Abstract

This study aims to examine whether management is proven to have cash flow from operation management (CFO management) using classification and timing in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017. The research method used is explanatory research, and the method of determining the sample used is the judgment sampling method. Testing the research hypothesis using the multiple regression analysis using eviews versin 6.0. The result from this study is no indication of CFO management using classification and timing. Key words: cash flow from operation management, classification, timing

Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, solvability, and inventory activity toward the Audit Delay on retail companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is whole of the retail companies that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2015. The method used in this research is explanatory research, and the sampling method used was judgement sampling method. Research hypothesis testing using T test, F test, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 20.0. The results show that profitability, solvability, and inventory activity have no effect on audit delay on retail companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Audit Delay,  Inventory Activity, Profitability, and Solvability

Abstract

The quality of financial reports is important in the sustainability of a company, quality reports can increase public trust in the company. But often this is misinterpreted by the management by doing various ways to make financial statements look good in the eyes of investors, this is what is called earnings management. During the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world, of course, there are various challenges to be able to present quality financial reports, this is what researchers are interested in conducting an analysis of the quality of financial reports, especially the banking industry in Indonesia. There are various ways to detect whether there are earnings management actions in the company, one of which is using the M-Score Beneish Model. From the results of the study, it was found that only 18% of the banking industry management carried out earnings management actions
