Abstract

Mitra proyek Society Empowerment Program ini adalah Café Abang dengan permasalahan bahwa masih ada sebagian masyarakat yang tidak paham dan menganggap konsep go green sulit untuk diterapkan sehingga membutuhkan edukasi dan pemahaman yang lebih. Maka pelaksana mencoba memberikan edukasi berupa poster seputar go green untuk menjaga bumi dengan cara yang mudah, yaitu mengurangi penggunaan styrofoam dan membuat video yang akan dipublikasikan di youtube mengenai daur ulang di Café Abang. Society Empowerment Program ini dilakukan dengan survey melalui google form dan pemaparan poster serta video edukasi dengan 80 responden. Dengan adanya poster, video edukasi dan pemahaman mengenai green packaging ini, sebesar 50% responden setelah menonton video youtube telah memahami konsep green packaging sehingga dapat memotivasi dan menambah pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pentingnya melakukan go green mulai dari hal kecil yang dapat menimbulkan manfaat besar bagi lingkungan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of bank capital, bank size, concentration, ownership, inflation on bank profitability. The method that is used by this study is panel data regression analysis method and this study uses secondary data and the data needed by researchers is obtained from the reports of public companies engaged in banking in Indonesia and listed on the IDX (Indonesian Stock Exchange) during the 2016-2020 period. The results of the study stated that bank capital had no significant effect on bank profitability, bank size had a positive and significant effect on bank profitability, market concentration had no significant effect on bank profitability, ownership had no significant effect on bank profitability, and inflation had a positive and significant effect on bank profitability.Keywords: Bank Profitability, Internal Characteristic, Industry Structure, Economy Situation

Abstract

As we study higher education, the least we can do is contribute back to society. We need to apply the rule of “ Give and Take”. Inspired by our lecturer giving us support and encouragement. We, eight people, decided to visit an orphanage called “Panti Asuhan Istana Yatim Al-Jufri” which located at sekupang as our class’s devotion target is in this area. We donate things such as food & drink, snack, stationery stuff and teaching the kids mandarin language based on our ability. We believe that even though we are not giving them much, but it’s better than no. right ? Seeing the kids smile and laughing is the best satisfaction we get from this implementation program. It may sounds like there’s no innovation, we do admit that. However, we thought that the outcome we get is far more important than innovation that we don’t even have any ideas.

Abstract

This study examines the lack of adequate knowledge of residents of Batam Block 3 Lubuk Baja about online taxes. The purpose of this study is to provide an introduction to online tax and to encourage citizens of Block 3 to participate in paying taxes as an Indonesian citizen (WNI). The data collection process was carried out by observing the needs and constraints of local residents, as well as through interviews with the head of RT 01 Block 3 (Mr. Irwansyah). The material obtained from interviews was transcribed and analyzed. The results of the analysis raised 2 themes discussed here: social support and the goal of participation. The study of these two themes is very useful for understanding how to optimally increase the knowledge and motivation of citizens in carrying out online tax payments.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve children's education programs in Kampung Jawa - Batam City, considering that school-age children are still not proficient in numeracy, which is caused by limited infrastructure and experts. The method used here is the method of teaching while playing, using a game that we have designed with the method of "Advanced Counting After Playing 10 Times". Besides that, he also created an open donation movement on social media, to get proper textbooks. The result of the implementation that has been carried out is that there has been progressed in the education of school-age children where some children have started to recognize numbers and are starting to be able to add small numbers, and also thanks to the open donations we have made, children in Kampung Jawa-Batam now have lots of books to study.

Abstract

Internet merupakan media yang memiliki beragam macam manfaat, misalnya sebagai media komunikasi, penyedia informasi, dan lainnya. Akses terhadap internet juga semakin mudah didapatkan, sehingga pengguna dari internet juga semakin meningkat, terutama dari kalangan remaja. Namun, generasi penerus bangsa saat ini belum tentu bisa menggunakan internet dengan benar, diperlukan penanaman kesadaran kepada para generasi muda dalam penggunaan internet sehat dan aman untuk menghindari penyalahgunaan internet. Berdasarkan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka yang telah dilaksanakan, penulis menetapkan SMK Swasta Patria Dharma sebagai mitra untuk memberikan wawasan terkait internet sehat. Dalam prosesnya, penulis merancang proyek sesuai kebutuhan sekolah sehingga kegiatan dapat terlaksana dengan baik melalui sosialisasi yang dilakukan secara daring dan pemberian kuis berhadiah kepada siswa-siswa yang berpartisipasi. Kuis yang dilakukan berupa soal terkait internet sehat yang dipaparkan melalui sosialisasi. Berdasarkan instrumen kuis yang diberikan dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa-siswi sudah memiliki kesadaran dalam menggunakan internet dengan sehat dan aman. Untuk memaksimalkan implementasi dari internet sehat ini sendiri masih diperlukan kerjasama antara pihak sekolah dan orang tua untuk turut mengarahkan dan mengawasi siswa-siswi dalam hal pemakaian internet yang baik.

