Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model latihan ketepatan tendangan dalam sepakbola untuk anak kelompok umur 13-14 tahun yang layak digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pengembangan, dengan langkah-langkah terdiri dari: (1) mengenali potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) mengembangkan produk awal, (4) validasi desain, (5) revisi desain, (6) uji coba produk skala kecil, (7) revisi produk, (8) uji coba skala besar, (9) dan revisi produk, dan (10) hasil akhir. Penilaian kualitas produk melibatkan 3 orang ahli. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu pedoman umum wawancara, catatan lapangan, angket skala nilai validasi, pedoman observasi model, pedoman observasi keefektifan model, dan kuesioner untuk siswa. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa model latihan ketepatan tendangan yang terdiri dari (1) permainan passing segitiga; (2) permainan passing berpindah; (3) permainan pindah bola; (4) permainan melewati bola; (5) permainan passing dan koordinasi; (6) permainan cetak gol; (7) permainan 4 vs 2 target bola; (8) permainan 2 vs 1 target gawang; dan (9) permainan 2 vs 2 target gawang, yang disusun dalam bentuk DVD latihan dan buku panduan latihan.Kata Kunci: model latihan, ketepatan tendangan, sepakbola THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRACTICE KICK ACCURACY IN FOOTBALL FOR THE AGE GROUP OF 13 TO 14 YEARS OLD CHILDRENAbstractThis study aims to produce a model of practice kick accuracy in football for the age group of 13 to 14 years old children feasible to use. The study used research and development design, consisting the steps of (1) identified the potential and problems, (2) collect data, (3) develop initial products, (4) design a validation, (5) design revision, (6) small-scale product test, (7) product revision, (8) large-scale test, (9) product revision, and (10) the final result. Product quality assessment involving 3 experts. Instruments used for data collection are general guideline interviews, field notes, questionnaire validation value scale, the observation model, the effectiveness of observation model, and a questionnaire for students. The quantitative descriptive analysis and the qualitative descriptive analysis techniques are used to collect the data. The result of this research is a model of practice kick accuracy consisting of (1) triangular passing game; (2) passing and moving game; (3) moving the ball game; (4) passing the ball game; (5) passing and coordination game ; (6) scoring goal game; (7) target ball game of 4 vs 2; (8) target goal game of 2 vs 1; and (9) target goal game of 2 vs 2, arranged in a training DVD shape and training handbook.Keywords: models of practice, kicks accuracy, football

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan: (1) pengaruh latihan plyometrics alternate leg bound dan latihan plyometrics box jump terhadap peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh, (2) perbedaan pengaruh koordinasi mata-kaki tinggi dan koordinasi mata-kaki rendah terhadap peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh, dan (3) interaksi antara latihan plyometrics dan koordinasi mata-kaki terhadap peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2. Sampel penelitian ini 40 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik purposive rondom sampling. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan plyometrics alternate leg bound dan latihan plyometrics box jump terhadap peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh, (2) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh antara siswa yang memiliki koordinasi mata-kaki tinggi dan siswa yang memiliki koordinasi mata-kaki rendah, (3) terdapat interaksi antara latihan plyometrics dan koordinasi mata-kaki terhadap peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh. Kelompok siswa yang memiliki koordinasi mata-kaki tinggi lebih tepat jika dilatih dengan latihan plyometrics alternate leg bound sedangkan kelompok siswa yang memiliki koordinasi mata-kaki rendah lebih baik jika dilatih dengan latihan plyometrics box jump.Kata Kunci: metode latihan plyometrics, koordinasi mata-kaki, kemampuan lompat jauh THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE EFFECTS OF PLYOMETRICS METHOD AND THOSE OF EYE COHERENCE-FOOT ON THE INCREASE IN LONG JUMPAbstractThis study aims to determine: (1) the effect of plyometrics alternate leg bound exercise and plyometrics box jump exercises on the increase in long jump, (2) the  effect differences between in high foot-eye coherence and low eye-foot coherence, and (3) the interaction between the plyometrics exercise and eye-foot coherence on the long jump ability. This research is an experiment using the factorial 2 x 2 design. A sample of 40 students was established using the purposive random sampling technique. The results are as follows: (1) there is a significant difference between plyometrics alternate leg bound exercise and plyometrics box jump exercise, (2) there is a significant increase difference in the long jump ability between the students who have high foot-eye coherence and those having low foot-eye coherence, (3) there is an interaction between plyometrics method and foot-eye coherence on long jump ability. The students who have foot-eye coherence are more appropriate if they are trained with plyometrics alternate leg bound exercise, while the students groups that have low foot-eye coherence better if trained with plyometrics box jump exercise.Keywords: plyometrics exercise, eye-foot coherence, long jump ability

