Abstract

In todays modern economy, there is no doubt that the distribution is the most important sector in economic activity. Included in the Islamic economic perspective, the study of income distribution of profession zakat attract serious attention from Muslim economists because it has an important role for the welfare of society. The teachings of Islam called on every Muslim who has an income property that in their property threre are rights of others that must be fulfilled / distributed. Property income that is distributed to charity will positively impact the welfare of society in the islamic economic dimension.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is for knowing the jobs and the position of zakat agency, the function of zakat agency in increasing awareness of profession zakat, contributing factors and presecutor factors. This research used qualitative method by analysing of descriptive data. The researcher gave a description of discovery which was found by Laznas Al-Azhar. This research used data collection by observation in the location, interviewing and be completed by data documentation. The result of the function of zakat agency in increasing awareness of profession zakat is all zakat agencies have been doing their jobs professionally and zakat agency of Laznas Al-Azhar has the important contribution in increasing awareness of profession zakat. The position of zakat agency is the best and the main function of zakat agency is same generally, it is giving education. While from their jobs are accumulation, writing down, managing and distribution for mustahik as eight asnaf which is from Al-Quran.

Abstract

Productive Zakat management to improve the welfare of the people is carried out by the management and staff of the Indonesian Zakat House amil zakat institution, to maintain its existence as an NGO-based social institution (Non-Government Organization), the quality of management is an important essence in serving donors in general and in particular. the mustahik in the village are empowered so that the collection and distribution process is in accordance with the wishes of the donors and mustahik who are worthy of welfare. This research was conducted to carefully study the implementation of productive zakat management carried out by Rumah Zakat Indonesia with the aim of improving the welfare of the people. Management of services in terms of collection, data collection of donors, data collection of mustahik, improving the quality of amil to the stage of distributing zakat funds according to the institution's program. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, namely using the method of observation and interviews as the author's research instruments. Based on the results of the author's research, it was found that the management of zakat funds in Rumah Zakat institutions is quite good which can improve the welfare of the people. Starting from raising funds to the stage of distribution, God willing, it is right on target according to the alquran and hadith. Pengelolaan Zakat Produktif untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan umat dilakukan oleh para pengurus dan staff amil zakat lembaga Rumah Zakat Indonesia, untuk tetap mempertahankan eksistensinya sebagai lembaga sosial yang berbasis NGO (Non Government Organization), kualitas pengelolaan merupakan suatu esensi yang penting dalam melayani donatur pada umumnya dan khususnya para mustahik yang ada di desa berdaya agar proses penghimpunan dan penyaluran sesuai dengan keinginian donatur dan mustahik yang layak untuk disejahterakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mempelajari secara seksama implementasi pengelolaan zakat produktif yang dilakukan oleh Rumah Zakat Indonesia dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan umat. Pengelolaan pelayanan dari segi penghimpunan, pendataan donatur, pendataan mustahik, meningkatkan kualitas para amil sampai pada tahap penyaluran dana zakat sesuai dengan program lembaga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yakni menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara sebagai instrument penelitian penulis.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penulis, ditemukan pengelolaan dana zakat di lembaga Rumah Zakat yang cukup baik yang mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan umat. Mulai dari penghimpunan dana sampai pada tahap penyaluran yang insya Allah tepat sasaran sesuai dengan alqur’an dan hadits.

Abstract

The strategy of collecting productive waqf funds is the effort of planning a person or waqf institution (nadzir) in collecting waqf funds by influencing or reminding others to release a portion of their waqf assets which are then processed by Nadzir in such a way through productive programs, so that the results can be utilized continuously to be distributed to those who are entitled to get it. The strategies carried out by BMM are direct fundraising and indirect fundraising. The results of the implementation of the strategy were managed into seven productive programs. The objective of this study was toseek how the strategy carried out BaitulmaalMuamalat in collecting productive waqf funds, knowing the implementation of what strategies are implemented BaitulmaalMuamalat and evaluating the strategy of collecting productive waqf funds. This research uses a qualitative methodology with descriptive analysis techniques. The data obtained by the institution is then processed systematically in the form of written words, archives, and oral. The results of this study are the collection through direct fundraising and indirect fundraising. They are proved to be quite good with the results of the amount of funds collected from 2011 to September 2019. It was experiencing a decrease and increase in numbers, its peak in 2019, although it has not yet closed the year the funds raised were Rp1 , 5 billion. From these data, it can be concluded that the strategy, implementation and evaluation in the process of collecting productive endowment funds in BaitulmaalMuamalat is basically good enough. However,it needs to be correction and persistence again to collect these productive endowment funds.

