Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Shariah Compliance and Assurance on customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously. In this study using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression. The object of this research is the employees and customers of BMT Barokatul Ummah in Merauke Regency. While the data collection techniques are using interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the Shariah Compliance and Assurance dimension has been implemented well, and has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at the BMT Barokatul Ummah. This means that the Shariah Compliance and Assurance dimensions are further enhanced, customer satisfaction is getting higher.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Shariah Compliance dan Assurance terhadap kepuasan nasabah secara parsial dan simultan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan regresi linier berganda. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan dan nasabah BMT Barokatul Ummah di Kabupaten Merauke. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi Shariah Compliance dan Assurance telah dijalankan dengan baik, dan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepada kepuasan nasabah pada BMT Barokatul Ummah. Artinya semakin ditingkatkan dimensi Shariah Compliance dan Assurance maka kepuasan nasabah semakin tinggi.

Abstract

The study aims to describe the sugar-marketing strategy used by the company to increase its income; to analyze the marketing mix factors (product, price, promotion and distribution network) which may have an influence on the sale of sugar of the company and to determine the most influential factors of marketing mix that affect the sale of sugar of the company. The study was carried out in PT. Nusantara Plantation XIV (Persero). The population are 40 direct buyer customers of the company consisting of 27 wholesalers and 13 retailers. thesamples are selected by saturated sampling method (census). The data are analyzed using SWOT and multiple linear regression analyses. The study indicates that the new strategy usable by the company to increase its revenue is an aggressive strategy by which the companyutilizes its internal strength to make use of the great opportunity. The marketing mix variables, product, price, promotion and distribution network, simultaneously have a significant influence on the sugar sale to increase the revenue of the company and the most dominant influence of the marketing mix variables on the sale of sugar are price, product, distribution network and respective promotions Keywords: marketing mix, SWOT Analysis

Abstract

In the realm of an increasingly complex global economy, local governments grapple with multifaceted challenges and opportunities in resource and financial management. This study delves into the pivotal aspects of human resource quality (HRQ) and budget quality and their profound influence on local financial performance within the context of Buton Selatan Regency. The investigation unveils that HRQ significantly bolsters financial performance, offering a cornerstone for adept resource management and growth. Similarly, the study underscores the potency of budget quality in steering local financial performance, emphasizing the significance of well-structured budgets aligned with developmental priorities. Moreover, the Local Government Management Information System (LG-MIS) emerges as a vital intermediary, mediating the relationship between HRQ, budget quality, and financial performance. While the direct impacts of HRQ and budget quality stand out, the LG-MIS reinforces these associations, facilitating transparent, efficient, and data-driven financial management. Collectively, these findings illuminate pathways for local governments to enhance their financial standing, emphasizing the interplay between HRQ, budget quality, and the pivotal role of LG-MIS in achieving sustainable financial performance.

Abstract

Garuda Indonesia is currently included in the 24 airlines in the world for the category four stars (four stars airlines). For the initial steps of priority Garuda Indonesia is reorganized operations and management of Garuda flights to be on time with excellent service quality. As part of the service improvement program, Garuda charted 28 service touch points, ranging from pre to post-journey journeys for passenger comfort. The 28 touch points will be analyzed in this study. This study aims to analyze the suitability of the dimensions of quality services to the satisfaction of Garuda Indonesia airline passenger route Makassar - Jakarta, as well as analyze the quality dimension of the Garuda service to give satisfaction to passengers Garuda route Makassar - Jakarta. Analytical methods used are Level Conformity and Cartesian Diagrams. The results showed that: 1) Garuda service quality dimensions have not been able to give satisfaction to the passenger routes Garuda Indonesia Makassar - Jakarta, 2) Among the five Garuda service quality dimensions, the tangible dimension that has the greatest fitness levels of passenger satisfaction levels Garuda route Makassar - Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the description of work discipline, leadership style, training and employee performance at Baghdad Hospital. This research model uses a qualitative descriptive research type through a literature review study approach using several sources selected based on predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria. researcher. The results of the analysis show the overall performance of employees, and the impact received by the company is the result of employee performance in accordance with the wishes and conditions of the company. The influence of leadership style and discipline on employee performance is based on the points used by the company as parameters to achieve company targets, namely quality, quantity, time savings and cost efficiency.
