Abstract

RW VI Tembalang Tandang is one of the areas in Semarang City. The efforts to improve the quality of infants in RW VI had been done with the formation of Posyandu, PAUD and  Bina Keluarga Balita (BKB). Posyandu had provided services with average growth per month, but not yet developed.Monitoring the development of toddler is expected to be implemented by BKB by using Kartu Kembang Anak (KKA). BKB in RW VI has been doing activities by providing counseling and consultation to parents of children related to growth and development, but the development of toddlers up has not been done. The current Kader BKB also do not understand how to make progress in toddlers. Therefore it isnecessary tips in improving the knowledge, skills and assistance on kader BKB to perform observations of developments in order to adjust the development of toddler in RW VI for optimal quality of toddlers.The purpose of this community service activity is increase the knowledge and ability of Kader BKB in the message of child development. Awareness raising activities of toddler and mentoring in development by using Kartu Kembang Anak (KKA). Approach method was done by lecture, discussion, simulation /game, and role play. The kader are involved in the number of 8 Kader, before the extension activity is done 100% Kader do not know how to fill the KKA, after the implementation of the counseling 100% Kader have known how to fill KKA and know how to interpret the development of children.  Keywords: kader BKD, development, toddler

Abstract

Konservasi menurut Levine merupakan suatu gambaran sistem yang kompleks agar manusia dapat melanjutkan fungsi dan beradaptasi sesuai dengan pertahanan tubuhnya. Kebutuhan oksigen adalah kebutuhan fisiologis bagi manusia. Anak mempunyai kebutuhan oksigen yang lebih tinggi dari orang dewasa. Pemenuhan oksigen memerlukan peran sistem pernapasan dan sistem kardiovaskuler. Gangguan pada kedua sistem tersebut menyebabkan  gangguan dalam pemenuhan oksigenasi. Perawat perlu membantu anak supaya kebutuhan oksigenasi terpenuhi agar tubuh mampu melanjutkan fungsi sehingga anak kuat dan mampu melawan ketidakmampuan. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan prinsip konservasi Levine.Karya ilmiah ini membahas aplikasi teori Konservasi Levine dalam asuhan keperawatan pada anak dengan gangguan pemenuhan kebutuhan oksigenasi di ruang perawatan anak. Fokus bahasan pada penggunaan teori Konservasi Levine dalam memenuhi kebutuhan oksigenasi anak. Asuhan keperawatan dilakukan melalui proses keperawatan Levine yaitu pengkajian, merumuskan trophicognosis, menentukan hipotesis, intervensi dan evaluasi. Terdapat lima kasus yang dibahas. Hasil akhir dari penerapan konservasi Levine mampu meningkatkan kemampuan anak dalam beradaptasi terhadap perubahan yang terjadi namun respon organismik terhadap tindakan masing-masing klien berbeda tergantung dari kemampuan dan penyakit yang diderita.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine differences in the increase in the ability of understanding mathematical concepts among students were given group to group exchange learning strategy with contextual approach with students who are given direct instructional model, determine students' individually and classical  learning completeness and know the learning activities of students. This research uses Quasi Experimental design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population in this research is all class VIII SMP 12 Singkawang consisting of four classes totaling 84 students. The sample was taken by by purposive sampling technique. The sample consists of two classes, namely class VIII B as the experimental class were 21 students and class VIII C as the control class as many as 21 students. The results showed that there were differences increased ability of understanding mathematical concepts among students given group to group exchange learning strategy with contextual approach with students who are given direct learning model, the students achieved complete learning individually or classically and the students' learning activities were quite active. Keywords:  Mathemactical Understanding, Group to Group Exchange Strategy, Contextual Approach

Abstract

Event PPM is one of dedication to the community listed in the Tri Dharma College. The PPM activities conducted involving several professors, students, teenagers around the village Nyarumkop and some employees of the village. Measures undertaken in the form of socialization about the impact of social media for teens in the Village of East Singkawang Nyarumkop in the district in 2017. The method used in the service activities of these activities are lectures, discussions and question and answer. Results of implementation and yag response was obtained from the participants can be concluded that the purpose of these activities successfully and on target. Hopefully with these activities can contribute to society as one application of the Tri Dharma College, especially community service.

