Abstract

The aim of this research was to compare the fertility rate and embryonic development cell block ofmice when cultured in M16 and Human Tubal Fluid (HTF) media, respectively. Two months old femaleBalbC mice were super ovulated using Pregnant Mare Serum Gonadotrophin (PMSG) and Human ChorionicGonadotrophin (HCG) prior to mating with vasectomies mice. At 17 hours post mating the mice wassacrificed for the collections of egg cells and spermatozoa. Egg cells were collected by tearing the fertilizationsac, while the sperm were collected from caudal epididymis. After the collection, both the egg cells andsperm were put in Petri dish containing M16 and HTF media and kept in 5% CO2 incubator at 370C for onehour prior to the in vitro fertilization (IVF) was performed. In vitro fertilization was performed in 5% CO2 incubator at 370C and kept for 24 hours in M16 and in HTF culture media. The results showed thatfertilization rate was 98.09% and 99.57%; cell block embryonic development was 85.09% and 83.36%when cultured in M16 and HTF media, respectively. In conclusion, HTF media can be used for culturingmouse embryo.

Abstract

One of the habituation models that can strengthen an individual's spirituality so that he is able to become fully human in finding solutions and reflecting on himself is by reading istighosah. Sources of data in this paper were obtained through observation and interviews within a period of 4 months, starting from September to December 2020. The results of this study indicate that the reading of istighosah can be an alternative educational model that can shape the character of society. The academic community of IAIMNU Metro Lampung through the transformation of the Islamic ideology Ahlu sunah waljama'jamah Annahdliyah which has the principles of tawazun, tasamuh, ta'adul and amar ma'ruf nahi is mungkar. The success of this habituation can be seen in general from the development of the IAIMNU academic community which leads to the construction or development of character by practicing the principles of religious attitudes which are tawasuth, tawazun, tasamuh, and always looking for a middle way (moderate). Besides, this habituation becomes a satisfaction both physically and mentally for the perpetrators

Abstract

Metode pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini diadaptasi dari langkah-langkah penelitian dan pengembangan (RnD) dengan melakukan sedikit modifikasi. Seluruh proses pengembangan terbagi dalam 10 langkah yakni : (1) masalah dan potensi, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) pengembangan produk, (4) validasi ahli materi dan ahli media, (5) revisi produk, (6) uji kelompok kecil, (7) revisi produk, (8) Uji coba kelompok besar, (9) revisi produk, (10) produksi Produk.Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan Buku Ajar Cetak Komputer dan Jaringan Dasar dengan model Discovery Learning yang telah dikembangkan dan divalidasi oleh beberapa ahli yaitu: (1) ahli materi diperoleh 94,1%, (2) ahli media diperoleh 93,54%, (3) uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh 80,4%, (4) uji coba kelompok besar diperoleh 91,96%, dan rata-rata keseluruhan diperoleh 90,79%.  Berdasarkan hasil validasi tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa Bahan Ajar Cetak Komputer dan Jaringan Dasar Layak digunakan pada proses pembelajaran di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kepanjen, khususnya pada mata pelajaran Komputer dan Jaringan Dasar kelas X program keahlian TKJ.AbstractThe development method used in this research and development steps adapted from research and development (RnD) that doing a little modification. The entire development process is divided into 10 steps: (1) problems and potential, (2) data collection, (3) product development, (4) expert validation material and media expert, product revision (5), (6) small group testing, product revision (7), (8) trial, a large group (9) revision of the product, (10) the production of the product.The results of the research and development of the print Textbook of the teaching computer and Basic Network Discovery Learning with a model that has been developed and validated by some experts, namely: (1) expert material retrieved 94.1%, (2) media experts gained 93.54%, (3) test group 80.4%, obtained a small (4) large groups of trials retrieved 91.96%, and overall average gained 90.79%. Based on the results of the validation can be said that the Printed of learning materials of the computer and basic network is feasibility to be used in the learning process in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kepanjen, particularly on the subjects of computer and Basic network class X  programs vocational skills on Computer Engineering and Networks (TKJ).

Abstract

Flood is one of the unpredictable natural disasters, especially in the rainy season. There are many effects for many people, such as they lose their property and sometimes have many victims due to floods. So that, estimation of water level is important to detect the basic risk of flooding. In this study used the Water Level (TMA) in form of a short message technique which is can be sent from radio waves and river water level sensors. The value of the sensors to know the highest river water level itself, so it does not need signals, internet networks and also pulse for it. The final result of this study is the water level information which is normal status, standby I, standby II, standby III or standby IV.Keywords: RF 433MHz, Flood, Arduino, Early Detection

Abstract

Banjir adalah bencanan alam yang sulit di deteksi kapan akan datang terutama di musim hujan. Akibatnya banyak masyarakat yang kehilangan harta benda bahkan terkadang sampai menimbulkan korban jiwa akibat bencana banjir. Untuk itu, estimasi level ketinggian air penting untuk menentukan bahaya mendasar dalam resiko datangnya banjir. Objek pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Tinggi Muka Air (TMA) dengan menggunakan teknik pesan singkat  yang bisa dikirim melalui gelombang radio dan sensor ketinggian air sungai sebagai sensor yang mengambil nilai ketinggian air sungai itu sendiri, sehingga tidak membutuhkan sinyal dan jaringan internet serta tidak membutuhkan pulsa untuk penggunaannya. hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah informasi ketinggian air yaitu status normal, siaga I, siaga II, siaga III atau siaga IV.

Abstract

Penelitian Tindkan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar geografi pada Keragaman Budaya Bangsa Indonesia melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator And Explaining (SFAE), pada siswa kelas XI IPS 2 SMAN 1 Leuwiliang. Subjek penerima tindakan adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 2 SMAN 1 Leuwiliang bagian sesi B yang terdiri dari 10 siswa perempuan dan 5 siswa laki laki dan subjek pemberi tindakan adalah guru geografi kelas XI IPS 2. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes, observasi, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan model alur, yaitu data dianalisis sejak tindakan pembelajaran dilaksanakan dan dikembangkan selama proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari antusiasme siswa meningkat dari skor 95,4 pada siklus 1 menjadi 96,7 pada siklus kedua. Hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari rata-rata 69,93 (46% siswa tuntas) sebelum perlakuan menjadi 80,07 (80% siswa tuntas) pada silus kesatu dan 90,33 (100% siswa tuntas) pada siklus kedua. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) penerapan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator And Explaining (SFAE) pada Keragaman Budaya Bangsa Indonesia dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa, dan (2) penerapan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator And Explaining (SFAE) pada Keragaman Budaya Bangsa Indonesia dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Kata kunci : student facilitator and explaining , motivasi, hasil belajar
