Abstract

Abstract. The research aims to know the process and result of development of mathematics learning materials based on contextual teaching and learning by setting of cooperative learning student team achievement division for cylinder and cone topics at ninth grade of junior high school. Learning instruments development model refers to 4D Thiagarajan models which has 4 steps namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. This research has three products namely lesson plan, worksheet, and evaluation test. Based on validation process and tryout, the result shows that the coefficient of validity reachs 3 point, the percentages of teacher’s activities, students’ activities, and students’ responses are above 80%, it can be concluded that the learning instruments had fullfiled the validity, practice, and effective criteria. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between Corporate Culture and Perception of Carrier Development. The study was a field research which data collected through Scale of Corporate Culture and Scale of Perception of Carrier Development. The subject were employees of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Divisi Regional I Sumatera (Medan). The result show that was a significant correlation between corporate culture and perception of carrier development (rxy = 0.833, p < 0.01). the correlation indicated that the strong corporate culture, the more positive perception of carrier development. In addition, the finding also shows there was no significant difference in perception of carrier development based on worked period (F = 2,193, p > 0.05) Keywords: Corporate Culture, Perception of Carrier development.

Abstract

This study examines the direct and indirect effects of organizational justice on intention to leave. However, on the mediating variable, this study used job satisfaction. This quantitative research distributed questionnaires to 52 PT. BCA Finance Surabaya marketing staff. The research found that organizational justice has a positive and significan effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on intention to leave, and organizational justice has a significant negative effect on intention to leave and it is concluded that job satisfaction plays role as mediation part in the relationship between organizational justice against intention to leave. Organizational justice positively influenced intention to leave from marketing staff at PT. BCA Finance Surabaya and used job satisfaction as mediation variable. Further, this study is among the many that applied the organizational justice and job satisfaction concepts to the banking sector. The implication for management is to improve product quality through standard improvement, product development, and innovation. In addition, on, improving service quality through training and development programs for employees, improving SOPs, and physical facilities. The goal is to increase employee’s satisfaction and affect the level of repurchase intention. This research’s limitations include the study only uses one independent variable, namely organizational justice to explore and find useful information about the reasons for employees to leave their jobs, in this case the marketing employees of BCA Finance Surabaya. Thus, it is possible that there are other variables outside the study that also affect employee satisfaction and which ultimately affect the reasons for employees to leave work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut (Persero) di kantor pusat Rungkut. Data yang digunakan adalah melalui pengambilan kuisioner kepada seluruh karyawan PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut. Sedangkan populasi dalam penelitian yang dilakukan di PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut adalah seluruh karyawan kantor pusat Rungkut yang berjumlah 139 karyawan sampel yang diambil adalah 97 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan memberi ciri khusus pada sampel yaitu lama masa kerja lebih dari satu tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala Likert. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengujian pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji instrument yang meliputi uji validitas dan uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji multikolinieritas.Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut. Kata Kunci: motivasi, budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Fashion development in Indonesia recently develope rapidly. This thing is evidenced by the number of local fashion business that has different value ​​and brand identity. One of the local fashion brands that has unique brand value and identity is baticue. Baticue is fashion business that gives batik nuance in each product. At this time, brand awareness and brand trust are the keys of business success because consumers trust the business so that can increase one's purchase intention. This research is done to find out how important brand awareness and brand trust on purchase intention of baticue consumers is. To get data, therefore the writer distributes questionnaires to 97 respondents that have age criteria of 17 to 26 years old, follow trend development and interested towards product that has batik nuance. In this research, using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling type that is used for sampling. Data that is obtained will be analyzed using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) program. The data that is used consists of two, that is, primary data and secondary. Primary data consists of questionnaire result, whereas secondary data from this research is from journal and some other things that are related to research variable. The result of this research proves that brand awareness and brand trust affect positive on purchase intention of Baticue consumers.
