Abstract

The purpose of this final assignment is to introduce an alternative new method of unconventionalgas lift which also the first implementation done in Indonesia by ConocoPhillips Indonesia on theirwells in North Belut, Natuna. though, artificial-lift technology is well established, alternativemethods or new developments continue to play a role in solving problems and meeting productionchallenges. This final assignment will also describe the specific and detailed systems of thismethod, so hopefully the wells with this method could produce to its fully potential.

Abstract

Peningkatan perolehan minyak dapat dilakukan dengan salah satu cara yaitu injeksi air. Injeksi airadalah bagian penting dari proses industri minyak dan gas bumi. Penginjeksian air bergunasebagai energi tambahan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas suatu reservoir minyak yang telahmengalami penurunan tekanan. Air tersebut berperan sebagai fluida pendorong yang akanmendesak minyak dimana air injeksi mendesak minyak dan minyak akan terdesak keluar melaluisumur produksi. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi pelaksanaan injeksi air pada Lapangan ‘X’dengan melihat data penurunan produksi dan dilakukan perhitungan menggunakan metode declinecurve, sehingga dapat diketahui besarnya peningkatan perolehan minyak setelah dilakukan injeksiair. Lapangan ‘X’ merupakan lapangan penghasil minyak bumi, ditemukan pada tahun 1997dimana Lapangan X mulai berproduksi pada tahun 1998. Pada lapangan X terdapat 17 sumurproduksi dan 4 sumur injeksi, lapangan ini terlekat di kabupaten Lahat provinsi Sumatera Selatan,pada Lapangan X formasi utama terletak pada Formasi Muara Enim.

Abstract

Injeksi Polimer merupakan injeksi air yang disempurnakan, injeksi polimer sendiri merupakantahapan ketiga dalam pengurasan yaitu tahapan“tertiary” atau tahapan EOR, dimana sebenarnyatahapan pengurasan EOR membutuhkan biaya yang cukup besar dibandingkan dengan tahapanpengurasan sebelumnya,oleh karena itu perlu pembahasan untuk pelaksaan injeks ipolimer, agarpenginjeksiannya bisa berjalan secara optimal. Percobaan Injeksipolimer di laboratorium yangakan dilakukan harus mendapatkan injeksi polimer konsentrasi berapakah yang optimal untuk diinjeksikan, dengan memilih lima konsentrasi polimer (200 ppm, 400 ppm, 600 ppm, 800 ppm, 1000ppm), dari lima konsentrasi polimer yang ada akan di dapat kan nilai recovery factor yang palingbesar dan mendapatkan nilai saturasi oil residu yang paling kecil, dari sinilah akan dapatkonsentrasi polimer yang paling optimal di gunakan.

Abstract

Considering the major role of human resource in achieving the company’s goal the company should provide an operational skill or knowledge directly from manager to employee’s levels. The company should give the employees a better understanding that the training is provided not only to execute the pre-determined program smoothly, but also to increase the quality of their achievement in their own field that in turn will influence their income, performance and future career planning. Comparing the statistical scores gained by the employee before and after the training proves the significant difference. After the training the score was higher (3.87%) than before the training (3.08%), which means that the training gave good impact. Other statistical computation using t – paired samples with α = 0.005 and degree of freedom (df = 29) also proved the difference where t counted (-38.445) is bigger than t table (-1.669). The training was basically aiming at formulating the expected ability from the employees to change their behavior. Such a change was formulated in terms of behavioral change and a short-term educational program by using systemic and organized procedures, so that operative employees learn technical and skill knowledge for specific purpose.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objectives of this research are: (1) To know the student’s learning outcomes in physics subject taught by cooperative learning model type of jigsaw based on mind mapping. (2) To know the student’s learning outcomes  in physics subject taught by  conventional learning based on mind mapping. (3) To know the effect of cooperative learning model type of jigsaw based on mind mapping on student’s learning outcomes in the temperature and heat subject matter.  The type of research was quasi experiment with the population all of student in class X even semester in SMA N 3 Medan which consits of 14 classes. Sample of this research was obtained by technique of cluster random sampling. The sample is X MIA 12 as the experiment class and X MIA 14 as the control class. Experiment class taught by cooperative learning model type of jigsw based on mind mapping and control class taught by direct instruction  model. The research instrument has 20 questions in multiple choice forms with 5 options, the instrument tested validated. In this research obtained the mean of pre-test in experiment class is 41.41 and in control class is 41.25. After that do the treatment in experiment class taught by cooperative learning model type of jigsaw based on mind mapping  and in control class taught by direct instruction model, and then done the post-test. The mean of post-test in experiment class is 80.16  and in control class was 68.90. In hypothesis testing obtained tcount > ttable that was 5.18 >1.669 at significant level α = 0.05 and n = 32. So, can be concluded that the student’s learning outcomes in experiment class differ with  control class. Can be concluded that there is effect of cooperative learning model type on student’s learning outcomes in the temperature and heat subject matter in class x even semester  SMA N 3 Medan academic year 2013/2014.
