Abstract

Abstrak-Keandalan suatu sistem tenaga listrik dapat dinyatakan dengan indeks keandalan. Indeks keandalan yang digunakan yaitu SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index) menyatakan frekuensi gangguan, SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) menyatakan lama gangguan, dan CAIDI (Costumer Average Interruption Duration Index) menyatakan lamanya gangguan pada pelanggan. Jurnal ini disusun dengan tujuan menentukan penempatan lokasi sectionalizer yang tepat pada jaringan distribusi untuk meningkatkan keandalan. Metode yang digunakan untuk penetapan lokasi sectionalizer di penyulang Kelingi adalah metode FMEA yang mengidentifikasikan dampak kegagalan suatu peralatan terhadap sistem. Hasil indeks keandalan sistem saat kondisi existing akan dibandingkan dengan setelah penempatan sectionalizer. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, nilai keandalan penyulang Kelingi meningkat seperti nilai keandalan SAIFI pada section C1 meningkat sebesar 51,94%, section C2 meningkat sebesar 35,81%, dan section C3 meningkat sebesar 23,96%. Sedangkan nilai keandalan SAIDI pada section C1 meningkat sebesar 37,59%, section C2 meningkat sebesar 25,47%, dan section C3 meningkat sebesar 16,8%.Kata Kunci: keandalan, SAIFI, SAIDI, CAIDI, sectionalizer, FMEAAbstract-The reliability of the power system can be indicated by using reliability indices. The reliability indices which commonly used are SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index) stated the frequency of interruption, SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) stated the duration of interruption, and CAIDI (Costumer Average Interruption Duration Index) stated the duration of interruption on customer. This paper is compiled with the purpose to determine the best placement of sectionalizer location in the distribution system to increase the reliability. The method, used to determine the location of sectionalizer in Kelingi feeder, was FMEA method which will identify the effect of failure from each component to the whole system. The result of the system reliability indices in existing condition will be compared with the result of system reliability indices after the placement of sectionalizer. Based on calculations, the reliability value in Kelingi feeder have increase such as SAIFI in section C1 increases about 51,94 %, section C2 increases about 35.81%, and section C3 increases about 23.96%. While SAIDI in section C1 increases about 37.59%, section C2 increases about 25.47%, and section C3 increases about 16.8%.Keywords. reliability, SAIFI, SAIDI, CAIDI, sectionalizer, FMEA