Abstract

Kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa merupakan kemampuan siswa dalam menyatakan ide atau gagasan mereka secara tertulis melalui soal yang berdasarkan pada indikator, yaitu: ekspresi matematis, menulis matematis, dan menggambar secara matematis. Ekpresi matematis adalah kemampuan siswa dalam mengubah informasi pada soal ke dalam model matematis secara benar. Menulis matematis adalah kemampuan siswa untuk menuliskan penjelasan dari soal secara matematis dan sistematis. Menggambar secara matematis adalah kemampuan siswa untuk melukiskan grafik, gambar, diagram dan tabel secara lengkap dan benar. Model Project Based Learning adalah model pembelajaran yang memberikan kesempatan kepada guru untuk mengelola  pembelajaran  di  kelas  dengan  melibatkan  kerja  proyek, dimana proyek tersebut memuat  tugas-tugas  yang  kompleks  berdasarkan  permasalahan  (project)  sebagai langkah   awal   dalam   mengumpulkan   dan   mengintegrasikan   pengetahuan   baru berdasarkan  pengalamannya  dalam  beraktivitas  secara  nyata. Dengan mengimplementasikan model Project Based Learning diharapkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa meningkat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa yang terbentuk setelah diterapkannya model Problem Centered Learning. Materi yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah materi peluang yang ada di semester genap kelas VIII SMP. Secara rinci tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya pembelajaran menggunakan PCL; (2) Mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa pada materi peluang yang mendapat pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan PCL; (3) Mendeskripsikanaktivitas siswa selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung dengan menggunakan PCL; (4) Mengetahui respon siswa terhadap diterapkannya PCL pada materi peluang.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan bentuk Pre-eksperimental design dengan rancangan one group pretest posttest. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa dilihat dari hasil posttest untuk setiap indikator kemampuan nilainya selalu bertambah tinggi dibandingkan nilai pretest nya; (2) Terdapat peningkatan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa yang dilihat berdasarkan rata-rata keseluruhan hasil pretest dan posttest dengan nilai N-gain sebesar 0,553 (sedang); (3) pembelajaran menggunakan PCL dapat mengaktifkan siswa dengan persentase siswa berprilaku aktif selalu lebih besar dari siswa berprilaku pasif; (4) Respin siswa terhadap penerapan PCL dan soal-soal kemampuan penalaran yang diberikan adalah positif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether the use of SiLPA last year, the use of reserve funds, the use of divestment on the management of the local budget in Binjai City Government. The analytical method used in my research is a quantitative method, by testing classic assumptions before getting a good research model. The variables in this study are the use of SiLPA last year, the use of reserve funds and the use of divestment as an independent variable and the level of APBD management as the dependent variable. The population of this study uses the Position of Financial Statements in 2014- 2015. The results of this study prove that partially the use of SiLPA last year, The use of Reserve Funds and the Use of Divestment have a significant effect on the Regional Budget Management in Binjai City. This is explained in the Adjusted R Square of 13.3%. The APBD management variable can be explained by the existing independent variables namely the use of SiLPA last year, Use of Reserve Funds and Use of Divestment have an effect on on APBD Management. The remaining 97.7% is influenced by other variables not explained by this research model, but the increase in acceptance of the use of SiLPA last year, the use of Reserve Funds, the use of Divestment, this is evidenced by the relationship has not been able to significantly improve the management of APBD. 3% of the APBD management variable can be explained by the independent variables, namely the use of SiLPA last year, the use of Reserve Funds and the use of Divestment have an effect on the APBD Management. Abstract

The unstable condition in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) after the chemotherapy often leads the parents into anxiety, and even panicking when the children condition drops as the effect of the chemotherapy medication. However, the hyper anxiety may affect the children. In this case, the role of nurse to manage parents’ psychological state is significantly needed. One of the efforts to maintain parents’ psychological state is by nurses’ social support. This research was aimed to find out if there was correlation between nurses’ support with the anxiety level among parents of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) patients at pediatric clinic of RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang. It was a descriptive correlative research with cross sectional approach. The study sample was elderly patient with ALL. The research result showed that nurses’ support was mostly inadequate which was at 52.3% and parents’ anxiety level was considered to be mild anxiety with 40.9%. based on Pearson Product Moment correlation, The research can be concluded that there was correlation between nurses’ support with anxiety level of parents of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) patients at pediatric clinic of RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang (p-value = 0.007, r = -0.401). Based on the research, it is suggested for the pediatric nurses to improve caring behavior during the nursing care.

Kemampuan multi representasi matematis siswa berperan penting dalam pembelajaran matematika Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Student Facilitator And Explaining terhadap kemampuan multirepresentasi matematis siswa, ketuntasan individual dan ketuntasan klasikal, dan aktivitas belajar siswa menggunakan model Student Facilitator And Explaining pada materi Penyajian Data Di Kelas Vii Smpn 12 Singkawang Penelitian ini menggunakan Desain Quasi Experimental Design dengan rancangan yang dipilih adalah Nonequivalent Posttest-Only Control Group Design.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua kelas VII SMP Negeri 12 Singkawang yang terdiri dari empat kelas yang berjumlah 114 siswa.Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling.Adapun jumlahnya terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas VIIA sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIIB sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan:1)  adanya perbedaan kemampuan multi representasi matematis siswa pada kelas yang menggunakan model Student Facilitator And Explaining dan yang menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung; 2)  Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan adanya perbedaan kemampuan multi representasi matematis secara signifikan pada kelas yang diajarkan dengan model Student Facilitator And Explaining dan yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran langsung; 3) Analisis lembar obsservasi aktivitas belajar siswa menunjukkan aktivitas belajar siswa secara keseluruhan tergolong aktif
