Abstract

Loyalitas konsumen terhadap suatu merek tertentu merupakan salah satu faktor penting bagi keberhasilan pemasaran suatu produk. Banyak produsen yang menggunakan strategi perluasan merek ketika meluncurkan suatu produk kategori baru untuk memanfaatkan loyalitas konsumen terhadap merek yang telah ada. Peluncuran suatu produk kategori baru dengan menggunakan merek yang telah ada bisa disikapi secara berbeda oleh para konsumen, sehingga memiliki kemungkinan mempengaruhi loyalitas mereka terhadap merek tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non experiment yang menguji hipotesis adanya hubungan antara sikap terhadap perluasan merek dengan loyalitas merek. Dengan menggunakan teknik quota sampling, penelitian ini melibatkan 100 responden pengguna merek ”C” di kota Malang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara sikap terhadap perluasan merek dengan loyalitas merek (r = 0,519; p < 0,001). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sikap terhadap perluasan merek dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen terhadap merek tersebut. Produsen perlu berhati-hati dalam menerapkan strategi perluasan merek ketika meluncurkan suatu produk baru karena dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen terhadap produk dengan merek sama yang sudah lebih dulu ada.Kata kunci: perluasan merek, loyalitas merek, konsumen

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan academic hardiness ditinjau dari aktivitas mahasiswa kuliah sambil bekerja dan mahasiswa aktif berorganisasi. Pendekatan penelitian ini bersifat kuantitaif dengan menggunakan teknik analisa uji-T, sedangkan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang kuliah sambil bekerja dan mahasiswa aktif berorganisasi berjumlah 120 orang. Alat ukur untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan skala academic hardiness. Skala academic hardiness terdiri dari 45 aitem (dengan reliabilitas = 0,898). Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan diperoleh nilai t hitung < t tabel yaitu -1,973 < 1,979 dengan p = 0,051 (p < 0,05 ). Dari hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan tingkat academic hardiness yang signifikan pada mahasiswa bekerja maupun mahasiswa aktif berorganisasi. Maka hipotesis dalam penelitian ini ditolak.

Abstract

Conducted a variety of deviant behavior of children and adolescents (such as conduct disorder, juvenile delinquency and criminality) have risk factors such as the rise of psychopathic personality disorder. This study aimed to test the hypothesis of attachment relationship of parents to children psychopathic tendencies. The sample was a teenager in prison. Methods of data collection using a scale child-parent attachment and psychopathic tendencies scale. The analysis technique used is regression. The results showed a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.370 with F at 12,380, p = 0.001 (p 0.05), which means that there is a significant correlation between child-parent attachment with psychopathic tendencies in adolescents. Determinant coefficient () of 13.7%, this indicates that the variable child-parent attachment affects the psychopathic tendencies of 13. 7% and 86.3% were influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Every student has the hope of achieving maximum or satisfactory learning achievement in his studies. An initial survey conducted on a number of students at the psychology faculty of Unmer Malang found that students experienced symptoms that led to academic failure, where the symptoms were: often not focused or unable to concentrate during lectures, easily gave up when faced with difficulties, felt unable to do work. tasks well, decreased interest in learning, doubting their own abilities, learning is considered a burden and something boring. One way to overcome this problem, students make a diversion by playing smartphones. This has a negative impact on the decline in student achievement. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of nomophobia on student academic failure. The research design uses a quantitative survey approach, with the data collection technique using random sampling. After going through the regression test, it was found that there was an influence of nomophobia on academic failure of 0.211 (21.1%) on academic failure, which means that the hypothesis in this study was accepted.

Abstract

Violence in dating (KDP) is violence both physically, psychologically, sexually and economically that occurs in an unmarried couple. It is not uncommon for women who are victims of dating violence to feel that they have low self-esteem. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of family social support on self-esteem. This research is quantitative non experimental. The sample in this study was 100 women victims of dating violence. Using accidental sampling technique, with measuring tools for family social support scale (28 valid) and self-esteem scale (26 valid) in the form of a Likert scale. The reliability coefficient is 0.861 for the family social support variable and 0.850 for the self-esteem variable. The results of the hypothesis using the T test for family social support variables are 0.004. a significant value of 0.000 0.05, it is concluded that there is an influence between family social support on self-esteem.

Abstract

This research aimed to know the contribution of social support to the achievement of street children that referred to the achievements that had been achieved and the failures that had been experienced. This study used the achievement open-ended questionnaire developed by Kim and adapted by the centre for the indigenous and cultural psychology, Gadjah Mada University. The study used categorical qualitative analysis and descriptive quantitative analysis. The respondents of this study were street children in Malang which are 135 subjects who were sampled bysnowball sampling technique. The result showed that social support as an external factor had a smaller contribution than internal factors, both to the achievements and the failures of street children. This study also showed the family as the most important role both in the achievement and the failures of the street children.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not the differences in academic hardiness levels seen from college student's activity while working and student who actively participate in an organization. The approach of this research is quantitative by using the T-test analysis technique, while sampling uses the purposive sampling technique. The subjects in this study were students who studying while working and actively participate in an organization in a total of 120 people. Measuring tools to collect data using a scale of academic hardiness. Scale academic hardiness consists of 45 items (with reliability = 0.898). Based on the data analysis performed, the value of t count <t table is -1.973 <1.979 with p = 0.051 (p <0.05). These results indicate that there are no significant differences in academic hardiness levels in working student and student who actively participate in an organization. Then the hypothesis in this study was rejected.

Abstract

An interpersonal relation have a high risk for causing a heartbreak within every person involved. Forgiving is one of the key of heartbreak remedies. However, it requires a great inside power to be able to forgive the others, that power would be even greater with the social support. This research aims to find relationship between social support towards forgiving behavior of college students. There are 420 college students involved as the sample of this quantitative research. Data retrieval uses a forgive behavior scale and a social support scale. Analysis correlation test prove that there is a relation between the social supports and student's forgiving behavior.

Abstract

Abstract: The changing of learning from direct methods to indirect methods without direct interaction in class, is a challenge for double degree students in D3 English Program at Merdeka University of Malang. The problems found are related to the low level of optimism. This study aims to determine the effect of peer social support on optimism in double degree students. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique is a proportionate stratified random sampling of 90 students from 148 population of double degree programs. The method of data collection using Likert scale. The scale items for peer social support (51 valid) and optimism (38 valid) with a reliability coefficient of 0.949 peer social support and 0.918 optimism. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis with SPSS v.26 program. The results of hypothesis testing show a significance value of 0.000 0.05, which means that there is a significant influence between peer social support on optimism with an effective contribution of 33.4%.Keywords: double degree students; optimism; peer social support
