Abstract

The use of environmentally friendly products as a solution to global warming continues to be improved in all aspects. The HANKUSPI (Coffee Wrap Handicraft) product is one of the products of MSMEs that is environmentally friendly, because it is only made from the remaining coffee packs. However, the demand for environmentally friendly products especially HANKUSPI is relatively low. This research will discuss about increasing purchase intention through product design, perceived behavioral control, subjective norms, and attitude as intervening variables. The sampling collection technique uses a purposive sampling method. 160 respondents will be used as respondents. The results of the study prove that there is a positive influence of subjective norms on the intention to purchase HANKUSPI products indirectly through the attitudes of green consumers. The perceived behavioral control does not affect the purchase intention of HANKUSPI products. However, product design has an influence on purchase intentions.

Abstract

The research was conducted from Oktober to November 2014 at Fish Breeding and Hatchery Laboratory Fisheris and Marine Science Faculty of Riau University. It was aim to know the influence of sGnRH+Domperidon injection by different dosage to egg quality and hatching of betok. It the research experiment method was applied with four treatmens and tree replications. The treatment injection by fisiologis solution 0,9 %, injection by sGnRH+Domperidon 0,5 ml/kg. 0,7 ml/kg and 0,9 ml/kg weigh of fish. The result showed that treatment with different dosage of sGnRH+Domperidon provide a significant influence on total of latency time of spawning, eggs ovulation/g weight of fish, eggs diameter, fertilization, egg hatchability and survival rate of larval. The best result was got from 0,5 ml/kg dosage with latency time 6,49 hour, total eggs ovulated 212/g weight of fish, accretion diameter of egg 0,184 mm, egg fertilized 75,11 %, egg hatchability 78,09 % and survival rate of living larvae was 82,36 %.Water quality during experiment was always in good condition for living.Keyword : Anabas testudineus, sGnRH+Domperidon, Hatching

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out whether consumer attachment affects the loyalty of Holland Bakery consumers, especially in North Cikarang Ruko Plaza Roxy Jababeka in the midst of increasing competition by prioritizing quality, so this study wanted to find out how much influence consumer attachment has on consumer loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 130 respondents. This study uses a probability sampling technique with purposive sampling type based on consumers who have made purchases more than once. This type of research is descriptive research, which is a writing that describes the actual situation about the object under study. The test was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) supported by the AMOS 2.2 software program and IBM SPSS statistics 22, the results showed that consumer attachment had a positive and significant effect on consumer forfeiture.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh pelatihan, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja perwira/pertiwi, Penelitian ini memakai metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel adalah perwira/pertiwi PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk Area Bogor dengan jumlah yaitu sebanyak 30 responden. Penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan software olah data IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) versi 26.0 dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui formular Google. Hasil analisis data menjelaskan bahwa hubungan antara variabel pelatihan kerja, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja dinyatakan positif dan signifikan. Kata kunci: pelatihan; motivasi kerja ; lingkungan kerja ; produktivitas kerja
