Abstract

Naskah merupakan peninggalan masa lalu yang dihasilkan melalui tradisi literasi. Oleh sebab itu, munculnya tradisi naskah disertai dengan aspek kehidupan lainnya yang berkaitan dengan tradisi baca-tulis, misalnya teknologi yang menyertai kegiatan baca-tulis, bahan dan alat tulis, keberaksaraan, perkembangan intelektualitas, dan kesadaran untuk mencatat atau mendokumentasikan segala sesuatu yang dianggap penting pada masa itu. Sebagai dokumen sosial, naskah menyimpan informasi masa lalu yang meliputi berbagai aspek kehidupan, di antaranya keagamaan, kebahasaan, filsafat, mistik, ajaran moral, peraturan atau hukum, silsilah raja-raja, arsitektur, obat-obatan, astronomi, sastra, dan sejarah. Untuk mengungkap kandungan isinya tersebut, diperlukan kajian khusus, salah satunya melalui ragam interpretasi, di samping kajian filologi yang umum dilakukan terhadap naskah. Ragam interpretasi yang dapat diterapkan terhadap dokumen tertulis di antaranya interpretasi verbal, interpretasi teknis, interpretasi logis, interpretasi psikologis, dan interpretasi faktual. ABSTRACTManuscript is a relic of the past that is generated through traditional literacy. Therefore, the manuscript tradition emerges together with other aspects of life related to traditions of literacy. For example, technology accompanies the activities of reading and writing, materials and stationery, literacy, development of intellectual, and consciousness to record or document everything that is considered important at the time. As a social document, a manuscript stores past information covering various aspects of life, including religious, linguistics, philosophy, mystics, moral teachings, laws or regulations, genealogy of kings, architecture, medicine, astronomy, literature, and history. To reveal its contents, special studies are needed, one of them through a variety of interpretations, in addition to the common study of philology to manuscript. Abstract

Distance learning is a challenge in the implementation of health education. The Government of Indonesia recommends the Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka policy which carries the concept of active learning to be implemented at the college level, including health education. In connection with this, the studies of active learning models in the context of medical education during the COVID-19 period has not been widely reviewed. Therefore, this study aims to explore the implementation of active learning model in English for Professional Nurses subject in a nursing study program in one of the universities in Indonesia. This research employed descriptive research design with qualitative approach. The subject of this study was 1 lecturer. Data and its collection techniques were the learning activities data taken using observations and interviews. The results of this study showed that active learning model can be implemented in asynchronous learning. This research is expected to give overview of active learning in higher education context.

Abstract

Jabar Masagi merupakan salah satu program pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat periode 2018 – 2023 dengan oreintasi pada pendidikan karakter. Sasaran program ini terutama generasi muda atau kaum milenial. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif, tulisan ini mengupas landasan program tersebut disertai dengan uraian nilai kearifan lokal yang terkandung di dalamnya. Hasilnya, keterkaitan antara program Jabar Masagi dengan nilai kearifan lokal Sunda di antaranya terlihat dari rincian program yang sangat erat kaitanya dengan pandangan hidup, moto, dan ungkapan-ungkapan tradisional Sunda. Oleh sebab itu, pencanangan program ini selain merupakan acuan praktis dalam berperilaku, sekaligus merupakan reaktualisasi nilai-nilai kesundaan yang telah lama dianut. Melalui program gerakan yang dimotori oleh pemerintah daerah, semangat pemahaman dan pengamalan kembali terhadap nilai-nilai kesundaan dapat digelorakan secara semarak dan lebih kontekstual.ABSTRACTJabar Masagi is one of the government programs of West Java Province for the period 2018 - 2023 with a focus on character education. The target of this program is mainly the younger generation or millennials. By using descriptive methods, this paper examines the basis of the program along with a description of the value of local wisdom contained in it. As a result, the link between the West Java Masagi program and the value of Sundanese local wisdom can be seen from the details of the program that are closely related to the views of life, motto, and traditional Sundanese expressions. Therefore, the declaration of this program is not only a practical reference in behaving, it is also a re-actualization of the values of delay that have long been adopted. Through a movement program driven by the local government, the spirit of understanding and re-applying to the values of delay can be raised in a lively and more contextual manner.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of research on film that uses Sundanese language and cultural settings. This study aims to describe the cultural elements that exist in the Cakra Buana film story. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with document study techniques in the form of artwork. The data source in this study is the story of the film Cakra Buana by director Massimo Burhanuddin. The results of the study include 7 cultural elements, including: language, this film uses Sundanese language and undak usuk basa, knowledge systems are divided based on knowledge about nature and social, social organizations include government systems, how to replace leaders and designations of kinship, technological systems including tools, food, clothing, houses and means of transportation, the livelihood system that is farming, the religious system is still influenced by Hinduism and Buddhism because it uses the word "Sang Hyang" in mentioning the name of God, and there are 2 arts in this film namely music and art motion (traditional dance).AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya penelitian tentang perfilman yang menggunakan bahasa dan latar budaya Sunda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan unsur budaya yang ada dalam cerita film Cakra Buana. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis dengan teknik studi dokumen yang berupa karya seni. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu cerita film Cakra Buana karya sutradara Massimo Burhanuddin. Hasil penelitian meliputi 7 unsur budaya, diantaranya: bahasa, film ini menggunakan bahasa Sunda serta menggunakan undak usuk basa, sistem pengetahuan dibagi berdasarkan pengetahuan tentang alam dan sosial, organisasi sosial meliputi sistem pemerintahan, cara mengganti pemimpin dan sebutan kekerabatan, sistem teknologi diantaranya perkakas, makanan, pakaian, rumah dan alat transportasi, sistem mata pencahariannya yaitu bercocok tanam, sistem religinya masih ada pengaruh dari ajaran Hindu dan Buddha karena menggunakan kata “Sang Hyang” dalam menyebutkan nama Tuhan, dan kesenian dalam film ini ada 2 yaitu seni musik dan seni gerak.

