Abstract

Long chain omega-3 fatty acids such as Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic (DHA), were very important for brain development, immunity, retina and growth of child. One of natural source of these faty acids is fish which has been processed into variety food such as abon. The other source is modifying hen egg which potentially to be added into many kind of food after processed as egg flour. This research examine the effect of processing and storage of abon and eggs flour. The methode of this research was one-group pre post test (minimal control) and the date was prepared in tabulation. Processing in to abon ikan make EPA lost for 10,63% and DHA 7,63%. This product was acceptable, but the stability of the fatty acids were low, EPA lost 43,8% and DHA lost by 52,4% for 4 months. The eggs prepared by our lab contained 2,5% omega-3 fatty acid. To make egg yolk flour was used Spray Drying process. This process make EPA lost 43,94% and DHA 6,20%. After storing for 4 months, egg yolk flour was very stabile. Because of these reason, these products can be used to supplement fatty acids in daily diet. Eggs flour can be used in any food product to supply omega-3 fatty acid for the risk group.

Abstract

A contract or agreement must meet the requirements of the validity of the agreement, that is an agreement, proficiency, certain things and a lawful cause, as defined in article 1320 of the Civil Code. With the fulfillment of four conditions of validity of the agreement, then a treaty becomes lawful and legally binding for the parties that make it. The Definition of the Law The Syariah Agreement is a deliberately written engagement, so it can be used as evidence for the parties concerned. The contemporary forms of ijtihad of the ulama have now been formed by the National Sharia Council (DSN) which is part of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI). This is what enables the Law of the Shariah Covenant to keep up with the times. By using ijtihad result, contemporary scholars who are well versed in the technicalities of business transactions prevailing in today's modern times, but the Law of the Syariah Agreement can still be executed in accordance with the original rules.

Abstract

Intelligent is one of human quality factors that can be influenced by nutrition. Iodine is one of trace element nutrition that necessary for intelligent level. The purpose of this research was to learn the effect of seaweed as iodine source on rats learning ability. The rats were divided into four groups based on the ratio: A (without potassium iodide/KI-seaweed flour (SF) 0%), B (with KI-SF 0%), C (without KI-SF 5%) and D (without KI-SF 10%). The ratio had no significant effect on rats growth, but significant on iodine retention, neuron cell number and rats learning ability. Iodine retention value had a positive correlation with the neuron cell number. The neuron cell number of group A, B, C and D were 72.83, 89.33, 93.92 and 100.83 cells per view area, respectively. The number of neuron cells gave a significant influence on rats learning ability. Total time needed by the rats in food retrieval test for the group A, B, C and D was 57.84, 38.17, 33.39 and 20.55 seconds, respectively. The more neuron cell number, the more learning ability.
