of fruit formation, age of first harvest, and weight per fruit. The use of husk charcoal medium produced higher plants with higher number of flowers, higher fruit weight and total fruit weight per plant compared to the use of cocopeat planting medium in the production of hydroponic substrate tomato plants. Abstract

The implementation of policies in the Presidential Decree PBJ has not been able to fully address the lack of community infrastructure, especially needs that are relatively simple at the village level, such as drinking water facilities, educational facilities, garbage collection, internet facilities and so on . The formulation of the research problem is how to implement and the obstacles in implementing Langkat Regent Regulation Number 19 of 2019 concerning Procedures for Procurement of Goods and Services in Village in Stabat Baru Village. The results show that the implementation in terms of communication and organizational structure has been going well, but in terms of resources and disposition it has not gone well, with the constraint factors faced in the form of difficulty coordinating with the community, lack of employee cooperation, lack of employee responsibility for work because it is more concerned with personal affairs. It is recommended that the Village Stabat Baru needs to conduct more intensive socialization regarding the importance of community involvement in PBJ. Leaders need to emphasize to employees that cooperation will be increasing important in dealing with many jobs. Leaders need to be firm in disciplining subordinates who use the working day to take care of their personal interests.
