Abstract

Kesehatan adalah Hak Asasi Manusia dan merupakan perhatian bagi setiap orang, karena adanya perkembangan muncul Malpraktek sebagai salah satu konsep ilmu yang baru yang berbanding terbalik dengan ilmu atau pemahaman kesehatan yang berkembang dimasyarakat. Berdasarkan pada masalah yang ada, maka dalam Jurnal ini dapat ditarik Rumusan Masalah yang menyangkut Bagaimana Pertanggungjawaban Dokter Dalam Tindak Pidana Malpraktek ditinjau dari perspektif Undang-Undang No. 36 Tahun 2009 Tentang Kesehatan dan Undang-Undang No. 36 Tahun 2014 Tentang Tenaga Kesehatan. Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah penelitian Kualitatif dengan jenis Yuridis-Normatif. Adapun yang menjadi kesimpulan daripada jurnal ini yaitu dalam Pasal 190 ayat (2) UU No. 36 Tahun 2009 Tentang Kesehatan, tenaga kesehatan dipidana dengan pidana penjara 10 (sepuluh) tahun. Sedangkan Pasal 84 ayat (2) UU No. 36 tahun 2014 Tentang Tenaga Kesehatan, dipidana penjara paling lama 5 (lima) tahun. Berdasarkan kedua ketentuan tersebut maka dapat diketahui adanya konflik norma diantara peraturan tersebut. Yaitu dengan ketidaksesuaianya antara aturan atau delik bagi pelaku tindak malpraktek yang dilakukan oleh tenaga medis. Kata Kunci : Pertanggungjawaban pidana, Malpraktek, UU No. 36 Tahun 2009, UU No. 36 Tahun 2014.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a descriptive-quantitative research design which is aimed at investigating the difficulties of second semester students’ English Education Study Program at Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Universitas Riau in pronouncing English vowel. The subjects of this study were the second semester students’ English Education Study Program at Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Universitas Riau. 32 students employed in this study were given the Pronounciation Test. The findings of this study revealed that the student knew about their difficulties in pronouncing English vowel. This result showed that the participants had good pronounciation skill. Based on this research the mean score of second semester students of English Education Study Program at Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Universitas Riau were good.Key Words: Pronounciation, English Vowel, English Education Sudy Program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kreativitas guru ekonomi kelas X SMA Negeri 1 lilirilau dalam mengajar dan gambaran tingkat hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran ekonomi serta pengaruh kreativitas guru dalam mengajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 1 Lilirilau. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Lilirilau, yang berjumlah 204 siswa dengan sampel sebanyak 51 siswa. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas guru ekonomi kelas X dalam mengajar tergolong dalam kategori sedang. Ditinjau dari aspek kreativitas guru dalam mengajar menurut Wina Sanjaya. Hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran ekonomi SMA Negeri 1 Lilirilau Kabupaten Soppeng tergolong sangat tinggi ditinjau dari aspek kognitif siswa. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif yang tidak signifikan antara kreativitas guru dalam mengajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan persamaan regresi Y = 69,716+0,239X, dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,045 atau 4,5%, dan diperoleh besarnya pengaruh kreativitas guru dalam mengajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa, dengan nilai r hitung adalah 0,211 berada pada interval 0,20-0,399 yang berarti tingkat pengaruhnya tergolong dalam kategori rendah. Serta telah dilakukan uji hipotesis (Uji T) dengan hasil thitung ≤ ttabel yaitu 1,514 ≤ 1,676 yang artinya tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kreativitas guru dengan hasil belajar siswa. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness and contribution of hotel taxes to local revenue at the Office of the Regional Revenue Service of Makassar City. The type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. Methods of data collection using interviews and observations related to research. The research was analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis method. The result of the research is that the level of effectiveness and contribution of hotel taxes in 2015-2019 can be said to be "less effective". Meanwhile, the contribution of hotel taxes in 2015-2019 has contributed well to the regional revenue (PAD) of Makassar City so that it affects the amount of local revenue received

Abstract

Efforts that can be made to improve the performance of native chickens are by crossing them with Bangkok chickens. The results of crosses between Kampung chickens and Bangkok chickens are expected to pass down good growth genes. This study used 66 chickens consisting of 33 pure Kampung chickens and 33 chickens from the Kampung x Bangkok cross-reared from DOC until the age of eight weeks. Every week body weights and measurements of body parts are carried out. This study was analyzed using the T-test to compare the performance of chickens from the Kampung x Bangkok cross with native chickens. Body weights between native chickens and Kampung x Bangkok crosses were significantly different at the age of DOC (0 weeks) and the age of 3 to 8 weeks. Body length and height of free-range chickens with Kampung x Bangkok crosses were different at the age of DOC up to 2 weeks. Chest width was different between native chickens and Kampung x Bangkok crosses at DOC to 1 week of age. The Shank length and shank circumference of native chickens with Kampung x Bangkok crosses were different at all ages. The tibia length of free-range chickens with the Kampung x Bangkok cross was different at DOC up to 6 weeks of age. The tibia circumference of free-range chickens with Kampung x Bangkok crosses differed from DOC to 4 weeks of age.
