Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1)  penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi (SIA) berbasis komputer dengan pendekatan database management system  (DBMS)  pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Asri Sari Utama Mandiri, dan (2) efektivitas penerapan SIA berbasis komputer dengan pendekatan DBMS pada KSP Asri Sari Utama Mandiri. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara, kuisioner dan dokumentasi, yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) penerapan penerapan SIA berbasis komputer dengan pendekatan DBMS pada KSP Asri Sari Utama Mandiri terdiri dari tiga proses yaitu input, proses pada DBMS, dan output dan (2) efektivitas penerapan SIA berbasis komputer dengan pendekatan DBMS pada KSP Asri Sari Utama Mandiri yang diukur melalui enam indikator yaitu independensi data, standarisasi data, integrasi data, waktu, keamanan data  dan variasi  laporan                                                            berada pada kriteria efektif. Hal ini  dapat  dilihat dari perolehan masing-masing indikator, yaitu berdasarkan indikator independensi data dengan kriteria efektif (288), indikator standarisasi data dengan kriteria efektif (249), indikator integrasi data dengan kriteria efektif (314), indikator waktu dengan kriteria efektif (312), indikator keamanan data dengan kriteria efektif (260), dan indikator variasi laporan dengan kriteria sangat efektif (266). Kata kunci: DBMS, efektivitas, dan SIA

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that lasted more than a year had an impact on all levels of society, especially the tourism sector players in Bali Province. This study aims to determine the adaptation of the economic actions of tourism sector actors during the Covid-19 pandemic in Banjar Lodsema, Lodtunduh Village, Ubud District, Gianyar Regency, Bali Province. The research method is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this research are tourism sector actors in Banjar Lodsema while the object is the adaptation of economic actions taken by tourism sector actors during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data was collected by observation and interviews. The data that has been collected is analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that there is an adaptation of the economic actions of tourism sector actors in Banjar Lodsema, Lodtunduh Village, Ubud District, Gianyar Regency, Bali Province in the form of (1) actions prioritizing the fulfillment of primary needs, (2) maximizing the tourism sector business that is already owned, ( 3) opening a new business in the culinary field, (4) diversifying products, (5) maximizing the side business (online) that you already have, (6) looking for additional income such as being a laborer, (7) doing other businesses in agriculture and farms, and some (8) do forex trading.

Data were collected through interviews , questionnaires and documentation , which is then analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis . The results showed that (1) the application AIS computer based approach to DBMS to KSP Sari Utama Mandiri consists of three processes namely, input , process the DBMS, and the output, and (2) effectiveness of the application AIS computer based approach to DBMS to KSP Sari Utama Mandiri that measured through six indicators of data independence, data standardization, data integration, time, data security and report variations in the criteria are effective. It can be seen from the acquisition of each indicator, which is based on indicators data independence with effective criteria (288), indicators data standardization with effective criteria (249) , indicators of data integration with effective criteria (314), an indicator of time with effective criteria (312), indicators of data security with effective criteria (260), and indicators of report variation in the criteria highly effective (266).keyword : DBMS, effectiveness, and AIS

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to produce and know the quality of quantum learning based economics pocket book. In developing economics pocket book the research uses design based research. The result of study show that the matter experts, education and education practtioners provide ratings that economics is a very decent to be used without revision. Besides design experts provide decent ratings with the revition. The result of the field test showed positive responses from students with the acquistion of a persentage of 90% in addition to the field tes results II also earn a percentage of 87,4%.  Based on the result above, economics pocket book is very decend for be used without revision. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan dan mengetahui kualitas economics pocket book berbasis quantum learning. Peneliti dalam mengembangkan economics pocket book menggunakan model pengembangan Design Based Research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ahli materi, pendidikan dan praktisi pendidikan memberikan penilaian bahwa economics pocket book sangat layak digunakan tanpa revisi, selain itu ahli desain memberikan penilaian bahwa layak digunakan dengan revisi. Hasil dari uji lapangan I menunjukkan tanggapan positif dari siswa dengan perolehan persentase 90%, selain itu hasil uji lapangan II juga memperoleh persentase sebesar 87,4%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka economics pocket book berbasis quantum learning termasuk kualifikasi sangat layak digunakan tanpa revisi.

Abstract

Educators at the top of the line offering basic concepts toward mental revolution that build awareness creating role models. The glory of the profession as an educator is the second leading fort after the parents that need to have enlightened attitudes. The purpose of this paper is (1) to provide knowledge of educators on the line, (2) gives a conceptual representation to be educators in the top line, and (3) providing knowledge attitude of educators on the line to welcome the Asean Economic Community (AEC). Educators at the top of the line will be effective in facing the MEA as a barometer of success educators views of learners produces. The essence of the concept of educators on the line should earlier have and practice ourselves to be educators in the top line resulting learners over the line include skills (1) responsible, (2) freedom, (3) a solution, (4) the willingness and (5) selection, or abbreviated to "Terkesimalah". Abstract

Covid-19 appeared in the Province of Bali from the beginning of 2020, causing the community to try to make adaptations. The purpose of this study is to determine the adaptation of product supply strategies during the pandemic. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. In this study using data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. The data has been collected, it is analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the study, data obtained that there was an adaptation of the product supply strategy at the Sukawati Art Market in terms of products offered during the pandemic, in terms of sales techniques and in terms of follow-up when sales were completed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perspective of feminism in the economic welfare of women traders in the Sukawati Art Market, Gianyar. Economic welfare as seen from the use of income to meet needs. This type of research is a qualitative phenomenological approach to understand the essence of the experience of informants related to the phenomena experienced by women traders. As many as 8 informants explained things related to the economic welfare achieved by these women. The findings show that women traders have various reasons for running a business and maintaining a business that supports various needs. Women traders are also able to manage their income as traders in meeting health, education, consumption patterns, housing and social needs.

Abstract

The term "financial technology" (Fintech) is used to describe the application of innovative ICTs to the financial sector, namely to the processing of financial transactions and the promotion of new financial goods and services. Payment processing is just one of the many financial services that can be facilitated by fintech. Other examples include stock trading, financial regulation, funding and forecasting, and wealth management. In this study, we focus on fintech's application as a means of payment. The ability of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) actors to modify their activities, especially in the non-cash payment system, will be essential in the face of current technological improvements. Because the long-term success of the MSME sector could be jeopardized if industry actors do not execute the necessary reforms. As a corollary, MSME players will almost certainly be unable to compete with more developed enterprises in terms of sales transactions.
