Abstract

Pelaksanaan penilaian ranah sikap belum maksimal karena guru hanya mengamati sikap siswa tanpa mengacu pada instrumen yang baku untuk mengukur sikap sosial siswa khususnya sikap tanggung jawab. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan menghasilkan produk instrumen penilaian sikap tanggung jawab pembelajaran tematik terpadu kelas 5 tema 6. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (R&D). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas 5 Sekolah Dasar. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah instrumen berupa angket menggunakan skala Likert. Analisis data penelitian bersifat deskriptif kategori. Berdasarkan uji ahli evaluasi sikap diperoleh skor 76% dikategorikan validitas tinggi dan layak diujicobakan. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli bahasa diperoleh skor 80% dikategorikan tingkat validitas tinggi dan layak diujicobakan. Hasil uji coba terbatas menunjukkan bahwa instrumen sikap sosial dari 30 (tiga puluh) item pernyataan diperoleh data; tingkat validitas instrumen menunjukkan rhitung terendah adalah 0.385, memiliki nilai Pearson Correlation XTot  ≥ 0,361 sehingga 30 butir pernyataan dikategorikan valid; reliabilitas instrumen penilaian sikap tanggung jawab menunjukkan α = 0.944 dengan kriteria sangat reliabel atau sangat andal. Berdasarkan uji coba terbatas tersebut maka instrumen penilaian sikap sosial tanggung jawab valid dan reliabel sehingga layak untuk digunakan.

Abstract

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MOTIVATION WITH ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENTThe purpose of this research was to re-analyze the use of the learning approach of Realistic Mathematic Education in increasing the learning outcome of an elementary school student. The research method was a meta-analysis. The research began with formulated the problem and then collect exiting research data that was already though Google Scholar. The research data found 9 articles and 2 mini-thesis from the relevant Repository. The research results from the researcher were analyzed by quantitative comparison methods. Base on the results of the analysis, that learning approach of Realistic Mathematics Education could improve student’s learning from the lowest 21,33% to the highest 61,09% and the mean was 32,22%.

Abstract

Lack of assessment instruments and responsibilities in integrated thematic learning for grade III elementary schools. The teacher only observes students' attitudes so that they do not have a complete and valid picture. Based on these findings, the research objective of this study was to produce an assessment of the attitude of responsibility for integrated thematic learning theme 4 sub-theme 1 learning 5 grade III elementary school. This type of research is development research that refers to the theory of Borg and Gall by applying the ADDIE development model. The population of this research is third-grade students. The sample was determined using a random sampling technique with a selection of 23 students. The data collection technique used is an instrument in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The results showed that the social attitude instrument obtained data from 30 (thirty) statement items. The reliability of the integrated thematic learning responsibility assessment instrument theme 4 sub-theme 1 learning 5 grade III elementary school shows α = 0.759 then the instrument is in the reliable category. The instrument's validity level shows the lowest rcount is 0.411, has a Pearson Correlation XTot ≥ 0,3961  so that the instrument is categorized as valid and feasible to use. By using this assessment instrument, teachers can describe and measure students' attitudes of responsibility. In addition, teachers also assess to consistently assess the standard of student attitudes in the learning process and finding an accurate picture of student attitudes will provide feedback to students.
