Abstract

Hasil survei PISA 2018 menyatakan bahwa skor sains siswa Indonesia menduduki peringkat ke-70 dari 78 negara. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar IPA siswa Indonesia masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan E-modul IPA dengan model STEM-PjBL berorientasi pendidikan karakter yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa SMP kelas VIII. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (research and development) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4D (Four-D Models) yang meliputi define, design, develop dan disseminate. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan teknik pemberian angket validasi, angket kepraktisan, dan tes hasil belajar berbentuk pilihan ganda. Adapun rancangan penelitian untuk uji keefektifan menggunakan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Data hasil penelitian di analisis dengan analisis validasi Gregory, N-gain score ternormalisasi dan analisis skor rata-rata. Hasil penelitian yaitu pertama, validitas materi e-modul dengan kualifikasi sangat baik. Kedua, validitas media e-modul dengan kualifikasi sangat valid. Ketiga, validitas bahasa e-modul dengan kualifikasi sangat valid. Keempat, hasil uji kepraktisan menunjukkan bahwa e-modul sangat praktis dari praktisi guru dan (2) e-modul sangat praktis dari praktisi siswa. Hasil uji efektivitas menunjukkan bahwa  terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul telah memperoleh penilaian yang valid dari segi materi, bahasa, dan media dan efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The Influence of Welfare, Relationships Between Colleagues and Leaders, The Quality of Supervision and Promotion of Employee Loyalty (Case Study of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan, North Sumatra) The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of welfare, the relationship between colleagues and leaders, the quality of supervision and promotion on employee loyalty in the office of the board of directors of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan, North Sumatra. The sample in this study was determined by using the Slovin formula. The sample consists of 88 respondents, 23 management employees and 65 implementing employees using the proportional sampling method. Data collection was done through documentation and interviews using a questionnaire and variables were measured using likert scale. Data was analyzed using SEM SmartPLS analysis. The results show that the welfare factor and the quality of supervision has a significant effect on employee loyalty. The relationship between colleagues and leadership and promotion has no significant effect on employee loyalty. Suggestions that can be given from the results of this study to PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan is to improve employee welfare and quality of supervision to increase employee loyalty.

Abstract

Management of Product Controlling in PT. Rolas Nusantara Mandiri KalibaruDistrict Banyuwangi Regency. Quality controlling is an effective and efficient integrated set of activities which areintended to develop, maintain, and improve the quality of several products and servicesto make consumers satisfied. This current study is aimed at identifying the consumeropinion about the quality of product, the management system of quality controlling, andthe costs needed for it. The study was conducted at AMdK 220 ML Merk AirRolas. Thedata were analyzed using the control map, cost analysis and descriptive qualitative. Thedata used in the study were the data on the perception of consumers and the number theproducts produced, the number of damaged products, and the costs needed to supportthe controlling process from Janary to December 2016. The result of the study showedthat the quality of the products were controlled as the proportional value of the damagewas between the upper limit and lower limit, showing that the controlling limit valuewas (p) = 1.3%, the upper controlling limit was (UCL) 2.6%, the lower controlling limit(LCL) was 0%. The costs needed to control the controlling process (QCC) totaled Rp 618, 769,021.19, the costs needed to guarantee the quality was Rp. 5,566,250.00,and the quality costs (TQS) amounted toRp. 674,431,521.9, meaning that the companycould compress products by 111,325 glass or 29.9% of the total production. The valueof optimum damage (q*) was 371,172.4. 43,33% of the respondents showed highly positive perception, 50% showed positive perception, and 6,67% showed neutralperception.

