Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran joyfull learning yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui taraf signifikan pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran joyfull learning terhadap keaktifan dan hasil belajar matematika siswa pada materi sistem pertidaksamaan linear satu variabel kelas VII-I SMPN 1 Kedungwaru Tulungagung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dengan desain dan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan pretest-postest only control group design. Dalam pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik cluster random samplingUntuk mencapai tujuan yang dimaksud, teknik penelitian ini terdiri dari melakukan tes sebelum penerapan pembelajaran joyfull learning (pretest) dan tes sesudah pembelajaran joyfull learning (posttest) kepada satu kelas yang terpilih sebagai subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran joyfull learning dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa, karena pembelajarannya menyenangkan dan membuat siswa berperan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran joyfull learning memberikanpengaruh terhadap keaktifan siswa dan hasil belajar matematika siswa pada materi sistem pertidaksamaan linear satu variabel kelas VII-I di SMPN 1 Kedungwaru Tulungagung.

Abstract

Organizing is the second step in the management of the organization after planning. Proper planning will not run correctly, without no one to run and move it, without clearing the job and who will do it. That is the essence of the organizing. Good organizing will produce the right organization, from the work system, structure, resources, and other aspects. This study discusses 1) organizing management in Arabic program pesantrens, 2)job description in Arabic program pesantrens. This study was descriptive qualitative research. The data are collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Then the data were analyzed in three steps, 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, 3) concluding/ verification. The results of this research shows that 1) the organizing management Arabic program in pesantren is using a coordination with staff department it can be seen from the manager's task under the chairman, after coordinating with the staff (departmental coordination), and on each program in the Arabic department because in Arabic and organization programs generally have a model line structure and staff (line and staff organization). 2)Division of task the management board recruits service people, student alumni, teacher, or lecturers who are in charge of the foundation. The board on the Arabic program get responsibility and authority on the organization system in the Arabic program.

Abstract

This research is a library research that aims to describe 3 Islamic boarding schools in East Java with different leadership systems, in terms of how to decide on leadership changes in the pesantren. The pesantren is exactly in Bangil, Pasuruan has a leadership system that is hereditary, modern Islamic boarding school Babussalam Mojokerto village that implements a democratic system and pesantren Wildanusholihin applies in the decisions of the foundation. Leadership is an effort made by a leader together with its members to achieve the goals, vision and mission set in an institution or organization. The figure of the leader in each institution is certainly needed as a motivator or motivator, leader, director and mobilizer of members so that the institution they lead is well implemented. Education in Islamic boarding schools is known and recognized by the community as personality building education by emphasizing Islamic morals as a way of life in society. To achieve the goal of establishing the pesantren, leadership is certainly needed in each pesantren according to the leadership system applied by each. Abstract

Abstract— Subjects of censorship and actuators in the Industrial Elektronics Departement SMK Sunan Drajat Lamongan have no learning media, during the learning process of sensor subjects and actuators only with media lectures without the presence of theaching aids such as trainers. From the problem, the researcher then made an integrated and feasible sensor trainer used as a learning media on the subjects of sensors and actuators to improve students understanding. The research method used in this study is Reseach and devolepment (R&D). Products made in the form of sensor trainer learning media consisting of a potentiomer sensor, optocoupler speed sensor, DHT11 temperature and humadity sensor, MQ-7 gas sensor, FSR load sensor, proximity sensor. The testing stage includes expert media testing and product testing. The resultd of the analysis of media expert data obtained a percentage of feasibility of 84,67% with a very valid category and the results of product trials of 0,72 with a high category in the N-Gain category. The results of testing of the position sensor, speed, temperature and humidity, gas, load, and proximity have been calibrated according to the actual conditions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the learning media of sensor trainers is feasible to be used as learning media on the subjects of sensors and actuators because they are considered to be able to improve students understanding of various sensors and their working principle. The researcher gives suggestions to the next researcher, namely : (1) develop reaseach with other sensors and add the application again, (2) make this researcher as a reference material for feature research. Abstract

The outbreak of the Covid-19 Pandemic that has been present since around March 2019 presents a new policy in the learning process in schools, including in high schools. Learning shifts from face-to-face to online or online learning. Schools have their own policies for the selection of online media that will be used in online learning. One of the online media used is Microsoft Teams which was chosen by SMKN 2 Salatiga for online learning. This study aims to describe the conditions and strategies used in distance learning’s strategies (PJJ) by online learning In Islamic Religious Education at SMKN 2 SALATIGA. This study use a qualitative descriptive method through teachers and student’s interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study indicate that, first, the PJJ’s planning on PAI subjects has been implemented through the making of RPP, training in Microsoft Teams applications and the provisions of infrastructure. Second, the  implementation and participation of students in PJJ on PAI at SMKN 2 SALATIGA’s subjects showed a high percentage. The implementation stages is done through the Microsoft Teams application. Third, the learning’s evaluation was conducted using Google Form media, Microsoft Teams and Moodle. Remedial activities are given only during UAS.
