Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan aplikasi pelayanan antrian pasien dengan menggunakan metode First-Come-First-Served dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Puskesmas Pasar Ikan merupakan salah satu puskesmas milik Pemerintah Kota Bengkulu. Dalam melaksanakan pelayanan terhadap pasien yang akan berobat, puskesmas Pasar Ikan belum memanfaatkan teknologi komputerisasi dalam memberikan pelayanan antrian. Sementara saat ini pelayana yang baik sangat diharapkan oleh pasien sehingga pasien merasa nyaman dan senang akan pelayanan yang optimal dari puskesmas. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah metode waterfall. Sementara itu proses pengentrian data yang dilakukan terdiri data poli, data antrian, data pasien dan data pendaftaran pasien. Laporan yang ditampilkan berupa laporan antrian pasien berdasarkan tanggal antrian. Hasil Aplikasi antrian pelayanan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pelayanan puskesmas Pasar Ikan Bengkulu menjadi lebih optimal dengan semakin tertibnya pasien dalam melakukan antrian selama berobat di puskesmas Pasar Ikan Kota Bengkulu

Abstract

A soil fertility is the ground state of the system in which water, air and nutrients in a sufficient state of balance and available according to crop needs, whether physical, chemical and biological soil, in other words is the fertile soil when the soil contains usur-elements required by plants. These elements are the variables determined kusuburan soil absorption capacity, degree of saturation of wet, clay content, organic matter content. The purpose of this study as follows, Applying database processing determining soil fertility in Agricultural Extension Center Naive Bayes algorithm by using the most appropriate for the accuracy of the indicators that have been determined, the use of Naive Bayes classification method to use to determine the similarity between the characteristics of the data in the database selector klasfikasi to select criteria based soil fertility in anarea. Based on the results of the discussion and testing can be concluded as follows, Information Systems Programme determination of the type of soil and the expected data from the previous user is transformed into a computerized, Is information system a system of determining the type of land use Naive Bayes methods can be useful in the future

Abstract

Abstrack - Scheduling of national examination supervisors is done by crossing, the crossing is done by applying a genetic algorithm approach. Genetic algorithm is one way to solve a fairly large problem with a fairly good solution even though the problem requires a long execution time if done manually. Genetic algorithms are good enough to be used in scheduling supervisors in a junior secondary school. Based on the results of the discussion and testing it can be concluded as follows: National Examination Schedule Simulation Program Using Genetic Algorithms using PHP-Mysql can find out information systems and reports for each National Examination Monitoring Schedule, National Exam Schedule Simulation Using Genetic Algorithms Using PHP-MySql, can be used by Education and cultural services with evaluation data.   Keywords - Scheduling, PHP-Mysql, Genetic Algorithms

Abstract

This study aims to apply the vikor method in the selection of scholarship receipts at Bengkulu Dehasen University. Designing the process by describing how the VIKOR (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangeranje) method should be used based on criteria (indications, achievements, credits and living expenses) fulfilled by prospective scholarship recipients in accordance with the provisions of Dehasen Bengkulu University in selecting scholarship acceptance. Based on the results obtained it can be proven that the condition of Acceptable stability in decision making is fulfilled (Namely a smaller value than 1) and Intan P Can be proposed to be a compromise solution which is the best ranking of scholarship recipients ranking by this VIKOR (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangeranje) method.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this research are: 1). Creating a Decision Support System (SPK) in receiving scholarships using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method 2). The SPK made to determine scholarship recipients is in the form of providing assistance free of committee fees. The research method used in this research is from a conventional system to a computer system in the form of an Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The software used in making a Decision Support System (DSS) in receiving scholarships uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method using the PHP programming language and mySQL database. The criteria in the scholarship recipient data through the Analytical Hierarchy Process method consist of report cards, academic scores and non-academic scores. The results of the Decision Support System are in the form of ranking students (students) based on the calculation of criteria and student alternatives that are calculated using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method.

