<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) deskripsi dimensi keterampilan porses sains yang dimiliki pada siswa kelas IV dan V dalam pembelajaran IPA, (2) deskripsi efektivitas rekonstruksi keterampilan porses sains dalam pembelajaran IPA pada siswa kelas IV dan V melalui penerapan pendekatan saintifik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV dan V semester genap Di SD Gugus XIII Kecamatan Buleleng yang berjumlah 158 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa (1) deskripsi dimensi keterampilan proses sains dalam pembelajaran IPA data secara umum dengan rata-rata 14,25 berada pada kategori sedang, dengan persentase 0% pada kategori sangat tinggi, dengan persentase 41% pada kategori tinggi, 36% pada kategori sedang, 23% pada kategori rendah, dan 0% pada kategori sangat rendah, (2) deskripsi efektivitas rekonstruksi keterampilan porses sains dalam pembelajaran IPA melalui penerapan pendekatan saintifik data secara umum dengan rata-rata 13,27 berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan persentase 71% pada kategori sangat tinggi, dengan persentase 23% pada kategori tinggi, dengan persentase 6% pada kategori sedang, dengan persentase 0% pada kategori rendah dan sangat rendah. Kata Kunci : analisis, rekonstruksi, keterampilan proses sains This study was aimed to determine (1) the description of the science process skills dimension of IV and V grade students in science learning, (2) the description of the effectiveness of the science process skills reconstruction in science learning to the IV and V grade students through the implementation of scientific approach. This research was descriptive. The subjects were the IV and V grade students in the second semester at XIII Group of Buleleng district, amount 158 students. The data was collected using observation and interviews methods. The data were analyzed using descriptive techniques of qualitative and quantitative. The research showed that (1) generally, the average data of the description of the science process skills dimension in science learning is 14,25 in middle category, with a percentage of 0% in the very high category, with a percentage of 41% in the high category, 36% in the medium category, 23% in the low category, and 0% in the category of very low, (2) generally, the average data of the description of the effectiveness of the science process skills reconstruction in science learning through the implementation of scientific approach is 13,27 in very high category with the percentage of 71% in the very high category, with a percentage of 23% in the high category, with a percentage of 6% in the medium category, with a percentage of 0% in the category of low and very low.keyword : analysis, reconstruction, science process skills]]>
