Abstrack: The study was carried on because of the low grade science students learning outcomes SD Negeri 010 Sialang Makmur Kecamatan Kelayang Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu which has not reached the KKM (Minimum completeness criteria) set is 70. The problem of this research is "Does the application of cooperative learning model think Pair Share (TPS) can Improve Learning Outcomes science Student Class V SD Negeri 010 Sialang Makmur Kecamatan Kelayang Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu? ". The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes fifth grade science students at SD Negeri 010 Sialang Makmur Kecamatan Kelayang Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu to implement cooperative learning model Think Pair Share (TPS). The hypothesis of this study is If implemented cooperative learning model Think Pair Share (TPS), it can improve learning outcomes fifth grade science students SD Negeri 010 Sialang Makmur Kecamatan Kelayang Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. This research was done in class V SDN 010 Sialang Makmur in the 2nd half the Academic Year 2015-2016 at the time the study began on April 6, 2016 until April 25, 2016. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) is conducted in two cycles. Subjects of this study were students of class V SD Negeri 010 Sialang Makmur Kecamatan Kelayang Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu beehive with the number of students 16 people, 10 men and 6 women. Based on the results of the research activity sheet teacher, student activity sheets and student learning outcomes are seen rising on each cycle. In the first cycle of teacher activity with an average percentage of 72.91% persiklus increased to 91.66% in the second cycle. Activities of students in the first cycle of the first with an average percentage of 70.83% persiklus increased to 87.49% in the second cycle. Increase student learning outcomes of basic score is the percentage of completeness 37.5%, with an average of 63.75, an increase in the first cycle with the percentage of completeness of 62.5% with an average of 70.31 and a percentage increase of 9.33%. Increased again in the second cycle is the percentage of completeness of 87.5% with an average of 78.12 and a percentage increase of 18.39%. Human resource management works in the area of an organization's processes and policies by managing the human resources in it. Islamic boarding schools are da'wah and da'wah institutions that require HRM to achieve their expected goals. A strategy is needed to achieve the intended goals, including setting the direction of the organization, making environmental analysis, formulating strategies, implementing starategi, and evaluating. The presentation in this report uses the Preliminary formation, discussion and closing. Data collection uses a qualitative-descriptive and analysis-critical approach. Data sources are extracted from the literature relating to the formulation of the problem.

ABSTRAKDi Indonesia, pengguna internet area perkotaan, antara desa dan kota, serta pedesaan berturut sebesar 72,41%, 49,5%, dan 48,3%. Berikut komposisi dari pengguna internet di Indonesia: pulau Jawa, Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali-Nusa Tenggara, dan Maluku-Papua masing-masing sebesar 58,1%, 19%, 8%, 6,7%, 5,6%, dan 2,5%. Guna mengatasi masalah ini, beberapa upaya telah dilakukan untuk menyamakan akses internet di Indonesia, dan salah satu upaya yang ditawarkan adalah Project Loon. Project Loon merupakan teknologi komunikasi berdasarkan High Altitude Platform (HAPs). Penelitian terkait pengujian kelayakan Project Loon dilakukan menggunakan metode Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA). Hasil yang diperoleh adalah Operasional Project Loon di Indonesia menggunakan frekuensi 900 MHZ untuk eNodeB HAPs LTE, Diperlukan regulasi baru guna menjamin operasional Project Loon oleh operator di Indonesia, serta Area dan waktu operasional Project Loon dibatasi dengan ketentuan yang berlaku guna menghindari terjadinya resiko yang tidak diinginkan.Kata Kunci: Project Loon, HAPs, RIA, Regulasi Frekuensi ABSTRACTIn Indonesia, urban area internet users, between villages and cities, and rural areas are 72.41%, 49.5% and 48.3% respectively. The following is the composition of internet users in Indonesia: Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali-Nusa Tenggara, and Maluku-Papua islands each at 58.1%, 19%, 8%, 6.7%, 5.6% and 2.5%. To overcome this problem, several efforts have been made to equalize internet access in Indonesia, and one of the efforts offered is Project Loon. Loon Project is a communication technology based on the High Altitude Platform (HAPs). Research related to the feasibility testing of Project Loon is conducted using the Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) method. The results obtained are that Project Loon Operations in Indonesia uses 900 MHz frequency for eNodeB LTE HAPs, new regulations are needed to guarantee the operation of Loon Projects by operators in Indonesia, and the Project Area and operational time is limited by applicable provisions to avoid unwanted risks.Keywords: Project Loon, HAPs, RIA, Frequency Regulation

This study analyzes the functional relationship between the efficiency of Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) and the implementation of good corporate governance (GCG) as a variable predictor. Using panel dataset of 6 BUS listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2014-2018 period, the fixed effect panel regression model was used to analyze the relationship between variables. This study proves that the simultaneous implementation of GCG consisting of the proportion of share ownership, size of board, and board composition have a significant effect on the efficiency of BUS. Partially, the proportion of share ownership and the boad composition have a positive and significant effect, on the other hand, the board size has no significant effect on the efficiency of BUS.Â Keywords: Efficiency of sharia commercial bank, implementation of GCG and panel regression

This study aims to determine the impact of responsibilities and roles on implementation. This examination was led by the SKPK within the East Aceh Regional Government. The sample of this audit data is 49 echelon IV financial administration officials who were taken for strategic audit purposes. Information is collected using surveys and then the information is checked using various direct relapse techniques. This investigation traces that the responsibilities of the chief financial officer and the department together affect the performance of the financial supervisor. The responsibilities of the financial supervisor positively affect the finance director. Part of the financial supervisor does not affect the finance director.

The purpose of this community service is; 1) Disseminate the existence of youth organizations' roles in development, 2) Provide awareness for citizens to be able to participate in activities/become active members and administrators. 3) Provide skills training for administrators/members to determine feasible work programs to be implemented, and 4) Provide skills in making proposals and financial reports within the organization. The stages of implementing the activities consist of; 1) Lectures and questions and answers, 2) Provide technical training, and 3) Assistance in making activity proposals. The results of service activities include; 1) The PPM activity has succeeded in socializing the existence of the role of youth organizations in development, 2) The activity has succeeded in providing citizens' awareness to be able to participate in activities/become active members and administrators. 3) The training activities have succeeded in encouraging youth or organizational members to determine possible work programs to be implemented, 4) The training activities have provided skills to make proposals and financial reports in youth organizations, and 5) Established partnerships and cooperation between the youth of East Aceh Regency, PKBM Smart Mandiri Peureulak and Akademi Keuangan Perbankan Nusantara.
