Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the sources and structure of household income, the distribution of household income, comparing incomes between ex UPP TCSDP farmers and independent smallholders in Bina Baru Village Kampar Kiri Tengah District Kampar Regency. This study used a sample of 30 farmers ex UPP TCSDP and 30 independent smallholders using disproportionate random sampling. The analysis showed that the total average household income of farmers amounted Rp.29.352.760 ex UPP TCSDP farmersper year and independent smallholders household income by Rp.39.855.606 per year originating from agriculture and non-agricultural sector. Figures Gini Ratio Index ex UPP rubber farmer households 0.28 and independent smallholders 0.29 indicates low inequality and Lorenz curve approaches the diagonal line. T-test showed farm household incomes rubber ex UPP TCSDP significantly different from independent smallholdersfarmer household income Keyword : Rubber, Distribution, Structure, Household Income

Abstract

This study aims to identify patterns of marketing channels made ​​by farmer of rubber at Pulau Busuk Jaya village, analyze the efficiency of the marketing of rubber at Pulau Busuk Jaya village, knowing the social relationship between the Tauke and the farmer of rubberand knowing theinterest and impeller factors of farmers to sell the rubber to the Tauke. The results showed that the marketing channels that occurred in the Pulau Busuk Jaya village consists of two marketing channels, namely channel 1 of the traders ( Tauke ) to wholesalers ( outside the village ) and go directly to the PT. Agrolestari Kuantan Singingi and on channel 2 of the traders ( Tauke ) go to the PT. Agrolestari Kuantan Singingi.Social relations that occur between the farmer of rubberand the Tauke which is a measure of the size of wealth, the size of honor, power and authority, size and knowledge. The interest and impeller factors of rubber farmer sell to the Taukeis influenced by several factors of which the interest factor that is price,provision of capital, social relation between farmer and traders (Tauke) appropriate bargaining system and the trust factor. Then the impeller factor is the relationship of debt, the amount of production and sources of funding ). Keywords: Marketing, efficiency, social relations between traders and farmers.

Abstract

Economic Business Village Save-Loans (UED-SP) according to Regulation No.06 of 1998 is an institution that is engaged in the savings and loan and belong to village community / urban village are cultivated and managed by village communities / urban village. The purpose of this study to determine: (1) institutional effectiveness as perceived by users of UED-SP. (2) Efficient use of resources is based on the perception of users UED-SP. (3) Sustainability institution based on the perception of users UED-SP. The sample in this study the beneficiary of funds UED-SP In the Kampung Pulau Village SubdistrictRengatIndragiri Hulu Regencyamounting to 34 people with the selection of Simple Random Sampling. Analysis of the performance institutions UED-SP was measured using a Likert's Summated Rating Scale (LSRS). Institutions Performance UED-SP based on the perceptionusers belonging to "Medium" score 3.10. The effectiveness the institution has been able to achieve its goals independently in performing their duties and to consult with the community in planning the program. Efficiency Resource Allocation already efficient seen from conformity amount funds received by the realization that reducing the amount arrears and the level of congestion funds. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of KUD Sialang Makmur during the period 2008-2012. The results of the analysis of the financial performance obtained KUD Sialang Makmur seen from the level of liquidity by using the current ratio and quick ratio, KUD Sialang Makmur are in liquid state, means being able to meet its short term obligations because of the level of liquidity is above 100% because of the level of total current liabilities current assets. Level of solvency ratios, KUD Sialang Makmur is in a position solvable means the level of solvency in a good enough position that is 100% which means that if the KUD Sialang Makmur able to repay long-term debt, is due to the amount of assets is higher than the amount of debt. The level of activity ratio, KUD ability to obtain funds that are embedded in the assets is low to produce a number of revenue and net sales, KUD Sialang Makmur need to add capital to be invested in the assets to accelerate revenue generating assets and services net sales are also accepted by KUD Rates of return of KUD Sialang Makmur terms of economic profitability has declined, in terms of profitability of own capital gains KUD Sialang Makmur continue to increase and decline, means the net income used is higher than the net assets acquired cooperatives and use of inefficient costs issued by KUD Sialang Makmur indicated by the ratio of operating profits from the high that’s why is low. Abstract

The purpose of this study was (1) to analyze the structure of household income in the village rubber farmers Teratak village Rumbio Jaya district Kampar regency, (2) Analyzing household income levels of farmers rubber Teratak village Rumbio Jaya district Kampar regency. The method used in this study is a survey method and sampling technique that the purposive sampling method. The population in this study was 208 people and is sampled 24 people who fit the criteria. The structure of the income of farmers in the village Teratak samples showed that the agricultural sector is the largest contributor to the total income of farm households is equal to 84,76% and from non-agricultural sectors of 15,24%. Revenues from the agricultural sector dominated from rubber farming income that is equal to 57,81%, the rest of the revenue contributed by 23,04% Oil Farming, Rice Farming of 1,91% and Fish Farm of 2,00%. Average income households that received sample Rp.3.196.605/month which is contributed from the main revenue of Rp.1.847.917/month (57.81%) of the household income, additional income of      Rp.1.211.952/month (37,91%) of the income households, while the income of the farmer family members contributed as much as Rp.136.736/month (4,28%) of the total household income. Abstract

