Abstract

Keberadaan tempat hiburan malam di Kuta saat ini semakin banyak karena peminatnyayang terus meningkat. Untuk memudahkan pengunjung mendapatkan informasi perlu dibuatkansuatu sistem informasi yang dapat memberikan informasi tentang keberadaan lokasi tempathiburan malam tersebut. Web merupakan halaman informasi yang disediakan melalui jalurinternet sehingga bisa diakses di seluruh dunia selama terkoneksi dengan jaringan internet.Saat ini web dapat menampilkan informasi geografis. Banyak orang saat ini mempelajaribagaimana cara membuat program sistem informasi geografis berbasis web. Sistem InformasiGeografis berbasis Web dapat membantu memberikan informasi yang cepat dan akurat kepadapengunjung, karena dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Geografis berbasis Web akan membantupengunjung untuk mendapatkan informasi dari lokasi maupun event dari tempat hiburan malam.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Economic growth requires a strong commitment from the government and private parties. The realization of the role of government and the private sector is done through government spending and investment. The role of government in economic growth is in the provision of public goods. While the investment required to drive human resource factors, process natural resources and technological innovation updates. Those, economic growth can improve the welfare of society that will impact the income gap. This study aimed to analyze the effect of government spending and investment on economic growth and income inequality district / city of Bali Province in 2000-2012. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (CSA) of Bali and other related agencies. The analysis technique used is the analysis of the path or path analysis. This study concludes that government spending and investment from the year 2000-2012 and a significant positive effect on economic growth in the district / town in the province of Bali. Government spending, investment and economic growth is also positive and significant effect on income inequality districts/ cities in the Province of Bali. Besides spending a significant effect on economic growth in the income gap through district/ city in the province of Bali. Investment income gap significantly influence economic growth through the district/ city in the province of Bali. The existence of a significant effect of government spending, investment and economic growth on income inequality directly or indirectly, indicate that the determination necessary to study the distribution and allocation of investment expenditures are evenly so as to promote economic growth and can reduce the income gap. Abstract

Teknologi periklanan semakin berkembang saat ini. Iklan saat ini tidak terbatas pada iklan-iklan yang dimuat pada media cetak seperti surat kabar, majalah dan papan-papan reklame yang dipasang di pinggir-pinggir jalan, ataupun media elektronik seperti televisi dan radio, tetapi sudah mulai merambah ke dunia maya. Layanan web iklan baris berbasis mobile adalah layanan berbasis SMS gateway yang digunakan untuk melakukan pendaftaran iklan melalui SMS dan mempublikasikan iklan yang dipasang di internet. Layanan ini diimplementasikan dalam bahasa pemrograman Delphi 7.0 untuk aplikasi SMS gateway, PHP untuk layanan web dan J2ME untuk aplikasi mobile. Manfaat dari layanan ini adalah tersedianya fasilitas SMS iklan berbasis SMS gateway, tersedianya situs untuk publikasi dan memanipulasi data iklan di internet.

Abstract

Bebayuhan Oton is a ceremony that is believed to Hindu in Bali can neutralize the negative influence of someone's birth day including the character, nature and behaviour according to the Balinese Calendar. This ceremony uses a kind of upakara (ceremony tools and equipment) called banten. Banten bayuh oton or bayuh oton ceremony equipments can be knownby asking bayuh oton expert or Sulinggih (Religious Leader in Bali). However, the time needed to prepare this ceremony is less effective and efficient. The reason is the difficulty of arranging the meeting time with the Sulinggih and the lack of knowledge about bayuh oton ceremony, so it needed an application that can facilitate the search of information related to bayuh oton ceremony also can be used as guidance in the implementation of the ceremony. The information system about bebayuhan was built to facilitate Hindus' community to obtain information about bebayuhan oton. The modeling system used is a tree diagram to connect the procession of bebayuhan oton ceremony with banten and other necessary tools. This system displays the data including the procession, banten as well as the facilities as a complement ceremony