Abstract

Analysis of Factors Affecting the Demand and Supply of Bananas in the Province of Bali The need for bananas in Bali is very high and exceeds the production capacity of local farmers. In recent years many bananas have been imported from outside Bali. Discussing the issue of consumption and supply of bananas is inseparable from the factors that influence the demand and supply of bananas in the Province of Bali. The purpose of this study was to determine what factors influence the demand and supply of bananas in the Province of Bali. The study was conducted using secondary data time series per 2018-2009 period determined purposively. Data in this study was 40 time series data. The analytical method used is multiple regression test and classic assumption test with the help of SPSS 25 program. The results showed that the demand for bananas was simultaneously affected by the price of bananas, income per capita, and Hindu religious holidays. This is seen from the value of the F test, where F count (11.464) > F table (3.252) at ? = 5%. The price of bananas did not significantly affect the demand for bananas seen from the value of t-count (-1.849) > t-table (2.048), income per capita significantly affected the demand for bananas seen from the value of t-count (4.002) > t-table (2,048), Hindu religious holidays did not significantly affect the demand for bananas seen from the value of t-count (1.832) < t-table (2.028). The supply of bananas simultaneously is influenced by the price of bananas, the number of trees harvested, and the season. This is seen from the value of the F test, where F arithmetic (16.458) > F table (3.252) at ? = 5%. The price of bananas significantly affected the supply of bananas seen from the value of t-count (2.504) > t-table (2.028), the number of harvest trees significantly affected the supply of bananas seen from the value of t-count (6.188) > t-table (2,028), season did not significantly affect the supply of bananas seen from the value of t-count (0.237) < t-table (2.028).

Abstract

The Production Factors that Affect the Income of Onion Farming with PumpSystem and Rainfed Sistern in the Village Songan A,Kintamani Sub District, Bangli RegencyBali has the potential for the development of commodity onion, especially in Banglidistrict listed as the biggest onion producer in Bali. Songan A village, KintamaniDistrict, Bangli deliberately chosen as the study area with the objective: Todetermine the most influencial production factors that affecting revenue magnitudefrom onion farmers between pump system and rainfed sistern.Onion farmers that has been chosen as much as 62 people consist as 30 farmers thatuse pump system and 32 farmers with rainfed, selected through proportionalrandom sampling. Data collected as qualitative data and quantitative data derivedfrom primary data and secondary data. Primary data collected by survey usingquestionnaires. Secondary data were obtained from the relevant government’s data.Data were analyzed using analysis functions reception and analyzed statisticallyusing multiple linear regression.The result shows: The production factors that affect the income of onion farmers atthe village Songan A. Based on function analysis of income, there is a differencebetween the pump system and rainfed onion farmers.The factors that greatly influence the income of onion farmers with the pumpsystem are other costs, depreciation rates of building and tools, and the seed cost.The factors that greatly influence the income of onion farmers in rainfed systems isdepreciation rates of buildings and tools, fertilizer cost, plants medicament, andother costs.

Abstract

Role of Field Agricultural Extension Officer in Solid Organic FertilizerProduction, (In the case of Putra Kertha Santhi Group, Kebon – BalerBale Agung Village, Negara District Jembrana Regency)An agricultural extension officer is the agent of change in farmer’s behaviors. Hedoes this by encouraging farmers to change their behaviors to be farmers with betterskills and farmers who be able to make their own decisions, which in turn will leadthem into achieving a better life. The importance of the role of facilitator (FieldAgricultural Extension Officer) and the importance of innovation delivered by him,facilitator should be able to become a leader who can develop and improve theability of farmers in a joint effort to change their lives for the better. This studyaimed to identify the role of field extension officer in solid organic fertilizerproduction either as a communicator, counselor, facilitator, organizer or motivator.This study took place in Putra Kertha Santhi Group. The research sites were selectedby using purposively sampling. The respondents were chosen by using censusmethod in accordance with the number of farmer group members which is 20 people.Method used in this study was descriptive qualitative analysis, which is a researchaiming to provide an overview and explanation of the variables examined. The resultshowed that the role of field agricultural extension officer in the manufacture of solidorganic fertilizer in Putra Kertha Santhi Group is good with the score of 83.4%. Thismeans that the extension officer on duty in Baler Bale Agung Village has been ableto carry out his role as a communicator, counselor, facilitator, organizer andmotivator.

