Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh pelatihan scissor jump dan quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan the non-randomized control group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ektrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 1 Penebel tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 berjumlah 48 orang, kemudian dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik ordinal pairing, yaitu 16 orang diberikan pelatihan scissor jump, 16 orang diberikan pelatihan quick leap, dan 16 orang kelompok kontrol. Daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan test vertical jump. Data yang di dapat dianalisis dengan uji F (one way anova) pada taraf signifikansi (α) = 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis data menunjukan adanya perubahan nilai rata-rata pada variabel daya ledak otot tungkai. Pada kelompok perlakuan scissor jump terjadi peningkatan sebesar 22.68, pada kelompok perlakuan quick leap terjadi peningkatan sebesar 13,62 dan pada kelompok kontrol terjadi peningkatan sebesar 0.31. Hasil uji one way anova variabel daya ledak otot tungkai antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol didapat Fhitung sebesar 21.413 dan signifikasi 0,000 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan scissor jump dan quick leap terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Berdasarkan hasil uji LSD, maka kelompok pelatihan scissor jump lebih baik pengaruhnya dibandingkan pelatihan quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai sebesar 10.50000. Dari hasil analisis data dalam pembahasan disimpulkan bahwa; (1) pelatihan scissor jump dan quick leap berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan scissor jump dan quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. (3) pelatihan scissor jump lebih baik daripada pelatihan quick leap terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai.Kata Kunci : scissor jump, quick leap, daya ledak otot tungkai This study aims to know the influence of training scissor jump and a quick leap to increased leg muscle explosive power. The results of data analysis showed a change in the average value of the variable leg muscle explosive power. In the treatment group scissor jump is an increase of 22.68, the treatment group quick leap an increase of 13.62 and in the control group there was an increase of 0.31. The test results one way ANOVA variable leg muscle explosive power between the treatment group and the control group gained Fhitung 21 413 and significance of 0.000 which means there is a difference between the effects of training scissor jump and a quick leap to the explosive power leg muscle. Based on the results of LSD test, the scissor jump training group better influence than training quick leap to increased leg muscle explosive power of 10.50000. From the results of data analysis in the discussion concluded that; (1) training scissor jump and a quick leap to affect the increased leg muscle explosive power. (2) there is a difference between the effects of training scissor jump and a quick leap to increased leg muscle explosive power.