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Metode latihan circuit training memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik daripada metode latihan power training terhadap peningkatan kemampuan jump service atlet bolavoli putra junior, (2) Tingkat kelentukan tinggi memberi pengaruh yang lebih baik daripada tingkat kelentukan rendah terhadap kemampuan jump service atlet bolavoli putra junior, (3) pengaruh interaksi antara antara metode latihan circuit training dan metode latihan power training terhadap kemampuan jump service atlet bolavoli putra junior. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan  faktorial 2 x 2 dengan dua kelompok yang diberi perlakuan berbeda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet bolavoli putra junior di klub Baja 78 Bantul yang berjumlah 20 atlet. Pengumpulan data menggunakan  tes dan pengukuran yang dilakukan sebelum (pretest) dan sesudah (posttest) perlakuan. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah circuit training dan power training Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan ANAVA dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian; 1) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode latihan circuit training dan metode latihan power training terhadap peningkatan kemampuan jump service atlet bolavoli junior di klub Baja 78 Bantul, terbukti dari nilai p = 0,016 0,05; (2) Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara atlet yang mempunyai tingkat kelentukan tinggi dan kelentukan rendah terhadap terhadap kemampuan jump service atlet bolavoli junior di klub Baja 78 Bantul, terbukti dari nilai p = 0,509 0,05; (3) Tidak terdapat interaksi yang signifikan antara metode latihan circuit training dan metode latihan power training terhadap kemampuan jump service atlet bolavoli junior di klub Baja 78 Bantul, terbukti dari nilai p = 0,597 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa profil kebugaran fisik atlet sepakbola PSIW Wonosobo. Komponen yangditeliti meliputi kekuatan, kecepatan, kelincahan, kelentukan, power dan daya tahan jantung paru.Penelitianinimerupakankuantitatifdenganmetodependekatan deskrptif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah atlet sepakbola PSIW Wonosobo dengan jumlah 15 atlet. Pengambilan data menggunakan tes daninstrumen sebagi berikut: kekuatan yaitu sit up, kelentukan yaitu sit and reach, power otot tungkai yaituvertical jump, kecepatan yaitu sprint 30m, kelincahan yaitu shuttle run, dandaya tahan jantung paru yaitu multistage fitness test. Hasil penelitian profil kebugaran fisik atlet sepakbola PSIW Wonosobo yang meliputi kekuatan, kelentukan,power otot tungkai, kecepatan, kelincahan, dan daya tahan jantung paru, yaitu: tes kekuatan (sit-up) memperoleh hasil sempurna 15 atlet 100%, baik sekali 0 atlet 0%, baik 0 atlet 0%, cukup 0atlet 0%, kurang 0 atlet 0%. Tes kecepatan (sprint 30 meter) memperoleh hasil baik sekali 1 atlet 6,67%, baik 8 atlet 53,33%, sedang 6 atlet 40%, kurang 0 atlet 0%, kurang sekali 0 atlet 0%. Tes kelincahan, baik sekali 15 atlet 100%, baik 0 atlet 0%, sedang 0 atlet 0%, kurang baik 0 atlet 0%, kurang sekali 0 atlet 0%. Tes kelentukan (sit and reach), sempurna 15 atlet 100%, baik sekali 0 atlet 0%, baik 0 atlet 0%, cukup 0 atlet 0%, kurang 0 atlet 0%. Tes Power (vertical jump), sempurna 3 atlet 20%, baik sekali 3 atlet 20%, baik 4 atlet 27%, cukup 4 atlet 27%, kurang 1 atlet 7%. Tes Daya Tahan (MFT), kurang 10 atlet 67%, baik 4 atlet 27%, baik sekali 1 atlet 7%, sempurna 0 atlet 0%. Physical fitness profile of PSIW Wonosobo football athletes League 3 Central Java 2022 Abstract: This study aims to analyze the physical fitness profile of PSIW Wonosobo soccer athletes. The components studied include strength, speed, agility, flexibility, power, and cardiopulmonary endurance. This research is quantitative with a descriptive approach method. The subjects of this study were PSIW Wonosobo soccer athletes, with a total of 15 athletes. Data were collected using the following tests and instruments: strength, namely sit-ups; flexibility, namely sit and reach; leg muscle power, namely vertical jump; speed, namely 30m sprint; agility, namely shuttle run; and cardiopulmonary endurance, namely multistage fitness test. The results of the research on the physical fitness profile of PSIW Wonosobo soccer athletes, which include strength, flexibility, leg muscle power, speed, agility, and cardiopulmonary endurance, namely: strength tests (sit-ups) obtained perfect results for 15 athletes with 100%, very good 0 athletes 0%, good 0 athletes 0%, enough 0 athletes 0%, less 0 athletes 0%. The speed test (sprint 30 meters) got very good results one athlete was 6.67%, good eight athletes with 53.33%, six athletes with 40%, 0 athletes with 0% less, and 0 athletes with 0% very poor. Agility test, very good 15 athletes 100%, good 0 athletes 0%, moderate 0 athletes 0%, poor 0 athletes 0%, very poor 0 athletes 0%. Flexibility test (sit and reach), perfect 15 athletes 100%, very good 0 athletes 0%, good 0 athletes 0%, enough 0 athletes 0%, less 0 athletes 0%. Power test (vertical jump), perfect three athletes 20%, very good three athletes 20%, good four athletes 27%, enough four athletes 27%, less one athlete 7%. Endurance Test (MFT), less ten athletes 67%, good four athletes 27%, very good one athlete 7%, perfect 0 athletes 0%.