Abstract

This study tries to look at the implementation of the insurance benefit waqffeature from the perspective of maqasid sharia and based on the provisionsof the MUI DSN. This study uses a qualitative approach. This research uses aliterature study method (Library Research). The results show that there is animplementation of maqashid sharia in the waqf feature of the benefits ofsharia insurance policies through the waqd contract feature which is carried  out based on the DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 106 of 2016 concerning waqf insurance benefits and investment benefits in sharia life insurance. The implementation of sharia maqasid theory in the waqf of insurance benefits can be seen in the efforts of how sharia insurance products protect human interests in the form of religion, life, reason, descent, and property. The role of insurance in protecting al-kulliyah alkhams can be in the form of ijabiyah (embodiment), it can also be in the form of salbiyah (prevention/rejection). Studi ini mencoba melihat implementasi fitur wakaf manfaat asuransi dariperspektif maqasid syariah dan berdasarkan ketentuan DSN MUI. Penelitianini menggunakan Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif denganmetode studi pustaka (Library Research). Hasil penelitian menunjukanbahwa terdapat implementasi maqashid syariah dalam fitur wakaf manfaatpolis asuransi syariah melalui fitur akad wakad yang dijalankan berdasarkanFatwa DSN-MUI No. 106 tahun 2016 tentang wakaf manfaat asuransi danmanfaat investasi pada asuransi jiwa syariah. Implementasi teori maqasidsyariah dalam wakaf manfaat asuransi dapat terlihat dalam upaya bagaimanaproduk asuransi syariah melindungi kepentingan manusia dalam bentukagama, jiwa, akal, keturunan, dan harta. Peranan asuransi dalam melindungial-kulliyah alkhams bisa berupa ijabiyah (perwujudan), bisa juga berupasalbiyah (pencegahan/penolakan).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berbagai macam fundraising dana infak dan sedekah dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan jamaah pada LAZIS MRBJ. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik analisis data deskriptif. Peneliti memberikan deskripsi dari suatu temuan yang di peroleh dari LAZIS MRBJ. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi di lapangan, wawancara dan dilengkapi dengan data dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian fundraising dana infak dan sedekah dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan jamaah pada LAZIS MRBJ yaitu bahwa LAZIS MRBJ membuat pola dalam menghimpun dana infak dan sedekah dengan berbagai program seperti kajian rutin, program anak asuh, program anak yatim, kotak harta riba serta konter infak Ramadhan dan seluruh program yang dirancang mendapat atensi serta antusias dari jamaah yang bisa dibilang cukup tinggi. Hasil perolehannya selalu mengalami peningkatan dari tahun sebelumnya. Para pengurus LAZIS MRBJ tidak cepat berpuas diri dan akan terus memperbaiki segala lini untuk menjadikan LAZIS MRBJ agar lebih baik lagi dari sebelumnya. The purpose of this research is to find out various kinds of fundraising patterns of infaq and alms in an effort to increase the trust of pilgrims at the LAZIS MRBJ. This research uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive data analysis techniques. Researchers provide a description of a finding obtained from LAZIS MRBJ. This study uses data collection techniques through observation in the field, interviews and is equipped with documentation data. The results of the research into fundraising patterns for infaq and alms funds in an effort to increase the trust of pilgrims at LAZIS MRBJ namely that LAZIS MRBJ made a pattern in raising infaq and alms funds with various programs such as routine studies, foster children programs, orphans programs, usury treasure boxes as well as the Ramadhan infaq counter and all programs designed to get attention and enthusiasm from pilgrims which is arguably quite high. The acquisition results always increase from the previous year. The management of LAZIS MRBJ is not fast complacent and will continue to improve all lines to make LAZIS MRBJ better than before.

Abstract

AbstractThis study wants to find out how the diffusion of innovation occurs in Islamic boarding schools Sabilussalam, how these pesantren students decide to jointly use the Yaumi application. An application that provides Islamic features to support the improvement of a Muslim's worship. This study uses a phenomenological research method. Phenomenological research tries to explain the meaning of a concept or phenomenon in experience which is based on the consciousness of several individuals. In the innovation diffusion theory there are two main points, namely the diffusion elements of innovation and the diffusion decision process of innovation. The results of this study indicate that the process of acceptance and use of the Yaumi application by Sabilussalam students has passed the stages mentioned in the innovation diffusion theory. AbstrakPenelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana difusi inovasi terjadi di pesantren sabilussalam, bagaimana santri-santri pesantren ini memutuskan untuk bersama-sama menggunakan aplikasi Yaumi. Sebuah aplikasi yang menyajikan fitur-fitur Islami untuk mendukung peningkatan ibadah seorang muslim.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian fenomenologi. Penelitian fenomenologi mencoba menjelaskan makna konsep atau fenomena dalam pengalaman yang didasari oleh kesadaran  beberapa individu. Dalam teori difusi inovasi terdapat dua poin utama, yaitu elemen difusi inovasi dan proses putusan difusi inovasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan proses penerimaan dan penggunaan aplikasi Yaumi oleh santri Sabilussalam telah melewati tahap-tahap yang disebutkan dalam teori difusi inovasi.

Abstract

Currently, the number of PIHKs in Indonesia in 2021 is 348 and the number of PPIUs to date is 1313, the large number has opened up increasingly fierce market competition. As time goes by, the interest of the Indonesian Muslim community who wants to perform the Hajj and Umrah is increasing. The purpose of this study was to the formulation and then the implementation and evaluation of the marketing mix strategy carried out by PT. Zamzam Sumbula Thoyyiba in the face of market competition, which consists of seven marketing mix variables developed, namely product, price, promotion, place, people, process and physical evidence. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method that produces descriptive data expressed in the form of sentences and descriptions using data collection techniques, namely interviews, observations, documentation and other supporting data. The results of this study, the authors conclude that PT. Zamzam Sumbula Thoyyiba has formulated, implemented and evaluated the 7P marketing mix strategy in accordance with the company's goals and does not consider other companies to be competitors or enemies but friends of an association that can be invited to cooperate.

Abstract

The research was conducted by using a qualitative descriptive analysis method, which describes the analyzed data to draw further conclusions. This research was conducted by interviewing and observing the research object. Interviews were conducted with four resource persons consisting of 2 Depok City Baznas staff and 2 Depok Sejahtera program beneficiaries, while observations were made by looking at the website, social media, and Baznas Depok City brochures. Depok Sejahtera program has not been successful or not, because this program is still an ongoing process and will last for 3 years. If the three aspects which include increasing income, increasing religiosity, and social functioning can be achieved, it can be said that the Depok Sejahtera program is successful because it has achieved what the program was established for. In addition, there are also new discoveries in the form of changes in the scale of the distribution of zakat funds for productive activities (utilization) and consumptive activities (distribution) due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