This study aims to identify the marketing mix florist board, identify internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) that faced, developed and recommend appropiate alternative marketing strategies. The research was conducted in June 2013 until the end. The sampling method used in this research is a case study in the Valentine Florist’s florist board business. The data were analyzed descriptively. Results showed interest board products offered by various designs and sizes, ranging from size to size 2mx3m 2mx12m and can be combined using fresh flowers. Rental price charged to the consumer products amounted to Rp 100,000 rupiah/board. Product distribution channels carried by employers are only one level. Promotion is done is through the division enterpreneur cards and banners installed on each foot flower display board. Alternative marketing strategies based on the SWOT matrix can be chosen that maintain product image by improving the quality of products and services and maintain consumer trust, maintain exiting markets and seek new market opportunities, utilizing the media campaign to seize market opportunities, offering derivative products of interest apart from board interest to consumers, promote products to consumers continuouly.   Keywords: Florist Board Business, Marketing Mix and Marketing Strategy

Abstract

the purpose of this study: 1) find out the pineapple cultivation techniques in Kualu Nenas Village, 2) analyze the income of farmers in Kualu Nenas Village. Research in Kualu Nenas Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. Analysis of the data used is income analysis. The results showed that the production costs of pineapple farming in Kualu Nenas Village consisted of fixed costs and variable costs. The fixed cost of pineapple farming is Rp. 14,203,550.53 / year and variable costs are Rp. 21,316,493.33 / year. The total cost of producing pineapple farming is Rp. 14,203,550.53 / year with pineapple production of 41,356 and pineapple prices of Rp. 2,199 / piece. The average receipt of pineapple business in Kulau Nenas Village is Rp. 91,705,795.20 / year with a net income of Rp. 56,185,751.33 / yearKeywords: Pineapple Farmers, Revenue, Farm Efficiency

Abstract

The purposes of this research are 1) To determine the pattern of food and non food expenditure of households 2) To determine the ability of farmers to meet the basic needs based on the criteria of BPS. This research was conducted at Pulau Jambu village, Kuok district, Kampar regency in April to July 2014. The method of sampling in this study was randomly and took 60 farmers as respondent. Analysis of the data for the study was by counting household expenditures and based on 14 indicators of basic needs in 2008 according to the BPS. The household expenditure’s average of rubber farmers in Pulau Jambu village is Rp. 3,150,800 per month divided into food and non-food expenditures. The total average of household expenditure across the sample rubber farmers reached Rp. 189,048,000 per month. The fulfillment of basic needs of households that have been analyzed by the 14 criterias for basic needs according to the BPS that indicates the rubber farmers in the Jambu village is not included to the category of near-poor.   Keywords: Expenditure, Households, Rubber Farmers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were to determine the amount of production costs, the added value and income of the entrepreneur crispy chips tempe Bu Siti  in Buluh Rampai village, Seberida district Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research was conducted from April 2014 until July 2014. The data collection technique was case method to agroindustry entrepreneur of crispy chips Bu Siti in Buluh Rampai village. The analysis scopes of this research were costs, revenue, and added value analysis. The results of this research showed that at Mei 2014 the total cost crispy chips tempe was Rp. 27.544.183. Revenue to entrepreneur was Rp.36.064.161,50 and profit to entrepreneur was Rp.8.519.978,17. Profitability value meant that crispy chips tempe was a profitable industry because the value of profitability 1,31 Ratio of R/C value meant that every Rp.1,00 costs in the production process of crispy chips tempe will provide Rp.1,31 income. Abstract

The purpose of this research are : 1) Analyze the marketing mix that affects consumers ' decision to buy Talam Durian cakes at the Viera Cake House on Melati street Pekanbaru city 2) To analyze the relationship between marketing mix to consumer decision to buy Talam Durian at the Viera Cake House on  Melati street Pekanbaru city. The data analysis used is the marketing mix analysis. Consumer decision in making the purchase of Talam Durian cake by 7 (Seven) variable marketing mix IE product, price, location, promotion, person, physical means and process. Products with the category of "influential", the price with the category "influential", the place with the category "Quite influential", the promotion with the category "influential", People with the category "influential", physical means with the category of "influential" and the process with "influential" category. Overall the marketing mix variable is in the "influential" category of the consumer purchase decision at Rumah Kue Viera. Correlation analysis Rank Spearman that indicates the relationship between the marketing mix to the consumer's decision is positive and very strong and significant ( x = 0,01). The correlation coefficient of marketing mix marked positive (+), meaning the relationship of marketing mix with consumer decision is in the direction of so if the marketing mix increases then the consumer's decision will also increase.Keywords : Consumer's Decision, Marketing Mix
