Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pentingnyapembelajaran yang dapat merangsang dan mengembangkankreativitas anak seyogyanya dimulai sejak usia dini. Guru sebagaipenanggung jawab kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah harus mampumelaksanakan pembelajaran yang dapat merangsang danmengembangkan kreativitas yang efektif bagi anak. untuk mencapaikreativitas anak yang optimal perlu dilakukan dengan memilihstrategi pembelajaran yang tepat dan kontinu denganmemperhatikan tingkat percaya diri anak.Kata kunci: Strategi Pembelajaran, percaya diri dan kreativitas.

Abstract

Latar Belakang dari penelitian ini adalah Berdasarkan hasil pengamatandiKB Delima Indah Desa Delima Jaya  Kecamatan Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak, pada bulan April 2014 peneliti mendapati kemampuan anak mengenal simbol  hurufmasih rendah, anak hanya mampu mengenal beberapa huruf,  Anak masih belum bisa mengenal huruf secara acak, anak tidak dapat membedakan huruf yang mirip, Anak masih bingung membedakan huruf  b dengan huruf d, m dengan w. Anak masih bingung apabila disuruh menyebutkan  huruf yang diperlihatkan oleh guru secara acak, dan anak hanya bisa menyebutkan secara berurutan.Kemampuan pengenalan huruf bagi anak usia dini berhubungan dengan pengembangan aktifitasnya,agar anak memiliki kesanggupan mengungkapkan perasaan dan pikiran secara kreatif,yaitu melalui bermain kartu huruf bergambar. Bermain kartu huruf adalah bermain dengan kartu-kartu huruf yang dimainkan dengan cara membentuk kata,yang terbuat dari kertas karton yang dipotong-potong dalam bentuk segi empat yang bertuliskan huruf-huruf vokal dan konsonan. Penelitian diambil dari anak usia 3-4 tahun diKB Delima Indah Desa Delima Jaya  Kecamatan Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak dengan jumlah murid 15 anak. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Observasi yaitu melakukan pengamatan secara langsung ke lokasi penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dalam 2 siklus ternyata penggunaan penggunaan bermain kartu huruf bergambar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal huruf  anakdi KB Delima Indah Desa Delima Jaya  Kecamatan Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak dapat dilihat peningkatan sebesar 27,5% dari Siklus I dan pada Siklus II nilai rata-rata anak 37,63% yang berarti ada kenaikan 57,91% dari Siklus I. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan melihat perkembangan pada setiap siklus terjadi peningkatan dengan baik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal huruf  melalui bermain kartu huruf bergambar anak usia 4-5 tahun di KB Delima Indah Desa Delima Jaya  Kecamatan Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak.

Abstract

Abstract: Brain gym is represent the simple movement corps which can be optimal of child growth. This method will activate two cleaving brain and combine the function of all brain shares to increase recall. The aim of this research is to know does any improvement for child recall by using this brain gym and the percentage of that improvement. For this research, the researcher used Research of Class Action method. That is this method uses 2 cycles and has 6 meeting. For the appliance of collecting the data was the research used a form of observation there are 23 of children. That were consisted of 14 boys and 9 girls. Based on the result of processing the data and observation of recall the children aged 5-6 year old. They got improvement in every cycles. Before brain gym method is used to increase recall at children was under standard that is 48,2%, while after the firs cycles of using this method it was increased to 61,5%, even in the second cycles it became 88,3%. So, it can be concluded that a brain gym improve a recall of children aged 5-6 year old especially in TK Fathrizk Kids Pekanbaru.Keywords: Brain Gym, Recall1

Abstract

Abstract :The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the professional competence to carry out the process of learning in kindergarten throughtout subdistrict tampan of pekanbaru city.This research isquantitativeusingcorrelationaltechniques. Based on theresults ofthe percentage ofthe professionalcompetenceof teachersinkindergartenSubdistrict Tampanof Pekanbaru Citywas moderatewitha percentageof 87.5%. based on apercentage ofthe implementationprocess oflearninginkindergartensubdistrict Tampan of Pekanbaru Cityclassified as moderatebythe percentage of78.86%. And based onthe results ofthe linearregressionthere are positive influencebetweenthe professionalcompetenceof teachersonthe implementation ofthe learningprocessinkindergartenSubdistrict Tampan of Pekanbaru Cityby65.5%. While the remaining35.5% is influencedbyotherfactorsthatditidakexamined in this study. So itcanbe concludedthat there are significantprofessionalcompetenceof teacherstowardsthe implementation ofthe learningprocessinkindergartenSubdistrict Tampan of the city of Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract : The background of this research problem is often a child feel embarrassed and pull away when talking with teachers and friends. There are children that are less able to answer questions put to him, there that difficult to express why they like to something, and there they want to tell but have not given the opportunity. Most parents are included in the communication patterns that are less effective. Therefore, the necessary communication skills to assist children in learning to master effective communication and develop a child's ability to speak. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the communication ability of parents of children aged 4-5 years in the Kelurahan Tuah Karya Pekanbaru . The study population was all children aged 4-5 years that were in the Kelurahan Tuah Karya Pekanbaru totaling 130 people. The sample used by 56 people. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. The data analysis technique used is the formula Pearson Product Moment and analysis of statistical methods Pearson Product Moment Correlation with SPSS 16. From the results obtained there is a strong influence, positive, and significant between parent communication skills with the ability to speak of children aged 4-5 years in the Kelurahan Tuah Karya Pekanbaru . It can be seen from the strong categorized rxy 0.601, t count of 5.5 and 2.00 to 5.5 ttable> 2.00 then it means that there is a positive and significant influence between communication skills with the ability to speak. The resulting determinant coefficient is equal to r2 = 36, it can be seen that the communication skills of parents to give effect by 36% against the speech of children aged 4-5 years in the Kelurahan Tuah Karya Pekanbaru . Abstract

