Abstract

Milk tofu is the result of milk production that has similar shape and color to the soybean tofu, yet its texture or elasticity is smoother than the soybean tofu. In addition, its smell is similar to the cheese smell. Data was analyzed using variance investigation and DMRT.This study is an experiment research on production of milk tofu by the use of 1%, 1,5%, and 2% vinegar acid out of the total cow’s milk. Each treatment is conducted by three times repetition. The aim of this study is to find out organoleptic characteristics that involves flavor, color, and texture through test of hedonic quality and test of hedonic. The result of hedonic test, the panelists like the flavour and texture of milk tofu which used 1,5% of vinegar acid, and the colour of that panelists like is those that used 1% of vinegar acid. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the response of the amount of financing to changes that occur in the variables of the number of customers, interest rates, and income at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Nganjuk. The data used in this study is secondary data, in the form of time series in 36 months sourced from PT Pegadaian (Persero). The analytical method applied is vectorauto regression (VAR) with the help of STATA 14 sofware. The results show that the variable number of customers shows a negative response bacause the decrease or increase in the number of customers does not affect credit financing. Then the interest rate variable responds positively, meaning that an increase in interest rates will have an impact on increasing credit financing as well. Furthermore, the income variable responds positively to credit financing, meaning that an increase in income will have an impact on increasing financing.

Abstract

Intensifikasi mina padi menjadi sebuah terobosan baru di bidang pertanian, hal ini diiringi oleh para pelaku usaha. Sebuah nilai inovatif pada trend bisnis kuliner, yaitu menyajikan view pedesaan dengan harapan meningkatkan daya saing. Selain itu, ini menjadi salah satu rancangan program kerja kepala Desa Cerme Nganjuk yang juga tertarik mulai mengenalkan kepada masyarakatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara observasi (participant observation), wawancara mendalam (in depth interview) dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yaitu data reduction, data display dan conclusion drawing/verification. Uji kredibilitas data dengan triangulasi dan member check. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa mina padi memberi terobosan baru untuk usaha kuliner dan nantinya akan dikembangkan menjadi desa wisata. Secara berdampingan diharapkan memberi nilai tambah untuk perekonomian masyarakat Desa Cerme Kecamatan Pace Kabupaten Nganjuk.