Abstract

Abstrak: Latar belakang penelitian ini dilandasi oleh anggapan bahwa suara perempuan yang tercurahkan dalam sebuah karya sastra, harus digali dan diketahui secara luas oleh masyarakat.  Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) struktur cerita; (2) citra diri perempuan; dan (3) citra sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan teknik studi pustaka. Sumber data yang digunakan berupa roman pendek yang berjudul Pileuleuyan karya Yus Rusamsi dengan disertai  sumber lain yang mendukung. Hasilnya: (1) struktur cerita meliputi tema, fakta cerita (alur, tokoh/watak, latar) dan sarana sastra (judul dan sudut pandang). Tema roman ini tentang kejiwaan, menggambarkan kesabaran seorang perempuan yang bernama Lili dalam menghadapi cobaan hidup terutama dalam persoalan perasaan, cobaan yang membuat dirinya harus bijak dalam mengambil keputusan. Alurnya campuran, menceritakan kejadian yang sudah berlalu. Latar tempat dari meliputi di rumah, jalan, dan puncak. Latar waktu yang digunakan dalam roman ini yaitu waktu faktual. Latar sosial menggambarkan masarakat kelas atas dan kelas rendah. Ada 13 karakter tokoh yang tergambar dalam roman ini, sedangkan sudut pandang yang digunakan yaitu orang ketiga tidak terbatas; (2) citra diri perempuan meliputi citra fisik dan citra psikis yang digambarkan oleh tokoh dalam roman ini; (3) citra sosial yaitu citra perempuan di keluarga, msalanya dalam kesopanan dan rasa tanggung jawab sebagai anggota keluarga serta sebagai anggota masyarakat. Kesimpulannya, citra perempuan dalam roman pendek Pileuleuyan menggambarkan sosok perempuan yang tegar dan teguh pendirian dalam mengambil keputusan.Kata kunci: citra perempuan, roman pendek, Pileuleuyan. Abstract: The background of this research is based on the assumption that the voices of women who are poured out in a literary work must be explored and widely known by the public. The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) the structure of the story; (2) self-image of women; and (3) social image. The method used is descriptive analytic with literature study techniques. The data source used is a short novel entitled Pileuleuyan by Yus Rusamsi, accompanied by other supporting sources. The results: (1) the structure of the story includes the theme, the facts of the story (plot, character / character, setting) and literary means (title and point of view). The theme of this romance is about the psyche, depicting the patience of a woman named Lili in facing life's trials, especially in matters of feelings, trials that make her wise in making decisions. The plot is mixed, telling events that have already passed. The setting of the place includes the house, the road, and the summit. The time setting used in this novel is factual time. Social background describes the upper class and lower class society. There are 13 characters depicted in this romance, while the point of view used is that the third person is not limited; (2) the self-image of women includes physical and psychological images that are depicted by the characters in this romance; (3) social image, namely the image of women in the family, for example in politeness and a sense of responsibility as family members and as members of society. In conclusion, the image of the woman in the short romance Pileuleuyan depicts a woman who is steadfast and steadfast in making decisions.Keywords: female image, short romance, Pileuleuyan

Abstract

For a long time elementary school students in West Java did not have songs based on education and character development. Therefore, students often sing songs belonging to adults who are not intended. Lately Kawih Asuh Barudak material has appeared in the educational environment. The purpose of this study is to explain how the material of Kawih Asuh Barudak is used for learning Sundanese in elementary schools. Kawih Asuh Barudak are Sundanese songs containing moral messages such as strengthening piety, respect for parents, love for the environment, love for others, knowledge, character, and love for the motherland; packed with musical compositions that are lightweight and easy to learn. The results obtained are, 1) students prefer to absorb learning material with innovative, creative, interactive, and enjoy; 2) students prefer to follow learning material by singing method which is more fun than lecture method; and 3) students are easier to absorb applicable learning material than theoretical and rote learning. Therefore, language learning methods through media with kawih material are seen as alternatives to innovative learning media

Abstract

The Instilling of nationalism values should be carried out earlier, especially when the children are still at elementary school age. The sources of national values come not only from the ideal and constitutional foundation, but also can be drawn from subjects' content at school. By Using a descriptive method, this paper examined national values contained in pupuh lyrics for elementary school students in Sundanese language subjects. As a result, some pupuh that are taught at several different class levels contain many nationalism values. These values have long been embraced and practiced by Sundanese people so that it has become a collective memory in carrying out daily life. In addition, these values are in accordance with the four pillars of our nationality i.e. Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, NKRI and Bhineka Tunggal Ika. Therefore, Sundanese language lessons especially pupuh material greatly contribute in instilling national values to the next generation of the nation

Abstract

Abstract: Local wisdom is believed to be a form of internalization of the values embraced by a particular society or community, which are maintained and disseminated from generation to generation, both through oral and written traditions, one of which is through Wawacan Pandita Sawang manuscripts. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach and philological methods, this study is aimed to explore the values of local wisdom contained in the ancient Sundanese manuscripts. The results showed that the local wisdom recorded in the ancient manuscripts has long been lived and practiced by the people, so that it has formed the character of Sundanese people in carrying out their lives, especially those related to the relationship between humans and God, humans and humans, and humans with their environment. Therefore, the study of this manuscript will reopen and at the same time revitalize the values of local wisdom that once lived in Sundanese society as a comparison to develop values of the present time.