Abstract: In this study the author intends to examine two variables to determine whether there is a relationship between the independent variable (X) with the dependent variable (Y). The population of this study is the entire kindergarten teacher in District Kuantan Singingi forth as many as 50 kindergarten teachers. As for testing purposes researchers took samples from the Kuantan Tengah District of 20 kindergarten teachers. Based on the observations of the author while in some kindergarten teachers in the district Kuantan Kuantan Singingi Mudik found symptoms or phenomena, among others, relating to the social competence of teachers: the existence of some teachers who communicate and interact with students in a way that is less mannered, their most teachers are less adapted to their assigned (like bored with the state of the school). And of spiritual intelligence discovered phenomena: the existence of some teachers who use that language are not appropriate when angry to students who are not able to answer the teacher's question, a sense of caring and empathy of teachers to the school and its work is still lacking. From the research results can be seen on the Kolmogorov-Smirnov column can be seen that the value of significance for spiritual intelligence (0.200) and social competence (0.200); Because of the significance of all variables is greater than 0.05, it can be concluded that the data on the variables of spiritual intelligence and social competence normal distribution, homogeneity test analysis results, obtained statistical values of 0.834 and a probability value of 0608. Since the value of p> 0.05 (0608> 0.05) then the data is homogeneous, and the coefficient of determination is generated is equal to r2 = 0217, p = 0.001 (p <0.05), it can be seen that the influence of spiritual intelligence 21.7% of the social competence of teachers. Then concluded There is a relationship between the spiritual intelligence with Social Competence kindergarten teacher at Regency Kuantan District Mudik Singingi. Abstract

Abstrac: This study aims to determine the relationship of self-concept and pedagogical competence of kindergarten teachersin the district Tampan, Pekanbaru. The population inthis study amounted to127teacher fresh greaduate. The sample usedin this study were 56 teachers.As for thedata collection techniquesin this study usinga Likert scale. Analysis using scale testingand analysis of statistical methods with SPSS for Windows Ver. 16. The hypothesis of this studyis that there isa positive and significan trelation ship between self-concept and pedagogical competence of kindergarten teachersin the district Tampan, Pekanbaru. It can be seen from the analysis of data obtained tcountvalue of 7.552 while ttable(5%) (df=n-2 =56-2=54) ttablevalueby 2,000. Because tcount greater than ttable 7.552>2.000, it means that there isa positive and significan trelation ship between self-concept and pedagogical competence of kindergarten teachersin the district Tampan, Pekanbaru. The resulting of determinant coefficient wasr2= 0.393 atp = 0.000(P <0.05), it can be seen that the self-concept giving effect of39.3% of pedagogical competence of the kindergarten teacher. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the double role conflict early childhood teacher of Gugus Mawar in Bangkinang distric; to knowing the performance of early childhoot teachers of Gugus Mawar in Bangkinang district; to determine the relationship of conflict with the perfoemance of the double role of early childhoot teachers of Gugus mawar bangkinang district. The benefits of this research is to give input to edicational pracitioners, especially the manager of educators in order to make early childhoot teacher training programs continuously. In terms of theoretical provide an understanding of the conflict based on their experiences, for teachers to be able manage conflict in a positive double role, improfing the performance of early childhoot teachers. The population in this study were all early  childhoot teachers of Gugus Mawar in Bangkinang district kampar, which consists of teachers who have a family (husband and children have), as many as 40 teachers. The samples are saturated sample the entire population involved. Overview conflict double role of early childhoot teachers of Gugus Mawar in Bangkinang district is at the low category.in view of the performance of teachers at the high categori. Early childhoot teachers of gugus mawar in bangkinang district have a high level of teacher performance and double role at low levels. Results of rhitung value of 0,109 with a p-value = 0.5 this. Therefore p> 0.05 (0.5> 0.05). we conclude there is no significant correlation between the two variables tested. This study accepts H0 means that tehre is no significant relationship between conflict with the performance of the double role of early  childhood teachers Gugus Mawar of Bangkinang distric.
