Abstract

Implementing pattern recognition techniques into quality of design/manufacturing processes will be guidelines to cover the Management Support System (MSS). All situations normally occurs either in the design phase or proccess analysis such as, engineering and manufacturing reviews. A summary of an engineer’s and team’s thoughts (including an analysis of items that could go wrong based on experience and past concerns) as a component, subsystem or system is designed to create MSS. This approach will consider the Clustering techniques in the Decision Support Principle Components Analysis (PCA) that parallels the systematic formalizes the management disciplines that an engineer normally goes in any activities or process.

Abstract

This article elaborate on such as, the prototype inspection, and further steps to introduce the idea of neural network system’s implementation. The desain improvement that were assigned by the Manufacturing Review Board (MRB) will be proposed to aspire the computing systems that facilitates the whole decision systems on improving the production systems in the manufacturing plant. The MRB-Computing Intelligence program and application presented in this article have been included in the assessment model of the neural network system.

Abstract

Nodular cast iron is increasingly being used in mass production of automotive engine crankshaft. A better understanding of characteristics of bending fatigue strength of the iron crankshaft is necessary to further the use of the material in this application. The research deals with Engine Rusnas 500 CC  with  iron crankshaft  concerning the fatigue behaviors and influential factors.