Abstract

 Dalam dunia bisnis zaman sekarang bisnis semakin lama semakin berkembang pesat hingga masuk ke dunia Internasional dari tahun ke tahun. Dalam berbisnis hal yang selalu jadi pusat perhatiaan para pembisnis adalah loyalitas dari pelanggan dalam membeli produk yang di perjual belikan. Dalam artikel berikut terdapat beberapa pembahas terkait hal yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan dalam kepuasan pelanggan. Beberapa variable tersebut antara lain yaitu kualitas produk, harga dan pelayanan. Penelitian berikut menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yang sampel dari penelitian ini adalah generasi Milenial di Kota Batam, dengan jumlah sampel 271 data yang dikumpulkan melalui Google Forms dan pengolahan data memanfaatkan software SmartPLS 3.2.9.  Temuan penelitian berikut menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas produk, harga dan Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan yang positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Uji data menunjukkan  Kualitas produk dan Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan yang positif terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan, sedangkan Harga dan Kepuasan Pelanggan tidak berpengaruh positif dengan Loyalitas Pelanggan.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Produk, Harga, Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Loyalitas Pelanggan ABSTRACTIn today's business world, business is growing rapidly to enter the international world from year to year. In doing business, the thing that is always the center of attention of business people is the loyalty of customers in buying products that are traded. In the following article there are several discussants related to matters that affect customer loyalty in customer satisfaction. Some of these variables include product quality, price and service. The following research uses a quantitative method, the sample of this study is the Millennial generation in Batam City, with a total sample of 271 data collected via Google Forms and data processing using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The following research findings indicate that product quality, price and service have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Test data shows that product quality and service have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, while price and customer satisfaction have no positive effect on customer loyalty.Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Service, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi ini, banyak pemilik bisnis yang mengalami kendala dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Kendala tersebut dapat berupa penurunan pendapatan maupun kerugian yang tidak terhingga. Program ini dilakukan pada Comformindo yang berlokasi di Kota Batam. Program yang dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk memperluas pangsa pasar dan meningkatkan pendapatan pada Comformindo. Implementasi dilakukan dengan strategi bauran promosi yang dimulai dari bulan September hingga bulan Desember. Sebelumnya Comformindo hanya melakukan promosi berbasis Word of Mouth (WOM) dan promosi Door to Door tetapi kurang efektif sehingga harus menggunakan strategi baru yaitu strategi bauran promosi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah metode kualitatif yang terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Bauran promosi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari advertising dan sales promotion. Advertising dilakukan dengan pembuatan product profile video dan diunggah ke akun sosial media dan setelah itu akan dilakukannya promosi. Promosi dilakukan melalui sosial media yaitu Instagram Ads sebanyak 2 kali dengan durasi 7 hari setiap promosi. Sales promotion dilakukan dengan pengadaan diskon yang dibuat dalam e-brosur dan diunggah ke sosial media. Setelah implementasi, keuntungan Comformindo meningkat 6% per bulan yaitu Rp. 21,200,000 per bulan.

Abstract

Current technological advances can be applied in various fields, one of which is tourism. Furthermore, technology can make finding more extensive information about tourism in the country is easier. So that, they can plan before going on a trip. Looking at this aspect, technological developments are expected to help the tourism sector in Indonesia. This can be done by introducing one of the attractions in the area, namely Tanjung Balai Karimun. Which will be developed in a Photobook. Photobook is a type of book that is related to each other, which can be designed and laid out in advance. After that, it was printed and shaped into a book. This research aims to promote natural tourist attractions in the Karimun area. Because Karimun rarely has promoted tourism objects using photobooks. This research uses the R&D (research and development) method in designing photobooks. The result of this research is a photobook about waterfalls in Tanjung Balai Karimun which can introduce tourism

Abstract

The rapid changes in various aspects that occur along with the development of time in the era of globalization in terms of running a business, encourage business people to continue to develop their business in order not to lose competitiveness with competitors. One of the ways used is digital marketing. CV Aneka Sejati, which is a supplier business where competition is very tight, has one drawback, namely that it has not implemented digital marketing which results in a lack of public attention to the marketing carried out by the company. In this study, data collection used 2 methods, namely observation and interviews to find out more clearly the problems faced by the company which took place from September 2022 to December 2022. The result of the implementation is the creation of a company Instagram account complete with content, feeds, videos and marketing posters which results in an increase in public awareness in the surrounding environment of the company as evidenced by the number of followers and likes obtained.