Abstract

Restrictions on community activities due to the spread of the Covid-19 virus have changed sports in Indonesia, forcing athletes to practice independently in their respective homes with training programs created by coaches. This study aims to find out the effect of circuit body weight training on arm muscle endurance and archery accuracy of archery athletes. This research is an experimental method of one group pretest-posttest design. This study employed purposive sampling with the criteria of elite archery athletes, still in high school, male, and willing to participate. Total of 12 athletes was given treatment with 8 movements for 16 meetings. The instrument is a holding bow digit test for arm muscle endurance, while archery accuracy uses 50 meters of archery. The collected data were examined for normality and homogeneity, then followed with t-test with the result that t count = 0.00 less than t (0.05). Based on the results, it is concluded that circuit bodyweight training positively improves arm muscle endurance and accuracy of archery athletes. Therefore, giving circuit bodyweight training can be used as a recommendation for physical exercise to increase arm muscle endurance and archery accuracy in archery athletes.

Abstract

Fitness centre Health and Sport Clinic (HSC) Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY) merupakan salah satu pusat kebugaran berbasis sport science yang dukung dengan sarana, prasarana, dan sumber daya manusia yang berkompetensi, sehingga menjadi salah satu pionir pusat kebugaran di Yogyakarta. Beberapa tahun belakangan banyak bermunculan pusat kebugaran baru yang menjadikan pesaing bagi fitness center HSC UNY. Fitness center HSC UNY akan mampu bertahan dan mengungguli pesaingnya dengan salah satu jalan, yaitu mengidentifikasi permintaan pasar yang dilakukan dengan cara melihat preferensi members dalam memilih sebuah fitness center. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui preferensi members dalam memilih fitness centre HSC UNY. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode konjoin dengan populasi seluruh members fitness center HSC UNY yang kemudian dipilih sebanyak 96 members dengan teknik cross-sectional untuk menjadi responden penelitian. Instrument yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, yaitu angket atau kuesioner untuk memperoleh data. Data yang sudah diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor members memilih fitness center HSC UNY berdasarkan (1) harga atau biaya members sebesar 36,3%, (2) konsultasi sebesar 24,7%, (3) waktu tempuh sebesar 16,9%, (4) pemberi referensi sebesar 14,7%, dan (5) pengalaman PT sebesar 7,3%. Harga atau biaya menjadi faktor yang paling mempengaruhi keputusan members dalam memilih fitness center HSC UNY. Faktor berikutnya yang turut mempengaruhi, yaitu kemudahan konsultasi, waktu yang ditempuh, pemberi referensi, dan pengalaman personal trainer.Identification of member's preferences fitness center health and sports clinic Yogyakarta State University AbstractFitness center Health and Sport Clinic (HSC) Yogyakarta State University (UNY) is one of the sports science-based fitness centers that is supported by facilities, infrastructure, and competent human resources, thus becoming one of the pioneers of fitness centers in Yogyakarta. In recent years, many new fitness centers have emerged that are competitors for the HSC UNY fitness center. The UNY HSC fitness center will be able to survive and outperform its competitors in one way, namely identifying market demand by looking at members' preferences in choosing a fitness center. This study aims to determine the preferences of members in choosing the HSC UNY fitness center. This study used the conjoint method with a population of all members of the UNY HSC fitness center which was then selected as many as 96 members with a cross-sectional technique to become research respondents. The instrument used in this study, namely a questionnaire or questionnaire to obtain data. The data that has been obtained were analyzed using quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the members choose the HSC UNY fitness center based on (1) member prices or fees of 36.3%, (2) consultation by 24.7%, (3) travel time by 16.9%, (4) referrals by 14.7%, and (5) PT experience by 7.3%. Price or cost is the most influencing factor in members' decisions in choosing the HSC UNY fitness center. The next factor that also influences is the ease of consultation, the time taken, the reference provider, and the experience of the personal trainer

Abstract

Swimming is an achievement sport and recreational activity that aims to relieve mental stress by balancing physical and psychological conditions. The purpose of this study was to determine interest in participating in swimming training at Club Tirta Alvita Yogyakarta. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were children taking swimming lessons at the Tirta Alvita Yogyakarta Club with a total of 21 athletes. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 21 athletes. Data analysis in this study uses a Likert scale. Data analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive statistical analysis. From the results of the study showed that the results of interest in swimming training with a percentage of "always" was 42.85% with a total of 9 athletes and a percentage of "often" was 57.14% with a total of 12 athletes. So it can be concluded that the category level of the percentage of interest in swimming achievement training at the Tirta Alvita Yogyakarta Club is in the moderate category with a percentage of 57.14%.
