Abstract

The large number of Indonesian workers who work abroad is one of the largest foreign exchange contributors in the country, but in practice, many problems arise for Indonesian workers who work abroad, one of which is the rape of female workers by their employers to cause children. from the results of the extramarital relationship. This study uses a normative juridical approach. This approach focuses on examining literature materials such as legislation and other relevant sources. This research examines how the compilation of Islamic law reviews the status and inheritance rights of children resulting from extramarital relations between female workers and theiremployers. The results of this study are children from the results of extramarital relations between female workers and their employers only have a family relationship with their mother and their mother’s family and do not have a family relationship with their biological father and the family of their biological father.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran online menggunakan learning management system yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Pengembangan produk didasarkan pada model 4D yang dibatasi pada 3 tahap yaitu define, design dan develop. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran online menggunakan learning management system pada SMP Negeri 3 Malang yang dikembangkan dianggap layak. Dengan demikian, produk yang dikembangkan cocok untuk digunakan sebagai alternatif dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini akan dilanjutkan pada tahapan kepraktisan dan keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Selain itu, model pembelajaran online menggunakan learning management system dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Sehingga disarankan pada lembaga pendidikan dapat menggunakan model pembelajaran online menggunakan learning management system dalam proses pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Learning Management System dan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis

Abstract

To achieve this goal, it is necessary to have an integrated education system implemented by several Acehnese Islamic boarding schools so that students have various life skills, are creative, independent, and become noble citizens. From this description, the traditional education system in Aceh has experienced very drastic changes, and these changes are still continuing because the shape and education system are still felt to have not met the expectations of the public. Dayah Ruhul Falah Samahani's education system has also undergone changes by integrating the curriculum in accordance with the general education system with the aim of giving birth to a generation that can master Imtaq and Science and Technology, so that Dayah Ruhul Falah Samahani becomes an alternative for the community to make a place to educate their children. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Through qualitative methods researchers want to gain an understanding and deep thought about social reality and facts that are relevant to changes in the Dayah education system. In line with the above purpose, Creswell (2010) suggests that qualitative research is "methods for exploring and understanding the meaning that some individuals or groups of people ascribe to social or humanitarian problems". Data collection is done through observation, interviews and document review. As for the internal obstacle in the change in Dayah education system, it is caused by the first factor of the family of Dayah leaders who are still less supportive and also some of the Dayah teachers who are still difficult to accept changes. Furthermore external constraints relate to the perception of other Dayah leaders who are negative and there is no longer any contribution either from the staff or the budget from the community.

Abstract

Pendidikan agama Islam ialah pondasi utama untuk membentuk karakter manusia supaya menjadi pribadi yang berakhlakul karimah dan bermanfaat bagi sekitar, sebagaimana yang disabdakan oleh Rasulullah SAW bahwasanya sebaik-baik manusia adalah yang bermanfaat bagi yang lainnya. Pelaksanaan pendidikan agama Islam ini tentunya banyak menemui problem atau masalah. Dalam jurnal ini akan dikaji mengenai problematika pendidikan Agama Islam di daerah minoritas Muslim. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kajian kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan analisis konten (content analysis). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi problematika pendidikan agama Islam di daerah minoritas Muslim beserta solusinya. Secara umum problematika yang dihadapi dalam proses pendidikan Agama Islam di daerah minoritas Muslim yaitu adanya kebijakan yang diskriminatif oleh pemerintah setempat yang tentunya kurang menguntungkan lembaga-lembaga pendidikan Islam (madrasah), kurangnya guru PAI, kurangnya atau bahkan tidak adanya sarana prasarana penunjang proses pembelajaran pendidikan Agama Islam, lingkungan sekolah yang kurang mendukung serta kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat sekitar yang kurang bisa menerima pendidikan Agama Islam itu sendiri. Adapun solusi yang bisa dilakukan yaitu adanya peran aktif pemerintah untuk menegakkan kebijakan yang bepihak pada keberlangsungan lembaga-lembaga pendidikan Islam di daerah minoritas Muslim, dukungan prima dari sekolah kepada guru PAI dalam melaksanakan proses pendidikan agama Islam, bagi madrasah yang berada di daerah minoritas Muslim diharapkan mampu menggunakan strategi khusus supaya tetap eksis, serta bagi guru PAI sendiri diharapkan juga bisa kreatif dan inovatif dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran PAI dan mampu bersikap terampil, ulet, adaptif, dan toleran dalam kehidupan sosial, tanpa mengorbankan akidah.

Abstract

Abstraksi: Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi adanya berbagai macam problematika disintegrasi pendidikan agama Islam (PAI) di tri pusat pendidikan yang berorientasi pada mutu pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai problematika dan solusi adanya disintegrasi Pendidikan Agama Islam pada tri pusat pendidikan. Hubungan yang terjalin baik dalam tri pusat pendidikan, yakni lingkungan pendidikan keluarga (orang tua, wali siswa), sekolah (siswa, guru, karyawan, staf sekolah, pengurus yayasan) dan masyarakat (komite sekolah, LSM, pengusaha, berbagai kumpulan sosial) dapat menciptakan iklim pembelajaran yang kondusif, aman dan menyenangkan. Sebaliknya jika komunitas tri pusat pendidikan berjalan tidak, harmonis maka dipastikan proses pendidikan agama Islam akan menemui banyak problemtika. Abstract