Abstract

Technology has changed the way people communicate, interact and act in various tasks and activities. One of them is how people store digital data in a storage medium. Conventional storage media such as hard drives, flash disks, CD/DVDs have begun to be abandoned. One of the reasons it has started to be abandoned is that important data is often lost along with the loss of the media. Technology, especially the internet, has become one of the solutions in the world of media storage, namely the presence of cloud technology through strong cloud. In addition to being the answer, the internet is also a means of communication through weblogs or often abbreviated as blogs. Weblogs can be an effective medium of information about an organization's activities. These two things are behind the plan for community service activities at SMKN 2 Bengkulu Tengah. For teachers, strong cloud technology has been introduced through lectures and direct training, while for students they have been trained how to design a weblog according to the needs of the school, especially the students. Teachers can take advantage of the many advantages of cloud storage for various purposes. Students of SMKN 2 Bengkulu Tengah can have a means of communication and a creative arena with webloging activities.

Abstract

The development of the digital world in the world of education in the industrial era 5.0 has affected all aspects of life. digital literacy is the ability to use ICT to find, evaluate, use, create, and communicate information with cognitive and technical skills. The Use of Digital Literacy in the World of Education Era 5.0 among the people has been felt by all people in all corners, both in cities and in villages, both among the general public and students. Utilization of Digital Literacy in the 5.0 Era of Education requires the preparation of competitive human resources through education and training both at school and outside of state vocational high school 1 Kepahiang is a technology-based vocational school, so it is possible that through this school it will generate interest for students to understand and learn the process of Utilizing Digital Literacy in the 5.0 Era of Education. The subjects in this service activity are students state vocational high school 1 Kepahiang district. The output targets to be achieved in community service activities this time are (1) Students of state vocational high school 1 Kepahiang Regency can understand the Utilization of Digital Literacy in the 5.0 Era of Education (2) Students of state vocational high school 1 Kepahiang Regency are able to describe influence, readiness and suitability of industry 4.0 with society 5.0, (3) Students of state vocational high school 1 Kepahiang Regency can find out that through the development and utilization of digital literacy in the era of society 5.0 digital benefits can be obtained in the world of education in the industrial era 5.0, the concept of industry 4.0 and society 5.0 is basically not have a big difference, but the concept of Society is more focused on the context of humans. If the industrial revolution uses AI and artificial intelligence as its main components, while Society 5.0 uses modern technology, it only relies on humans as its main components.

Abstract

In the digital era, the role of information technology is needed to face competition in society. Information and communication technology is an important element in contributing to fundamental changes in the structure of operations and organizational management, education, transportation, health, online learning is a teaching and learning process that utilizes the internet and digital media in delivering material. The online learning method is considered closer to the current generation of students who are known to be very integrated with technology products. This is a form of digitalization in the world of education which has many benefits. Today's increasingly sophisticated digital technology causes major changes in the world. Humans have been facilitated in accessing information in many ways, and can freely enjoy the facilities of digital technology, but the negative impacts also appear as threatening. Crime is easy to facilitate, online games can damage the mentality of the younger generation, pornography and copyright infringement are easy to do, and other businesses that are already operating digitally or can evolve to online business can quickly survive amidst a sudden pandemic. while giant companies that could not adapt immediately fell even to the point of stopping production.

Abstract

The Mobile Information System is one of the information management systems whose development is very fast along with the increasing development of human intelligence. In its development, what is needed to develop a Mobile Information System is data and information. Mobile Information System is very important for the development of an agency. One of them is the Mobile Information System on rehabilitated and released animals at the Bengkulu City BKSDA. In this study, an application was developed by implementing a Mobile Information System that was able to display data on rehab and released animals, and also the basis of this application there were two types, namely Android and Web. This Mobile Information System is divided into two application parts, namely android-based applications and web-based applications. For data processing using an android application, while for information about animal rehabilitation reports and released animals can use a web-based application..
