Abstract

Lives, especially here for educational management domain, as if automatically,mechanistically passes away. It seems that our routine jobs/ functions as if nearly exactly controlled,as if nearly without soul. Meanwhile outside demands to us directly or indirectly more and morechallenges. Furthermore, actually our environment facilities according to information technology moreand more exists and self perfecting.In daily educational practises, we as educational society and even our stakeholders arealmost dominantly immersed to routinity of existing life stream automatically. This condition affecting tosomething crucial in nature thus just forgotten. What is that? That is educational accountability,standing/ errecting educational accountability. With this kind of awaraness, in mind, and in turnfollowed by action, we hope we can approach to our effort to a peak performances condition.In this paper we tried to analyze the educational accountability elements related to informationtechnology era that assumed as can be created. This elements could be as artificial or as dailyhappening (elements), but in our ideas is in effort to enliven or to enacting it. Because the educationalaccountability as educational practician or conceptors in my point of view is our entail obligation. In thispaper generally, we tried to analyze diverse of existing facilities whether in software, hardware orbrainware as long as it can be regulated according to our possibility efforts and abilities.Keywords: ICT/TIK, accountability/akuntabilitas, ranking.

Abstract

Aplikasi mikrokontroler dalam dunia elektronika sangatlah luas, selain digunakan untuk sistem kontrol mesin-mesin industri, sistem mikrokontroler juga bisa diaplikasikan untuk mengontrol sebuah modem GSM yaitu handphone. Mikrokontroler dapat mengontrol sebuah modem GSM dengan menggunakan perintah-perintah AT Command, baik untuk menjawab panggilan telepon, membaca SMS ataupun mengirim SMS. Pada tulisan ini digunakan mikrokontroler seri AVR tipe ATMega8535 untuk mengontrol sebuah modem GSM Siemens M35i agar dapat menjawab setiap SMS yang diterima secara otomatis ke pengirimnya. Rangkaian yang digunakan sangat sederhana, yaitu regulator 7805, sistem minimum ATMega8535, dan MAX232. Bahasa program yang digunakan adalah bahasa C, menggunakan CodeVision V2.03.4 Standard. Inti dari pemrograman SMS ini terletak pada penggunaan AT Command dan pemahaman struktur PDU (Protocol Data Unit) sebagai bahasa SMS, dengan memahami kedua hal itu kita dapat mendesain berbagai pelayanan berbasis SMS Gateway.

Abstract

Generally, multimedia project refers to a combination of  two or three types of media, such as texts, images, animations, applications, and videos, and is easily decompiled. This research produces interactive multimedia with five types of media using ActionScript. Using an external XML file as the connector between interface and contents, this interactive multimedia becomes reusable and developable. This multimedia project is flash based with the extensions *.swf and *.exe. To protect from decompiling, the project uses layered encryption combined with As3Crypto encryption. Based on test results, Sothink SWF Decompiler software cannot decompile and display all the properties of the project. In this research ,the analysis highlights multiplatform, standalone, media types, content types, exercises system, responsive, reusability, developability, energy efficiency, layered encryption and independent learning. Based on test results, the project has been tested and participants declared that they can use all contents and navigations easily and it ran normally on the devices used.

Abstract

Microcontroller has been applied in industries to solve engineering problem, but learning process in some vocational high school still have a limitation to construct instructional media simulation for students. This research aims to investigate the effect of using Proteus software as instructional media on students’ achievement in learning microcontroller. The method that used in this research was quasi-experimental design using non-equivalent control group design.  Instructional media in the experimental group was using Proteus software, while the control group was using Microsoft Power Point. The sample was chosen by purposive sampling technique with 60 participants. Both of experimental group and control group consists of 30 students. The result shows the improvement of students’ cognitive in the experimental group was obtained 0.60 and for the control group was 0.38. The average score of affective aspect in experimental group was 81.67, while control group was 76.29. The average score of psychomotor aspect in experimental group was 82.27, while control group was 75.45. Based on the result Proteus software gives the better effect in improving students’ achievement, so it can be considered as one of an alternative instructional media that can be used in vocational high school.

Abstract

A Raspberry Pi Trainer is a tool which is able to support and facilitate the learning process of the subject of microprocessors and microcontrollers.  The objective of this study was to find out the process and the results of the implementation of a Raspberry Pi Trainer for the subject of microprocessors and microcontrollers in the expertise program of industrial electronics in vocational high schools. This study used a qualitative method. The descriptive data were resulted from the observed students’ behavior in the form of the research informants’ activities covering the domains of cognitive, psychomotor, and affective. There were 20 informants divided into two classes, 10 in class XII A and 10 in class XII B. Each class consisted of 2 males and 8 females. The results showed the Raspberry Pi Trainer was well applied in practical learning activities. The average abilities of class XII B and class XII A for the domains of cognitive, psychomotor and affective were categorized as very good, good and moderate respectively.

Abstract

Abstrak – Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan dan implementasi antena Yagi 7 elemen pada frekuensi915 MHz menggunakan balun bazooka untuk objek pengukuran propagasi dan pola radiasi antena. AntenaYagi ini memiliki kontruksi yang sederhana dimana elemen-elemen parasitnya bisa diatur, ditambah ataudikurangi. Sistem pencatuan bazooka digunakan untuk meminimalisir efek pembebanan dari elemen-elemenparasit. Dengan demikian penambahan atau pengurangan elemen parasit untuk simulasi pola radiasi tidak akanmengubah impedansi input antena. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan antena ini bekerja pada frekuensi 877.3 –943.2 MHz pada VSWR ≤ 2 dengan bandwidth 65.7_MHz. Pola radiasi yang dihasilkan uni-direksionaldengan gain H-plane 10.65 dB dan gain E-plane 11.45 dB.

Abstract

Di Desa Jatisari, petani palawija biasa melakukan penyiraman rutin secara konvensional pada pagi dan sore hari terutama pada musim kemarau, yaitu dengan menyisir setiap baris tanaman menggunakan tangki gendong. Hal tersebut tentu saja memiliki berbagai kelemahan, diantaranya membutuhkan banyak waktu dan tenaga, beresiko bagi kesehatan petani, dan terdapat kemungkinan tidak meratanya pengairan. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian yang bertujuan untuk: (a) Menerapkan sistem pengairan otomatis untuk tanaman palawija di Desa Jatisari, dan (b) Menerapkan sistem aplikasi monitoring pengairan tanaman palawija berdasarkan data sensor kelembapan dan suhu tanah di lahan petani. Tahapan yang digunakan dalam Pengabdian ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation), yang disesuaikan dengan lahan yang tersedia. Sistem ini diimplementasi pada tanaman palawija milik salah satu petani desa Jatisari, kabupaten Garut. Implementasi sistem ini dimulai dari sensor membaca kelembaban tanah dan suhu tanah tanaman yang telah di program kesesuaiannya berdasarkan waktu yang telah ditentukan yaitu pada pukul 07.00 dan pukul 16.00. Dari hasil pengujian node sensor dan pengujian sistem aplikasi monitoring penyiramana, diperoleh hasil bahwa sistem dapat bekerja dengan error + 5%. Dengan menggunakan sistem yang telah dibangun ini, maka petani dapat melakukan pemantauan kelembaban dan suhu tanah di sejumlah titik yang tersebar di lahan palawija secara kontinyu melalui aplikasi dari jarak jauh secara real time. Dengan demikian, diharapkan petani dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas hasil tanaman.
