Abstract

PT Pupuk Kujang merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara, dimana aktivitas bisnisnya terbilang kompleks.Salah satu software yang merupakan bagian dari sistem informasi yang mendukung aktivitas bisnisnya adalahpenggunaan software berlisensi yang selalu ada audit secara berkala dari pihak vendor. Permasalahaccccnnyaadalah terjadi penyalahgunaan software berlisensi oleh beberapa komputer client, misalnya penyalahgunaanjumlah lisensi, terjadinya penggunaan software bajakan. Permasalahan lain yaitu sedikitnya staf technicalsupport di Biro Teknologi Informasi (TI). Hal ini menyebabkan terjadinya kelambatan penyelesaian masalahinternal teknologi informasi di PT Pupuk Kujang. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka penelitian inibertujuan merancang sistem pelacakan software berlisensi dan Help desk. Dalam pengumpulan data, penulismenggunakan metode observasi, dan metode pengembangan sistem yaitu model prototype. Rancanganini direkomendasikan untuk diimplementasikan menggunakan Java Virtual Machine (JVM), dan Oraclesebagai aplikasi basisdata dengan pertimbangan Data Base Management System yang sudah digunakan diPT. Pupuk Kujang adalah Oracle, Apache Tomcat untuk aplikasi web server. Diharapkan rancangan aplikasiyang dibuat dapat bermanfaat untuk pelacakan, pengidentifi kasian awal pnggunaan software berlisensisebelum dilakukannya audit oleh pihak vendor, digunakan untuk pendukung keputusan akan jenis dan jumlahsoftware licensed yang lebih dibutuhkan PT Pupuk Kujang. Help desk System diharapkan bisa mengefi siensikanpenanganan masalah teknis di bidang TI di PT Pupuk Kujang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan lanjutan dari penelitian sebelumnya yaitu perancangan program aplikasi pembelajaran IPA materi sistem pernapasan berbasis multimedia untuk siswa SDLB Bagian B Tunarungu menggunakan Object Oriented. Bagaimana implementasi rancangan program yang sudah dibuat kedalam program aplikasi dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Implementasi tiap rancangan halaman aplikasi kedalam bentuk kode program menggunakan software Adobe Flash CS 6 Profesional Edition. Dengan software tersebut, tiap halaman aplikasi dibangun dengan konsep multimedia yang menggabungkan audio, visual, animasi, dan dilengkapi dengan bahasa isyarat. Sehingga materi pembelajaran sistem pernapasan manusia dan hewan dapat dijelaskan secara terperinci tahapan tiap proses yang terjadi di sistem tersebut.

Abstract

Citizen data collection by the majority RT still using manual way, the way it can be said not effective in terms of time of workmanship or quality of information produced.With the existence of SITAWAR can help update citizen data more effectively residing in area especially RT level.However, from the results of previous research, there are SITAWAR problems that have been built, can only be accessed by one RT only (stand alone) in one Rukun Warga area, SITAWAR has not been connected to RW level, so if the chairman of the RW is required to report demographic data that exist in the neighborhood to the village level, still done by call each existing RT in the environment or waiting for reports from each RTchairman.Looking at the issues already described, the existing SITAWAR built is developed using the concept of web application, where all RTs in one RW area are connected to the database. This research was conducted using Development Research. While the method of system development using prototype with system design tool using Object Oriented Approach and built using PHP language (Hypertext Preprocessor). With the development of SITAWAR can produce more qualified population information.

Abstract

Currently SLB Negeri Cicendo students still need special teaching so that information and material are conveyed properly. The media used for teaching and learning activities of the prayer movement is also still conventional in nature, and therefore the design of Interactive Multimedia Applications for Prayer Learning which contains the material of prayer, prayer movement and, evaluation of material. Data collection research methods conducted were observation, interviews and also documents. In addition, the approach method used in this study uses an object-oriented approach with UML tools, namely use cases, scenario diagrams and activity diagrams, while the method of development is carried out with a prototype model. The purpose of this application was made to make it easy for teachers to be able to convey material with interesting aids, and also make it easy for deaf students to receive material and reading while measuring the ability of deaf students.

Abstract

The introduction of angklung music especially for deaf students is done by replacing numeric notes with various hand movements by the teacher. It takes two teachers to produce harmonious music with one teacher focusing on melody and the other teacher focusing on chords. However, hand movements are still limited to ordinary notes. The teacher's hand movements do not yet include the crescendo and decrescence notes. In addition, if one of the teachers is unable to attend, it cannot produce a harmonious music. To overcome this, multimedia-based angklung learning aids and android-based applications are made, where multimedia allows an angklung game to be carried out without the help of a trainer. So that it can replace the score that is usually designated by a trainer, it can be replaced with an animated color change (colouring score) when the angklung tone is played. In this study using the Development Research method, the procedures in this study are (1) determining the concept (concept), (2) Media Design (Design), (3) Material Collection (Material Collecting), (4) Manufacturing Process (Assembly) , and (5) (Testing) .In this study identified the needs of users (trainers and angklung players), designing application story boards that are used as a reference at the implementation stage.This learning activity does not replace the role of the trainer, but only as a media alternative in carrying out angklung training activities.

Abstract

In the current era of digitalization, technology can facilitate all kinds of activities, starting from education, business, health, and agriculture. The use of technology in agriculture can help the managerial processes which are often a problem for farmers. Hitung Tani Application System (SiTung Tani) is an Android-based application, which can assist farmers in preparing budget plans regarding all cost requirements before the farming activity takes place. The method used in building SiTung Tani is the Ubinan method which is used to calculate estimates of various costs and the system approach method used is the object-oriented method. The Sabilulungan Farmer Group is located in a rural area, so there are still many farmers who do not understand and use technology in all farming activities. In addition, the obstacles faced by farmers in this farmer group are that they rarely calculate mathematically how many plant seeds are needed according to the land they have and rarely calculate the estimated cost of production and yields which result in losses. From the problems that exist in the farmer groups, a farmer count application system is needed that can assist farmers in compiling a budget plan for cost requirements during the process of farming activities to increase farm productivity, can calculate the estimated income and profits that will be obtained by farmers and can provide recommendations

Abstract

Children with special needs are individuals who are not much different from children in general, but in carrying out educational activities still have obstacles. One of the children with special needs is a deaf child who receives a variety of subject matter, one of which is animal life cycle material in science subjects. In the process of delivering the material is still done conventionally, the teacher conveys through cues so that it becomes an obstacles to deliver material that requires visuals about the processes that occur in the material. The purpose of this study is to create a multimedia application of learning the life cycle of animals to help deaf students in SLBN Cicendo in visualizing the material. The author uses qualitative descriptive research methods, data collection methods using interviews, system development models using prototypes, and tools to design applications using Unified Modeling Language (UML). Based on the design of the application made, the application is built using Adobe Flash CS6 Professional software, so it is expected to help the delivery of material to deaf students more easily and attractively.

Abstract

Information Product Approach (IP Approach) is an information management approach. It can be used to manage product information and data quality analysis. IP-Map can be used by organizations to facilitate the management of knowledge in collecting, storing, maintaining, and using the data in an organized. The process of data management of academic activities in X University has not yet used the IP approach. X University has not given attention to the management of information quality of its. During this time X University just concern to system applications used to support the automation of data management in the process of academic activities. IP-Map that made in this paper can be used as a basis for analyzing the quality of data and information. By the IP-MAP, X University is expected to know which parts of the process that need improvement in the quality of data and information management.
