Abstract

Studi ini dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan motivasi mahasiswa yang mengambil Program Sarjana Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris di Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES). Selanjutnya, sebuah penelitian mendalam dilakukan untuk menemukan apakah lesson study yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif dapat diterapkan di kelas dengan baik dan memberikan dampak terhadap motivasi siswa untuk bergabung di dalam perkuliahan yang diberikan oleh para dosen di kelas. Untuk tujuan-tujuan tersebut, mata kuliah Language Testing Administration (LTA) yang diikuti oleh 30 mahasiswa pada tahun akademik 2014/2015. Terdapat 2 siklus yang dilakukan oleh tiap-tiap program melalui research lesson; plan, do, dan see. Untuk mengamati minat para mahasiswa yang bergabung di dalam kelas, 4 pengamat mengamati dan menulis aktivitas-aktivitas para smahaiswa selama proses belajar-mengajar yang diajarkan oleh dosen di dalam kelas. Untuk menstimulasi keaktifan para mahasiswa di kelas, Circle the Sage dipilih oleh dosen dengan tujuan untuk membangun kreativitas mereka di dalam mempelajari materi. Temuan dari para mengamat disampaikan kepada dosen yang sedang mengajar di dalam kelas dengan tujuan untuk direfleksikan dan dicarikan solusi atas permasalahan-permasalahan yang ditemukan secara kolaboratif. Data diambil melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan rekaman video dan kemudian dianalisi s secara descriptif untuk menyimpulkan hasil dari penelitian tersebut.

Abstract

It takes an on-line learning system (learning management system) that can be used by prospective teachers, lecturers and tutor teachers. The purpose of this study is to produce educational apprenticeship web design. The type of research is development research. The development research model used is ADDIE. using the ADDIE development model, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This research is only up to the web design stage. The results of the study are the results of web-based applications with teacher, student, lecturer and admin users. Each feature is developed with similar content. Keywords: Pembelajaran abad 21, Learning Management System.

Abstract

Abstract. This study was intended to trigger students autonomy in joining Genre-based Writing class of State Universityof Semarang. Further, it was conducted to know how the students demonstrate their ability in using a set of tactics for taking control of their own learning. For this purpose, 30 students were randomly chosen and two observers involved in lesson study consisted of plan, do, and see. The result showed one of the indicators of succesful teaching and learning in the classroom was not only determined by interaction between the lecturer and the students in the classroom but also the use of lesson plan designed. In triggering the students autonomy in learning, the lecturer established a variety of instructional strategies focusing on academic expectations through the lesson plan. The lecture was designed to engage the students activeness and autonomy so that the goal of learning could be achieved well.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This paper attempts to analyze the test items in the English National Final Examination (UAN) for Junior High School Students in the academic year 2009/2010. This study aims at analyzing the compatibility of the test items of package A in reading and writing section of English National Final Examination for Junior High School Students with the standard of graduate competence and the cognitive domains used in the test. The data were collected by using documentary method, while in analyzing the data the writers focused on matching the compatibility of the test items with the Standard of Graduate Competence and identifying the cognitive domain used. From the analysis, it was found that the test items of package A in reading and writing section of English National Final Examination 2009/2010 were in line with the Standard of Graduate Competence (SKL) arranged by the government. The cognitive domains in reading section mostly used level of comprehension. The cognitive domains in writing section used the application and the synthesis level. ?é?á Key words: analysis, test items, national final examination