Abstract

The Effect of Service Quality on Satisfaction and Loyalty of Members of the Sangosay Cooperative, Ruteng branch, Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province The a cooperative is a business entity that is formed together with the principle of kinship. One type of cooperative that is of interest to people in Indonesia is the Savings and Loans Cooperative or credit cooperative. One of the savings and loan cooperatives in Indonesia is the Sangosay Cooperative, Ruteng branch, Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. Service quality is an important thing that must be considered in advancing cooperatives. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on satisfaction and loyalty of members of the Sangosay Cooperative, Ruteng branch, Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. Respondents in this study were members of the Sangosay cooperative, Ruteng branch who visited the Sangosay cooperative. The number of samples is 99 respondents obtained based on the accidental sampling method. The model was designed based on the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on Smart PLS version 3.0 which was analyzed using a computer program. The results showed that the service quality faktor significantly affected the satisfaction of the members of the Sangosay cooperative, Ruteng branch (p = 0.000), the service quality faktor has a significant effect on the loyalty of members of the Sangosay cooperative, Ruteng branch (p = 0.000) and the satisfaction faktor has a significant effect on loyalty of members of the Sangosay cooperative, Ruteng branch (p = 0.000). Based on the research results, it is hoped that the Sangosay cooperative, Ruteng branch, will be able to maintain and improve the quality of service so that members feel satisfied and become loyal to the cooperative.

Abstract

The Effectiveness of The Usage of Production Factors in Grape Farmingat Kalianget Village, Seririt District, Buleleng Regency The existence of grapes in Bali is used as a livelihood for farmers. One of the plantationlocations that has a large number of grape vines is Kalianget Village, Seririt District,Buleleng Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of theuse of grape farming production factors consisting of land, seeds, fertilizers, labor andmedicine. This research is a quantitative descriptive study by comparing the use of eachproduction factor in grape farming in Kalianget Village with the determination of theuse of grape farming production factors from the Agriculture Service. The researchsample was 47 grape farmers of Kalianget Village who were selected by purposivesampling technique. Data collection on the effectiveness of the use of farmingproduction factors was carried out with a structured questionnaire and the data wereanalyzed by Microsoft Excel computer program. The results of this study indicate thatthe effectiveness of the use of grape farming production factors in Kalianget Village,namely manure, NPK, zpt and fungicides is classified as effective. While the use ofurea, insecticides and labor is classified as ineffective. The use of several factors ingrape farming production is oriented to good and correct cultivation techniques andthere are some farmers who cannot implement it. This is because farmers do not haveenough knowledge, skills and information about good and true wine cultivation. It isexpected that farmers in carrying out agricultural activities to be more careful in the useof production factors and for the government are expected to pay attention tohorticultural products, especially wine.

Abstract

The Effect of Quality and Price of Black Rice on Consumer Satisfaction in PD. Dharma Santhika Tabanan District Black rice has become a food product that attracts consumers' attention. The nutritional content and its role for health are the main attraction. In addition to the great quality, the price of black rice that competes with similar products is also a concern of consumers. These two factors certainly affect customer satisfaction. This study raises the issue of the effect of the quality and price of black rice on the satisfaction of consumers who shop at PD. Dharma Santhika. The test method used to answer the research problem is multiple linear regression. The number of respondents who were collected was 60 people. The test results showed a regression coefficient of black rice quality of 0.547 and ttest of 7.243 with a probability of 0,000. This means that there is a significant positive effect of black rice quality on consumer satisfaction. Tests on the price of black rice produce a regression coefficient of 0.445 and ttest of 5.901 with a probability of 0.000. So it can be concluded that the price of black rice also has a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction. Suggestions that can be given to improve the quality of black rice are to increase supervision of the harvesting process, packaging and storage at the store. The creation of good prices also needs to be done by creating prices that are comparable to the quality of the products offered.

Abstract

Differences factors in characteristics of shallot farming in rainfed pump irrigation systems in Songan A Village, Kecamata Kintamani, Bangli Regency, Bali Province Shallot is an agricultural commodity that is needed in small amounts, but everyone loves it and almost every dish requires it. Thus red onion plays animportant role in trade and at some point the price can soar. The purpose of this study was to look for differences in the characteristics of shallot farming factors in a rainfed pump irrigation system. Data was collected by a survey method that was taken in a simple random manner on each Banjar that had onion farmers so that the sample size was 100 people in each irrigation group. Using discriminant analysis, the results of the analysis of the characteristics of onion farming factors that have a very significant effect, namely the cultivation of onion farming, seeds, fertilizers, outside family labor, family labor, farmer education, depreciation costs productivity, and income of onion farming. Factors that have only real influence on the age of the farmers, while those that do notaffect the number of family dependents and medicines.