Ulama' are Prophet heirs, because of characteristic, personality, duty and ability they owned so that they are respected. And in Muslim society, "ulama' are group of Muslim society taking place of strategic position. Even the history recognized the "ulama' non eyes as bookish buttonhole, but also as actor and motivator of their society. Scholarship quality of all "ulama' has pushed them to be the guide of society in experiencing day to day life. In Indonesia the term "Ulama” used to articulate the certain social community owning circumstantial membership in the field of Islamic religion. Hence the term "ulama' has experienced the stricture of symptom ( reduction). Its implication is must it him moslem scholar comprehended by as educated man, cendikia, intectual (khoiru ummah). Abstract

The science of Ushul Fiqh is a discipline that is very urgent for Islamic law experts in determining halal products in Indonesia, because with this knowledge, a mujtahid or Islamic law expert, can find it easy to find out contemporary economic laws that are not contained the sharih texts in the Qur’an and Al-Hadits. In addition, the Science of Ushul Fiqh can also make it easier to understand and master the problems of furu’iyah or fiqhiyah which continue to develop at the rate of development of the times, situations and conditions, and they are all countless. The science of ushul fiqh in the field of economics can be a solution in justifying and providing legal legitimacy to all movements of economic activity in various fields of transactions (muamalah), which if all of this is in accordance with the halal principle that is, does not conflict with the texts and maqoshid al-syariah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the systems approach in Islamic economics based on maqashid al sharia thinking using the system philosophy offered by Jasser Auda. According to him, there are at least two approaches that need to be mastered professionally at the same time, namely first, approaches that are closely related to the dimensions of time and history and second, approaches that are closely related to philosophical concepts and thoughts. The basic concepts used by Jasser Auda in the Systems approach and analysis in Maqasid Syariah as a philosophy of Islamic law include looking at the problem as a whole (Wholeness), always being open to the possibility of improvement and refinement (Openness), interrelated-Hierarchy. , involving various dimensions (Multidimensionality) and prioritizing and prioritizing the main goal (Purposefulness). The approach in this research is descriptive qualitative. The analysis technique used is content analysis (content analysis). Content analysis is simply defined as a method for collecting and analyzing the content of a text. The original of this research on Islamic economics within the framework of a systems philosophy approach is Cognition (Cognitive Nature), Towards Holism, Towards Openness/Wholeness,. Interrelated Hierarchy, Multi-dimensionality, Purposefulness/Intentions.

Abstract

AbstractAl-Qur'an and Sunnah are one of the sources of law that exist in Islam and regulate all human actions. The role of the Qur'an and Sunnah extends to regulating the field of Islamic economics in great detail. This study aims to understand the role of the Qur'an and Sunnah in the development of sharia economics, especially in the study of sharia fintech related to the opportunities and challenges. The method used is library research. The data in this study were obtained using the documentary method sourced from the latest journal articles. The result of this research is that sharia fintech has been officially developed in Indonesia and has received special regulations from the National Sharia Council. The number of Muslim population and increasing technology users are special opportunities for the development of sharia fintech. The lack of understanding of the differences between sharia and conventional fintech is a challenge for financial technology players. Fintech has benefits that are in line with Islamic principles as stated in the Qur'an and Sunnah. This is what strengthens the existence of Islamic fintech, which will be able to continue to grow rapidly from time to time.AbstrakAl-qur’an dan Sunnah merupakan salah satu sumber hukum yang ada dalam Islam dan mengatur seluruh perbuatan manusia. Peran al-Qur’an dan Sunnah meluas hingga mengatur bidang ekonomi Islam dengan sangat rinci. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami peran al-Qur’an dan Sunnah dalam perkembangan ekonomi syariah terutama dalam kajian fintech syariah terkait dengan peluang dan tantangannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan penelitianPustaka(library research).Data dalampenelitianinididapatdenganmenggunakanmetodedocumenteryang bersumber dari artikel-artikel jurnal terbaru. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah fintech syariah telah resmi dikembangkan di Indonesia dan telah mendapat regulasi khusus dari Dewan Syariah Nasional. Jumlah penduduk muslim dan meningkatnya pengguna teknologi menjadi peluang khusus perkembangan fintech syariah. Minimnya pemahaman tentang perbedaan fintech syariah dengan konvensional menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi para pelaku financial technology. Fintech memiliki manfaat yang sejalan dengan prinsip Islam sebagaimana yang tertuang dalam Al-Qur’an dan Sunnah. Hal itu yang menjadi penguat keberadaan fintech syariah akan mampu terus berkembang pesat dari waktu ke waktu.

Abstract

The research focused on the implementation of character building to improve students’ life skills and the implication of character building on students’ life skills in PPBM. It was carried out using a qualitative approach and case study design in business units of PPBM. The data source of the research consisted of the caretakers, teachers, the head of the vocational training center, and students involved in the management, work, and training in various business units. The researcher collected the data using observation, interviews, open questionnaires, and documentation. The key instrument of the research is the researcher herself. However, the researcher employed research instruments of observation, interview, and open questionnaire to help her during the process. The data was analyzed using description, condensation, categorization, and interpretation processes.The result of the research shows that (1) to improve students’ life skills, character building is carried out by understanding the vision, mission, and objectives of the Islamic boarding school. The learning starts from the production of goods and services using sources and learning media in an extensive way (involving tutors and professionals of certain business unit), internship, independent learning using internet (Youtube, WA, Instagram, and other social media), the practice of management, work, and training in the business units, assessment, and authentic evaluation by involving students in the management and work of business unit; the learning monitoring is done by report and reflection on their performance in each business unit; (2) The implication of character building on students’ life skills includes the developing of students’ individual skill, awareness to live independent, religious competence (praying attitude, being grateful and patient, being responsible, struggling, and serious in work); social competence, namely the competence to communicate, collaborate, and cooperate; academic competence; and vocational competence, namely the competence to work in business unit experienced by students in PPBM.
